Apart from friendly helpful staff, and good food offerings & quality; the problems come with the room & a peaceful nights sleep, the room is newly renovated, but still had a very strong paint & adhesive smell, but the main issue is the monkeys or rodents that make a massive noise on the roof all night, so the reason for the get away , was put to waste!!

Great room with amazing views. Immediate responses from staff. Food offering at Twist let them down for 2 dinner services. Breakfast was sound though. Management did apologise and confirmed plans for the food service going forward. Spa is beautiful as well. Great place. Would definitely be back

Beautiful setting. Great food and service from reception and catering staff. The rooms are old and tired and the property is falling into disrepair. It’s not possible to justify the prices asked for rooms anymore. Either a big capital injection or lower prices are needed to fix the value equation

Stayed 1 night

The room disappointed me, i expected a lot better for the rating of this hotel. It was very dated, carpet that smells wet, bathroom is clean but looks very dated. Definitely not the best considering i am here for a special birthday weekend. Not a good start. Hopefully the rest of the stay gets better.
