Very friendly staff and a nice hotel to stay at. Room was excellent. 12-15 minutes to the airport by taxi. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had some fun rounds of foosball in the lobby.

We had a lovely executive room for a family of 4. The room was really clean with some really nice extras. It have us 10% off the food and drink in the hotel restaurant which was a bonus and the food here was really good and convenient so we ate here for 3 nights. The x box was the highlight for the kids and was a great distraction when we wanted some chill time and a beer! The reception staff were very helpful with directions and getting around, we would stay here again. Thank you.

Per the hotel staff the parking structure located directly underneath the hotel belongs to the city. There is no way to get into the structure aside from walking along the car ramp. You can get out but getting requires a card. I tried using the hotel access card and the parking receipt neither worked. The bed is soft and they only give you half a pillow. Yes, despite the fact they give you just one pillow it’s a small pillow. The shower has some Make shift oriental door. Luckily I got a view of an old building with mold on it. I looked up advertisement for this place and found that it cost 159 euros and I paid over $300 plus per night. Thanks Expedia? I will not be back and I will look into not using Expedia again as the rating as the ratings on Expedia seem to be BS. The staff also failed to mention of where to park to bring up luggage. The day I arrived I dragged my luggage up two flights of stairs. I got the idea from another person that stayed at this dump.

Keineswegs 4* Standard. Fön kaputt. Klimaanlage knackend und nicht einstellbar. Schimmel in der Dusche. Zimmer müffete wie sonst was. Lüften war nicht möglich, da man Fenster in der Standard-Zimmerkategorie nicht öffnen kann. Dafür hätten wir ein Zimmerupgrade für 40 Euro benötigt. Um das Fenster zu öffnen, weil es stank... Das haben wir wirklich noch nie erlebt. Service an der Rezeption stark abhängig davon, wer Schicht hat. Die Frühschicht zum Check In und Check Out war super. Der Herr, der abends an der Rezeption war leider eine Vollkatastrophe, was Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit betraf.

First impressions of the hotel were great, clean and lovely lobby, great neighbourhood, but when we returned to our room we realised how poor the cleaning standards were. We found stains everywhere, on the chairs, walls, and pull out couch. The shower had mould in multiple places. We were only in Luxembourg for one night, so unfortunately by the time we noticed everything it was too late to change rooms as we were leaving early the next morning. When checking out I informed staff about the cleanliness of our room and even offered to show pictures to them, they declined to see them and told me I should have told them about the stains earlier. Other than the cleanliness of the room, the hotel has a lot to offer but the standards of cleanliness were not that of what I'd expect from the Novotel brand and a 4 star hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Auf unsere Bitte ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen wurde eingegangen, denn es war zum Innenhof und nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet. Was uns leider sehr negativ auffiel war, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, sie waren abgeschlossen. Stattdessen gab es eine dauerhaft brummende Belüftungsanlage. Das Raumklima war dadurch eher unangenehm. Auf dem Flur lag ein Kleidungsstück und ein Türanhänger, auf einem Sideboard beim Aufzug stand während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes ein benutzter Einweg-Kaffeebecher. Leider wurden die Dinge von den Reinigungskräften nicht beseitigt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jedoch übernachten in diesem Hotel einige Menschen ohne Anstand. Mehrfach durften wir beobachten wie Essen mit den Fingern genommen und auch mit eben diesen nach Inspektion der Speise wieder zurück gelegt wurde. Wir konnten das Frühstück leider nicht genießen. In der Nacht wurden wir dann noch von einem laut streitenden Paar geweckt, welche die Türen knallten und sich laut anschrien. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich, nur die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption empfanden wir als etwas aufgesetzt. Als wird dort bei Abreise unsere Erfahrung teilten, wurde uns ein Keks als Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Laut dem Mitarbeiter werden diese Kekse eigentlich nur an besondere Gäste verteilt. Danke, dass Sie erwähnen mussten, dass wir offensichtlich keine besonderen Gäste waren.

The staff were very nice, however the room was dirty. The luggage rack looked like someone spilled milk shake on it and housekeeping was not able to wipe it. The hot water kettle still had coffee inside. The toilet floor still smelled like pee. The room was non smoking but it smelled like someone had smoked in the room prior to our leaving.

This hotel was a great place for us to stay for our city break to Luxembourg. It was not far from the city centre and the main transport hubs. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were modern and spacious, you also cannot fault the staff - they were lovely and helpful. The only down side is that the district that the hotel was in did not seem to be the safest. In the evenings it was the worst and you need to keep your wits about you.

We had a very nice stay with our family of 4 in one room with double sofa bed. The room was super clean, new and comfortable. The receptionist gave colouring books and nice gifts for the kids. They loved it. There is a small family corner for kids to play. The breakfast was very good as well. We recommend this hotel to you

Excellent location in the centre of Luxemburg. Conveniently located for to the city centre and there are many bus stops around the property. Main train station is about 15 mins walk away. One bus ride from the airport is all it takes to get to this place. Staff are very polite and friendly. They treat kids and families well. The breakfast service is excellent for the money. Definitely recommended.

A little too far away from the city centre, lots of up and downs to walk to the hotel. We found the hotel to be very inconvenient especially so for old folks like us. Lugging our 3 luggages was challenging.

On checking in our room wasn’t ready so they gave us a complimentary coffee whilst we waited, we waited around 30 minutes which wasn’t too bad, We Ordered room service and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, awful, burnt cheese and no crust? So I wouldn’t order room service if I stayed again, other than that the staff are lovely, the hotel is modern and clean and close to all tourist sites in the city. All round a good stay other than the food and check in time
