We loved having bikes and snorkel equipment to use. There were always loungers available on the beach. Beach-side service was excellent and our room was amazing.

This was the best vacation I had in my life. The property was extremely beautiful and the staff catered to my needs. They cleaned the rooms twice a day and were always friendly and polite. The breakfast at seven was delicious and they added new things to the buffet each day. The Deck restaurant on the beach was also amazing. They set up the lounge chairs with comfortable towels with pillows making sure guests were always comfortable. I will be back to Seven Stars!

Spectacular views from the room. Great junior suite with many amenities. Staff was very attentive and super friendly. For the rare rainy day a airconditioned area with pool table or ping pong setup could be nice. Don’t miss dinner at Seven. Elegant and refined cuisine. The resort is right on the beach; one pool for family fun and a quieter pool for adults only. We plant to visit again!

This resort was amazing! It has good restaurants on-site, a beautiful courtyard with multiple pools, and it is within walking distance to a variety of shops. The rooms were clean and the upkeep of the property was immaculate. They have plenty of seating and umbrellas on the beach as well. I love the fact that they have a live cam on the property, so it was nice to take a look at the property prior to our arrival. I also enjoyed a nice beach massage overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean, so it was one of the best massages that I’ve had. We truly enjoyed our stay, so I highly recommend this resort and I would stay here again!

First trip to Turks and Caicos for my husband and I, celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Picked Seven Stars based on great reviews. Requested a high floor with a jr suite ocean view & our room did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by reception staff, they took our luggage, gave us a welcome rum punch while we were checked in. We also received nice cold towels to cool off. Daily free breakfast buffet included. Food was great & so was the staff. We were greeted every morning by Chama, Ashley or Nelli. Seven Stars made you feel like a small family, with staff taking the time to get to know you, genuinely. We were waited on by Ricka, who was a doll. It was nice to chat with Lynn at the gift shop. Adrian at concierge was very helpful for booking an excursion or dinner at a restaurant. The beach was AMAZING, pristine beautiful clear. There were enough, palapas (umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach & pool. Two main pools; one for adults only, the other for kids & adults. One kids pool. The bar and restaurant in the pool area was great; Robel and Charles were great. Drinks great and refreshing. The housekeeping staff was great.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The beach was out of this world. We loved to spend every moment we could on the beach and in the ocean, the staff and the facilities are top-notch. Was so relaxing. The beach has no seaweed, rock or jellyfish to contend with, we absolutely loved our stay and we can’t wait to book another trip to seven stars ⭐️ we rate this a 12 out of 10!!!!!

Nice spacious suite on the best beach in the world with attentive staff! Excellent free breakfast & excellent dinner at Seven. Also fun boat and snorkeling right in front of resort. Lots of good dinner restaurants near by. I highly recommend Co Co Bistro down the road.

It was everything you need on your trip, included breakfast, so you only needed dinner, played pickle ball, rode bikes, used the Hobie's, they have everything you need. The staff was incredible, I mean everyone. We plan on visiting Seven Stars again.

Seven Stars truly deserves seven stars. Gorgeous property on one of the world’s most perfect beaches at Grace Bay. Professional and warm staff, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with spectacular ocean views, kitchenette, fridge, ice maker in the suite, remote shades and large baths. The property has four dining options, including true fine dining at Seven, a fantastic culinary option at the Farm, a casual grill with killer beachside location to watch a sunset, and a sports bar on the edge of the property (which we had no desire to frequent). Great location walkable to shops and other restaurants, including the well loved palm-surrounded Coco Bistro, or the excellent Infiniti at Grace Bay Club (short walk down the beach). Complimentary breakfast is excellent - egg and omelet bar in addition to rotating buffet options including some Caribbean specialties. The spa at Seven Stars is not quite what we expected or hoped for - while the services were top notch, there are none of the typical facilities expected of a five star resort - no sauna, steam, whirlpool, quiet room or showers (except in treatment rooms). Other than that, this place is truly outstanding. Thank you to Jamy, Stanley, and everyone at Seven Stars who made our stay amazing.

This may very well be the most beautiful and luxurious resort I have ever stayed at in my 43 years. The rooms are immaculate. Clean, modern, and have every possible appliance or living need you can imagine that I haven’t before seen in other hotels. The staff is wonderful. And I mean wonderful. Perched on one of the world’s best beaches with a grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I can, without hesitation, recommend this as one of the most unbelievable Caribbean beachfront properties in existence. Seven stars all around!

The beach is beautiful. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The resort is top rated and deserves it. Oceanfront room on a high floor was perfect. The only negative was the cable signal in the room. It went out often.

This was our second trip to Seven Stars (last one was 2015.) and it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start out the day. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. 1 minor issue on the cleanliness was finding someone's contact lens on the shower wall. Everything else was wonderful.

This is a beautiful property with a great location on Grace Bay. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance and a very nice grocery store also in walking distance. The accommodations couldn’t be better with a huge living room and fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It was like a luxury condominium. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Bikes were provided and we enjoyed biking almost every day. The area felt very safe. We will definitely be back.

Seven Stars is a fabulous luxury resort centered on Grace Bay beach. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed with kitchenettes. The staff provides accommodating customer service and the resort - beach, lounges, pools, spa is off the charts amazing. It is quiet and low-key, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The food at Seven, the premier restaurant onsite, has the highest quality delicious gourmet food and desserts imaginable. This was our 2nd time at Seven Stars and we cannot wait to return.

Resort grounds were well maintained, rooms were clean, and the beach was beautiful. Everyone from the front staff to the housekeeping crews were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would like to go back for another stay. When our flight out was canceled we called the resort and they were very helpful in getting us accommodations for the extra night.

We were there 7 days and you couldn’t ask for a better place. Room service was awesome, food was great, beach and pool service too notch. Very clean room and grounds. Also very safe don’t believe the news. Spa service and excursions were also great.

Property is beautiful. Staff is very attentive. We stayed in one bedroom ocean front suite. Very nice accommodations. However, not clean. My husband walked bare feet for few minutes in the living room and bottom of his feet were covered with dirt. Vanities appeared clean but when I touched it, they were sticky and unsanitary. It did not get better after next day maintenance.

Overall, nice stay. We were likely in the most basic room in the property. Somewhat tight space, lack of storage for clothes, basically had to live out of suitcase due to this.

the property was magnificenty manicured with gardens, flowers and trees. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We did pay for ocean-front view and did NOT get that. We were on the 1st floor and the trees blocked the ocean view. I would definitely ask for a higher floor next time

Perfect location right at Grace Bay. Amazing beach and very walkable (beach and area around the hotel). Hotel is a little older but clean, very large rooms and amazing/attentive staff. Perfect location right at Grace Bay. Amazing beach and very walkable (beach and area around the hotel). Hotel is a little older but clean, very large rooms and amazing/attentive staff. The beach is beautiful. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The resort is top rated and deserves it. Oceanfront room on a high floor was perfect. The only negative was the cable signal in the room. It went out often.

We travel overseas at least twice a year, this was the first place impressive enough for me to put on our "revisit list". Superior staff, clean grounds and beaches, good food, beautiful water. Of particular interest this trip, the staff. Wife had a kidney stone incident, requiring pre-dawn ambulance and ER trip. The staff at 7 Stars, particularly Jameka, went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. She beat the EMTs to our door, and called me every hour after to check on us. She brought me lunch in the hospital. She sent a driver to pick us up at discharge, took us to pharmacy, and brought us back to room. NO CHARGE! She and Jamey even called for days after to make sure we were OK. It was a horrible day, and did affect the rest of our stay, but they helped minimize the inconvenience as much as possible. I'm not sure another resort would have done that. Not All Inclusive, (I thought it was), there was a learning curve for us with meals and drinks, but we made it work. Check in and out were extremely easy, and I really have ZERO complaints. A luxury resort in more than just name, it was more expensive, especially with T&C food costs, but still worth it. I will be trying to find a budget that works for us to get back soon.

Be aware! The highest category room-oceanfront with full kitchen, 2 baths, living and dining room-May not be an ocean view! We were placed in a room with a view of thick palm tees, blue plastic tarps, a women’s bathroom and thick shrubbery blocking our entire 3 room balcony view. We had to crane our neck out the view from the dining room to see the ocean. When we inquired they replied “we only guarantee the category”. That was confusing because it was ocean view. We stayed the entire day and night in this room with no compensation-not even a little desert or a note. The next day (now the 2nd day of our stay) took ½ the day trying to change rooms. We left the beach, cleaned up, went to the front desk at the scheduled time to view another room. We waited about 20 minutes and they said it would be ready in another 30 minutes. So we went back to the beach (in our day clothes-not beachware) and waited. They finally came to get us, showed us the room and said we had to pack our bags, leave our room and wait 2 hours to get into the next room with a better view. In the end, we loved the beach and the category of room, but wasted 2 days trying to get settled. In the end after a struggle they comped $100 off of our $1200/night room. The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious! The property welcomes you with an alcoholic drink and a cold towel! Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and such a large variety of hot food! Very thoughtful touches are included throughout the entire property such as free reusable water bottles, water filling stations, free sunscreen, ice, and beach towels. They give out fresh fruit and set up beach chairs with towels as you’re lounging out on the prettiest beach ever! The rooms account for everything you could possibly need from toiletries to laundry supplies to a fully stocked kitchen. There are personal ice makers in each room. The housekeeping is very thorough and greet you by name. This resort is a bit dated as far as the architecture but the stellar customer service and amenities far exceeded my expectations!

Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the room. “Junior Suite” was a bit misleading. It was basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. Nowhere to sit (beside the bed) other than small desk and 2 tiny chairs. We had a 1st floor unit 3103, which was convenient using back door to get to pool/beach but didnt afford much of a view. Staff was very accommodating.

I am reaching out in hopes that this post will influence your company to refund money that was paid to you for a room that was canceled by you. Our family of five was part of the distressed AA flight 879 that was delayed overnight on March 23. I booked the room while on the airlplane waiting to deplane when our flight was delayed because of crew timing out. When we got off the plane, my husband called your front desk and confirmed the reservation. We spent $100 on taxi to your hotel, you held our bags for us while we went to eat at your restaurant before it closed. When we finished dinner, went to get room assignment and you told us your actually didn't have a room. We took another $100 taxi to Sommerset where we ended up getting a room. I called Wednesday after we finally got back home and spoke to your reservations department which confirmed in fact we did not stay with you and the room had been canceled by you. Expedia still has not been able to get you to give back our almost $2400 for one night. Apparently your company is giving them a hard time. Please resolve this.

Nice resort with a great location on the beach. I was disappointed with many of the interactions I had with staff. While being polite as possible we still encountered blank stares and annoyed looks when we would ask questions or when ordering food or drinks. There were notable exceptions to this: Lila was a server working the beach front that was amazing and attentive. He remembered our names and took great care of us. Mild homophobia (although this may be cultural not specific to the resort). The overall experience wasnt becoming of a 5 star or the price we paid.

From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the greatest staff experience we have ever had at any resort we have ever stayed in. You immediately felt like anything you needed/wanted to make your experience the most enjoyable it could possibly be would be done…and it was. We definitely will hope to visit Seven Stars again and recommend to others. The resort itself is the utmost in beauty. The beach and waters are amazing. Everyday you feel like your every wish will be granted and it was for us. The buffet breakfast set the stage every morning for the day to come. Ample areas around the pool and on the beach to sit and then enjoy the relaxation and fun. Sharrick as the manager made sure we were taken care of very well accommodating anything we asked for. The concierge(Stanley) every day helped us with dinner and other things. Reynaldo Dominique Jayden also helped us feel so welcome on our trip. We definitely will try to come back!

The attention to customer service is absolutely outstanding. The entire area is clean, extremely well maintained, and the staff is amazing. This is a resort you do get what you paid for and that is why you go to Seven Stars!

This place was amazing. Perfect location in Grace bay. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The staff were for the most part were very friendly and helpful. We went end of July so the resort was not as crowded as peak season so we had no trouble getting chairs at both the beach and the pools. The beach was amazing with calm waters and nice sand. Would definitely return here one day.

Lovely property with lots of areas around to find your “spot.” Great service! Room was spacious and always cleaned very well. Beautiful property! Food was average, I’d say, around the resort. Adequate but not excellent. Location is right on gorgeous Grace Bay and within two blocks of a really nice grocery store. Many dining and shopping options right outside the gates. Overall, highly recommend!

The staff, service, room was excellent. There is a grocery store 5min. Walk from hotel. Food was good, but expensive. The seven restaurant was very good. Free daily buffet Breakfast was great! The the ocean front room was spectacular with full kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry. Beach was awesome with the soft white powder sand. Kayaked (included) and it was fun. Would stay here again.

Hotel and beach were great. No shopping other than souvenir shops. outwith the resort area was very unkempt and not at all what you expect of an area with expensive hotels. Road from airport to resort resembles third world. We hired car for one week and really could see whole island in one day. Beach is beautiful and if you just want that then it is lovely.

This is a beautiful property with a great location on Grace Bay. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance and a very nice grocery store also in walking distance. The accommodations couldn’t be better with a huge living room and fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It was like a luxury condominium. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Bikes were provided and we enjoyed biking almost every day. The area felt very safe. We will definitely be back.

We've been searching for a nice property in the Caribbean with little to no seaweed and we found it at Grace Bay! The facility at Seven Stars was beautiful and the staff was amazing. It's even close enough to walk to the market and other local restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Amazing staff and service - everybody went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. Breakfast buffet & omelette station exceeded our expectations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommended!
Amazing staff and service - everybody went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. Breakfast buffet & omelette station exceeded our expectations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our stay was pretty much perfect. The staff was always friendly which is rare to find these days. The beach chairs are cushioned and comfortable, plenty of umbrellas, easy to find a spot. The room was clean and spacious. Food was great! Service was always fast except for our last day for lunch at The Deck restaurant. Waited an extremely long time for our food and it didn't seem super busy. Location of hotel was great as you could easily walk into town. Will definitely return! Jay the Filipino waiter was excellent!

Perfect location right at Grace Bay. Amazing beach and very walkable (beach and area around the hotel). Hotel is a little older but clean, very large rooms and amazing/attentive staff. The only downside is that the food is very bland. For the prices I would expect more taste in this area. We would definitely consider staying here if we came back to TCI but would probably try Ritz or somewhere else.

Easy access to the beach with plenty of beach chairs. Wonderful staff and cleaniness. Great onsite restaurants, expensive but comparable to other eateries. Great breakfast and omelette station. I had a private car service from the airport but would just rent a taxi or even just rent a car to explore the beauty of the island. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped with amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property itself is pristine and easy to get around. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Only downside was that the food wasn’t all that terrific and insanely expensive.

First trip to Turks and Caicos for my husband and I, celebrating our 19th Anniversary. Picked Seven Stars based on great reviews. Requested a high floor with a jr suite ocean view & our room did not disappoint. We were greeted upon arrival by reception staff, they took our luggage, gave us a welcome rum punch while we were checked in. We also received nice cold towels to cool off. Daily free breakfast buffet included. Food was great & so was the staff. We were greeted every morning by Chama, Ashley or Nelli. Seven Stars made you feel like a small family, with staff taking the time to get to know you, genuinely. We were waited on by Ricka, who was a doll. It was nice to chat with Lynn at the gift shop. Adrian at concierge was very helpful for booking an excursion or dinner at a restaurant. The beach was AMAZING, pristine beautiful clear. There were enough, palapas (umbrellas) with lounge chairs on the beach & pool. Two main pools; one for adults only, the other for kids & adults. One kids pool. The bar and restaurant in the pool area was great; Robel and Charles were great. Drinks great and refreshing. The housekeeping staff was great.

Seven Stars truly deserves seven stars. Gorgeous property on one of the world’s most perfect beaches at Grace Bay. Professional and warm staff, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with spectacular ocean views, kitchenette, fridge, ice maker in the suite, remote shades and large baths. The property has four dining options, including true fine dining at Seven, a fantastic culinary option at the Farm, a casual grill with killer beachside location to watch a sunset, and a sports bar on the edge of the property (which we had no desire to frequent). Great location walkable to shops and other restaurants, including the well loved palm-surrounded Coco Bistro, or the excellent Infiniti at Grace Bay Club (short walk down the beach). Complimentary breakfast is excellent - egg and omelet bar in addition to rotating buffet options including some Caribbean specialties. The spa at Seven Stars is not quite what we expected or hoped for - while the services were top notch, there are none of the typical facilities expected of a five star resort - no sauna, steam, whirlpool, quiet room or showers (except in treatment rooms). Other than that, this place is truly outstanding. Thank you to Jamy, Stanley, and everyone at Seven Stars who made our stay amazing.

I will give this hotel more than 7 stars, we had the time, the staff was so attentive and willing to go out of their way to make your stay fabulous. everything was more than excellent. Definitely will go back!!we love it !!

First time staying at Seven Stars .This resort meets all expectations. Beautiful rooms that are clean, there’s morning maid services and turn down service in the evening Property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The restaurants are lovely and food is delicious. The complementary breakfast is excellent with vast quantities of breakfast foods and choices. The Pools are beautiful and the beach and ocean are stunning. Lounge chairs at this resort are also extra nice. There’s a soft teri cloth covering over them that’s removed and laundered daily at the end of the day and replaced in the mornings. This is a resort for all people. Couples, families, solo, girls trip anything. It is also centrally located to all shops and other restaurants in town of Provo. It’s a definite return stay for me and Ive been to Turks 5X already and have stayed other great accommodations on the island
