Excellent buffet breakfast; spacious room on Sixth floor with balcony and view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Staff just wonderful!

While the property was beautiful, we found the staff to be inattentive, and the concierge was even rude and not helpful at all. The beach is not private. After paying so much money to stay at this resort, other tourists staying elsewhere plopped their stuff and their things down right in front of us on the beach and blocked our view. Our hotel staff did nothing about it and said the beach is public. For an island that depends on tourism for their income, the local people do not seem to keep that in mind in the way they treat visitors. Not all of them were rude but the majority seemed disinterested and put out that they had to lift a finger. Bad work ethic. Go to T&C if you want overpriced "service with a grimace"! You can get much better service elsewhere for half the price. Definitely not worth it and especially not to celebrate a special occasion! So disappointed! They need to train their staff a lot more!

Beautiful property. New, clean and well kept up. The staff was wonderful. The pools and beach beautiful and very clean
