Very disappointing stay in Ibis Luxembourg sud. The rooms were extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We complained several times, but there was no helpful response. We were simply told that the air conditioning was working, even though we were sweating in the room and clearly uncomfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful or interested in resolving the problem. The breakfast was also disappointing, especially the watery and cold coffee. Another major issue was the transparent shower room, which I found extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. There was practically no privacy while showering, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, the lack of proper air conditioning, poor response to complaints, disappointing breakfast and lack of shower privacy made our stay far from comfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
