The best part of this hotel is the sai temple inside. Room that we stayed In is spacious but need an upgrade. Bed / Mattress quality , bed linen needs an huge improvement

The best hotel we have stayed in Shiridi. Love the prayer and meditation rooms. The 2 room family suite was great. We will definitely stay here in future as we visit Baba!!🙏🙏

The property is nice in terms of location, room sizes and especially the beautiful meditation centres and temples inside the property. Very peaceful and very near to the main Sai temple. However the cleanliness of the place has really gone down over the years. The lobby smelled of urine and driver had no clean facility to rest. The restaurant service was good but the food made me sick for a few days. It was probably the contaminated salad, which i don't think was fresh.

It’s a resort styled property so different and may not be to everyone’s liking. Spiritual vibes in hotel due to temples inside. You have to walk a lot of get to elevators and front desk. Lack of cleanliness of rooms - dirty bathrooms, unclean toilet, no bath towels, leaky AC - water dripped from it when you turn off AC, flush got stuck and didn’t work, took multiple calls and complaints to fix it. Room was unclean on check in and had to ask folks to clean it. Front desk folks are polite and helpful but lack proper training to handle issues. Food quality is mediocre and taste should be improved. I will not stay here ever!

Rooms experience was terrible.we changed 4 rooms in a day,air-conditioning was not working and rooms roof was leaking and bad odor in rooms and washroom sink was clogged.😡

Unclean rooms, hairs on floor, dusty shelves, chipped furniture, foul smell, rusted and broken door handles. Staff was not able to comprehend the situation and were able to move us to another downgraded medium clean room.

Outside dust and cold air entered through these gaps, making the stay less comfortable. The room felt quite cold, and the hotel does not have a policy of providing heaters to guests. They did, however, provide an extra blanket upon request, which was appreciated.

Paid around Rs.16000 for family room that had old old flooring and bed mattress has not been replaced probably since the hotel opened. Very unimpressed with the property condition for the price they charge. Will not return here.

Very nice but little more cooperation from reception staff for genuine issues would make it even better . Like request sent earlier for adding breakfast and at online rates was refused even though before stay it was mailed to hotel property.

Very friendly and sweet staff throughout the property. The property rates itself as a 5 star though is a 3 star from European standards. For the price they charge, I would recommend this property.

There was renovation happening on the floor just above us and it annoyingly noisy due to drilling and hammering. We were not informed of this at the time of booking or check in. After multiple requests the hotel paused the drilling, just to resume within 20 minutes.

You are rated 8.4 its not worth 3.0 We are coming from forieng country we have no idea about this country and its hotels We trust only u r rating and u misguide uyour loyal customers Sorry for that. End of story. We lost our money When we arrived infront of hotel one of customer was arguing to receptionist. Waiting for 2 hrs(at 4.00pm) hotel check in time is 2.00 pm And next day other story Thx
