Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very helpful and professional

Nice welcome by desk staff, room was small, but clean, good shower with two heads, punctual courtesy van to the airport.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei Wünsche, die sofort erfüllt wurden. Zur Straßenbahn nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Größer, kostenloser Parkplatz.

Onsite parking is a saving grace. Restaurant food was marginal, ordered fish and chips and the fish was obviously a prepackaged frozen item with little taste. But, it was a modest price.

Das Zimmer an sich war gut gereinigt und alle Oberflächen waren sauber. An einigen Kanten sammelte sich Staub und das Bett (Stoffüberzug) war am Gestell voller Flecken. Das Bad war ordentlich und sauber. Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock und der Aufzug funktionierte über den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht, schien auch nicht repariert zu werden. Neben dem Hotel ist momentan eine große Baustelle. Die Isolierung der Fenster ist zwar gut, das Haus selbst ist jedoch sehr hellhörig. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war es ok, aber eher auf der schlechten Seite der 3 Sterne. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Chambre salle et vielle sans store occultant donc levé à l’aube. Ne respectent pas les demandes. Personnel lors de l’arrivée désagréable.

The hotel itself was old, not visibly run down but just not renovated. The main issue was the cleanliness, there was dust along the corners, water glass was not cleaned etc. However, the majority of the staff was incredibly helpful and service minded so it more than made up for it, kudos to the staff! Location was great for me, near to the airport with buses 2 minutes away that goes to city in 20 minutes. Price for value is great and I would defintly come back. P.s I previously stayed at Ibis Airport Hotel just next doors for similar price. Would never go back to chosing the Ibis, Mandarina is much higher quality in every manner.

We’re we’re bitten by a bed bug, we don’t know what it was and woke up 4am cause of this, very poor cleaning, very bad experience, had to sleep in the car. I give this hotel -1 stars.

The hotel was very clean. The room had limited space to store clothing. The food was very good, although the selection was somewhat limited.

Great location to the train; which was amazing. But there was mold in the shower and the room didn’t appear to actually be cleaned.

Upon check-in i was given a room that was not ready as no housekeeping was done since the last guest left. I was then provided with another room. This room also had issues as it was a trick to lock the room while leaving, the washbasin was draining as fast as it should and the shower head was clogged with limescale.

I was in that hotel for a work meeting and my expectations was high considering the overall level of the Country, but it’s not meet my bar. The room was quite small, no table where to place a PC, no minibar, no chair. The room was clean, but with some details under expectations likes: some rust in the shower phone, some mold in the corner wall, again nothing dramatic but did not match my expectations. The dinner on the other hand was good with price aligned with the average country

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was perfect of you need to be near the airport. You can walk to the airport but it’s better to take the free tram that stops right behind the hotel. We even took the tram to Luxembourg for dinner the night before and a quick walk in the historic center. Beautiful city. Staff was also very helpful. The breakfast was expensive but good. I would have probably spent more money at the airport and got less food options and quantity. Overall great stay.

Hotel ist praktisch für eine Nacht, in 10 min zu Fuß oder eine Station mit dem kostenfreiem Bus erreichbar. Unterkunft ist gefühlt 50 Jahre alt und man sieht es ihm an, von der Art eher 60 Euro wert, aber eben Luxemburg und nah am Flughafen. Frühstück ist ok, breite Auswahl aber für 16 Euro überteuert, aber eben… . Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, sehr hellhörig zu den anderen Zimmern, jedoch hört man weder Straße noch Fluglärm was sehr überraschend war. Das nächste mal teste ich das andere Hotel, waren hier doch meine Erwartungen jetzt enttäuscht.

Alles war toll, Zimmer 201 aber etwas zu nah am Aufzug, den man immer mal wieder hörte, aber mich eigentlich nicht groß störte

Personnel très sympa et souriant. Bon niveau de services. Mais chambre très mal insonorisée. Il semblait que notre voisin était dans la chambre avec nous. Qualité du papier hygiénique très passable car ultra fine , est ce une économie qui vaut la peine?

Venligt personale. Hele hotellet, og især værelset, lugtede af sådan en kunstig citruslugt (ved ikke om det er i forbindelse med navnet). Luften på værelset var varm og indelukket, selv med åbent vindue. Sengene var okay, men meget hårde.

Hotel sin pretensiones con mala insonorización se oyen tanto los coches como a los otros huéspedes, la habitación es extremadamente pequeña la TV es de hace 20 años y los muebles parecen de cartón piedra. No lo recomendaría para mas de una noche, lo único salvable la atención del personal que es excelente.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato rovinato dalla signora addetta alle pulizie che faceva un rumore terribile nel corridoio fin dal primo mattino e, a un certo punto, è entrata addirittura nella stanza senza bussare e senza accertarsi che fosse libera

Check in was easy and smooth. The room was clean. Receptionist was nice.

Hintergrund: Gruppe von 5 Personen (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) extra TEUER 2 Dreibettzimmer gebucht, um sicherzustellen, dass genug Platz für alle und auch für das Gepäck da ist, da Interkontinentalreise mit riesigen Kinderwagen. Angerufen und es wurde versichert, das Hotel-Shuttle kostenlos dabei ist. Ankunft am Nachmittag: Mitteilung, dass kein Shuttle fährt. Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Auch kein Preisnachlass oder Gutschein. Im Hotel angekommen Warteschlange in der Lobby und keine Rücksicht wegen der Kleinkinder. Im Inneren der Zimmer mussten wir feststellen, dass die Zimmer SEHR klein sind. Die Dreibettzimmer haben genau die gleiche MINI-Größe wie die Doppelzimmer. Es gibt gar kein Drittes Bett. Nur eine Liege. Das wurde auf der Website nicht so gesagt. Die Dame an der Lobby verwies nur darauf dem Manager eine Email zu senden. Das habe ich getan und nach 3 WOCHEN trotz freudlicher Nachfrage KEINE Antwort bekommen. Niemand hat sich während des Aufenthalts oder auf die Email hin um das Problem gekümmert, versucht eine praktische Lösung zu finden oder einen Rabatt für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu gewähren. Um es noch schlimmer zu machen, wurde der versprochene Rücktransport zum Flughafen nicht angeboten. Man wirbt mit kostenlosem Flughafen Shuttle. Aber kein Shuttlebus verfügbar und auch kein Angebot für eine Alternative. Familie mit den Kleinkindern und viel Gepäck am frühen Morgen in der Dunkelheit und Kälte ohne die Hilfe des Hotels zum Flughafen.

Mandarina Hotel is right by the bus that can take you into Luxembourg City. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. When I arrived, there was a strange smell in the hall on my floor. My room itself was nice. The hotel is a good option if you are looking to save some money and you don't mind being a twenty-five minute bus ride away from the city.

Excellent hotel for a few days in Luxembourg. A 5-10 min walk from the airport, the room was clean, beef comfortable and had tea and coffee with a kettle. Excellent shower, all very clean. Very warm. Buffet breakfast was €12.50 each (02/25) and excellent - hot bacon potatoes and scrambled egg. Continental meats, cheese & pickles. Huge croissoints and pastries etc. Fruit cereal & yogurt etc. The bar served very nice beer for around €8 for a large glass. Let us leave our bags for the day when we left. Busses are free and take about 20 mins to get to the city centre. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Das Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach einem Flug super. Es ist zwar extrem einfach und hat Null Charme. Liegt ganz nah am Flughafen. Keine Infrastruktur im Umfeld. Es ist aber sehr sauber. ABER: Preis/-Leistung sind super und für ne Übernachtung vor dem Flug mehr als geeignet! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Great stay overnight if you have a early flight, you can even take the tram/bus to the airport or to the city centre for free if you want to but you could walk to the airport really, 5-10 minutes (you can even see it)

Location of hotel could not be better for those coming to Luxembourg on a car for a day trip. We left our car in the parking and took a bus to centre (bus stops are about a minute walk away). Room was clean and well serviced. Would recommend!

Walking distance to the bus stop. Very quiet location as there are no shops around. But during the night, you can hear that the airport is quite busy.

Decent hotel in Luxemburg, very convenient for a quick overnight stay to be close to the airport. Good breakfast and comfortable bed, Would not recommend if you were visiting the city for longer, it’s quite a bit farther out than I thought. But it was perfect for a quick one day trip.

Een redelijk nieuw hotel, maar de kamer had al wat mankementen. Het matras was erg zacht en de douchekop spoot of tegen de muur, of tegen de glazen wand. Wastafel zit erg laag. Ontbijt was prima, ik moest alleen wel iedere ochtend vragen naar een mes waarmee de broodjes doorgesneden konden worden. Er is genoeg keus en het ontbijt wordt netjes aangevuld. Geen last van vliegverkeer, want tussen 22.00 en 6.00 gaan er geen vliegtuigen. Bushalte op 2 minuten lopen (ov is gratis in heel Luxemburg) en de auto gratis parkeren

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten in restaurant was niet van goede kwaliteit. Veel geluid 's nacht vanwege vertrekkende hotelgasten.

Obs! Restaurangen är inte öppen över helgen. Måste ha tillgång till bil för att hitta kvällsmat. Mellanklasshotell med fin frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Rent och fint i rummet.

It was near the airport but very quiet. The food in their restaurant was excellent and they had a good breakfast buffet.
