Great hospitality. Resort is fairly small and events are done by 9:30 pm which makes evenings a little boring. But overall great place for facilities.

We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

Service staff was excellent. Property is in need of updates. Rooms need renovations. Very limited dining. Paid for all inclusive but restaurants were closed most of the days. Wish they made the timing of restaurants known on the website so you can make informed decisions before booking. Pool water not clean- littered with flies and leaves. Saw a bandaid one day. Beach was very nice and clean

Clean with all necessities. Friendly staff. Smaller property, not as many restaurant options as other places. It was a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The room was a good size but dated. I would not consider this property to be a luxury property. Food was good, as expected. No room service. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. Lacking an indoor or covered bar area.

The Alexandra was a great place to stay. Sits right on the beach, nice pool, great staff that took care of things promptly. We had a hard a garden suite that was on the ground floor. The suite had everything you need including washer and dryer. There is a sister resort called the Blue Haven which we had full access to. Shuttle service is available to and from. Food options were good and quite tasty. The is a fitness center, however quite small. I think they should expand the fitness center but overall resort was awesome.

I wanted to give this resort more stars but unfortunately I could not. The island itself is unbelievable. The entertainment staff, guest services, beach staff, restaurant staff are all some of the best people I have ever met in my life. We will never forget how incredible these particular staff members were especially Tash and Barbie. The resort is still believe but a little run down. Our room was very spacious which we loved but it needed some TLC even though it stated just renovated. Cleaning needs to be a little more in depth prior to check ins. The grounds were very dry and unkept. You can’t walk through the grass as they are covered in fire ants. The kids area needs updating. A basic trampoline and outdated plastic play slide etc. The pool is amazing but not cleaned throughout the day. There is alot of leaves floating around etc. The pool lounge floats are all torn up and dirty. The drinks were OK. The food was delicious. The street festival is definitely the best experience of it all. There is no way to eliminate housekeeping from coming into your room. No privacy door hanger or button to say do not enter. We were often told throughout our stay that they loved our outfits etc and everyone kept asking us which room are you in. We kept our valuables in the safe the entire time. My husband packed us up on our last day and went down to grab breakfast. He called and had the bell man grab our bags so we could enjoy some more of the beach before we left.

This is an incredible resort. The food was excellent and we had no trouble getting into specialty restaurants. All dining was table service except breakfast so no hoards of people in a buffet. The beach was stunning, raked early every morning - more than enough loungers, waiter service for food and drinks on the beach. our room was a 1 bedroom - plentiful soft towels, full size shampoo etc., room made daily. Also has in room washer and dryer and fridge with cold drinks stocked daily. The staff could have not have been more accommodating. Shout out to Skyers at the Coconut Bar who kept us "loose on the goose". Great team on the free watersports who took us sailing and had all the toys readily available. Also took a ride ( free shuttle) to the sister resort - but a manmade beach and not as pretty. This is not a party palace - it was exactly what we needed, fantastic service, off the charts food and that incredible beach... bucket list check. BTW - we walked up to the Beaches resorts - chatted to some guests there... beach is not nearly as nice, guests not happy with picked over Buffets... and slammed with lots of small children... we felt like the only guests as we were treated so well. you will not be disappointed at this resort !

Stayed in a one bedroom Suite, room was beautiful, loved the two balconies, view was amazing out to the ocean (even for non-oceanfront). One thing missing was a hot tub. Loved having bikes to ride down to Salt Mill area. Took the shuttle up to Blue Haven twice for dinner at Fire & Ice. Staff were great, dealing with hurricane/tropical storm warnings, preparing guests with food on hand and answering any questions. Great place, would stay again.

Resort property is beautiful. The room we had was considered an ocean front suite. The view was great. The interior of the room was just OK. Nothing fancy. I'm not sure I would call it a suite. The area where the fridge, sink and microwave was just on a plain countertop. The food was good, especially at the sister property - Blue Haven. Service from staff was excellent. Overall can't complain. Everyone was helpful and beach is amazing. Location is great. We rode bikes into town one day.

The stay at the Alexandra hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite it being a high rated all inclusive resort, it felt more like a motel. The only saving grace was access to their sister property, Blue Haven where the food was better, the staff amazing and the exterior facilities meticulously clean. Our stay began with a leak over where we were sitting while waiting in reception. This, I took as a random incident but in hindsight, set the tone for the property. From dirty hallways to staff that never re-appeared when asked for something basic like a latte or a drink menu, it did not get better. The peak of this experience had to be the cockroaches in our room and the lack of urgency or attention by staff to remedy. We waited to complain until we saw our second the following afternoon only to be told that while they were not at capacity they couldn't move us until the next day. At some point that same morning, cleaning staff took our old towels but didn't replace them explaining that another team would come by an hour later to bring new ones. We left to their sister property out of frustration (unshowered by the way) but were there new towels in our old room upon return? No. I could go on with additional examples of the lack of care and detail at this hotel but the Expedia character limit doesn't seem to allow me to fit it all. All I will end with is: choose another hotel. I'm still in disbelief at how poorly this place is run.

Llegue casi a las 3 pm no estaba lista la habitación, nos fuimos a la piscina al regresar al rededor de las 8 no funcionaba la llave, fuimos al desk y nos mandaron a un sr que pudo abrir la puerta, pero nos sorprendió que estaba ocupada, luego nos enseñaron otra y no la aceptamos por tener un olor demasiado desagradable, cerca de las 10 pm nos mandaron a otro edificio y ese apto estaba bien. Nos sentimos mal porque fue un mal trabajo de quien tiene que encargarse de entregar las habitaciones y cuando se empieza así, uno se predispone y no encuentra nada bueno. Creo que no volvería a ir a ese hotel. Además regrese enferma del estómago porque toda la comida tiene picante.

I wanted to give this resort more stars but unfortunately I could not. The island itself is unbelievable. The entertainment staff, guest services, beach staff, restaurant staff are all some of the best people I have ever met in my life. We will never forget how incredible these particular staff members were especially Tash and Barbie. The resort is still believe but a little run down. Our room was very spacious which we loved but it needed some TLC even though it stated just renovated. Cleaning needs to be a little more in depth prior to check ins. The grounds were very dry and unkept. You can’t walk through the grass as they are covered in fire ants. The kids area needs updating. A basic trampoline and outdated plastic play slide etc. The pool is amazing but not cleaned throughout the day. There is alot of leaves floating around etc. The pool lounge floats are all torn up and dirty. The drinks were OK. The food was delicious. The street festival is definitely the best experience of it all. There is no way to eliminate housekeeping from coming into your room. No privacy door hanger or button to say do not enter. We were often told throughout our stay that they loved our outfits etc and everyone kept asking us which room are you in. We kept our valuables in the safe the entire time. My husband packed us up on our last day and went down to grab breakfast. He called and had the bell man grab our bags so we could enjoy some more of the beach before we left.

This is an incredible resort. The food was excellent and we had no trouble getting into specialty restaurants. All dining was table service except breakfast so no hoards of people in a buffet. The beach was stunning, raked early every morning - more than enough loungers, waiter service for food and drinks on the beach. our room was a 1 bedroom - plentiful soft towels, full size shampoo etc., room made daily. Also has in room washer and dryer and fridge with cold drinks stocked daily. The staff could have not have been more accommodating. Shout out to Skyers at the Coconut Bar who kept us "loose on the goose". Great team on the free watersports who took us sailing and had all the toys readily available. Also took a ride ( free shuttle) to the sister resort - but a manmade beach and not as pretty. This is not a party palace - it was exactly what we needed, fantastic service, off the charts food and that incredible beach... bucket list check. BTW - we walked up to the Beaches resorts - chatted to some guests there... beach is not nearly as nice, guests not happy with picked over Buffets... and slammed with lots of small children... we felt like the only guests as we were treated so well. you will not be disappointed at this resort !

Staff so bad. Annoyed when you asked them anything. Barley acknowledged you. Asked for a coffee just walked away. Ignored a lot. -Staff arguing with each other almost daily. Breakfast- they yelled to one staff member “that’s your job just do it”. Bar- yelling at each other. Staff member making Phone call so loud while cussing. Beach guys yelling at each other across the beach several times. -Sat at table for my reservation for 20 mins before anyone came to it to take my drink order or bring bread. -30 mins to just get nachos, restaurant half full. Then they came with jalapeños when I asked for none. No one refilled my drink. -Took hand towels and wash cloths (even though I kept them hanging on the towel bars) and forgot to replace them -Canceled my dinner reservation one night because the restaurant was going to be closed, even though I made the reservation three days before and couldn’t get me a reservation anywhere else including the sister resort. -No where to sit it the shade or sun for that matter if it’s not on a beach chair or pool chair. -Bathrooms gross and only 2 - Eggs Benedict cold even though they were in one of those heated containers for the buffet. -40 mins for a pizza. Came back at 40 minutes and the pizza was not there. -Loud dj on the beach with same 90s playlist every day -Omelet woman used her bare hands to grab each ingredients put in omelet -2pm out of towels both beach and pool and just said then we’re out. Couldn’t get a towel.

Property was clean. We stayed at the newly renovated room--it was nice however all you smelled was new paint. The AC did not reach the back room. Thank goodness there was a fan. The The Wifi did not work--maintenace came to re-boot it but it still did not work. The fridge was completely empty---it stated on their website free minbar items but there were none. Not even water.

Clean with all necessities. Friendly staff. Smaller property, not as many restaurant options as other places. It was a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. The room was a good size but dated. I would not consider this property to be a luxury property. Food was good, as expected. No room service. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. Lacking an indoor or covered bar area.

Overall Alexandra is a great place to stay. Some things that I would comment on is my room had a smell like a damp wet smell the pull out couch was very worn and kind of gross looking. My bed had a smell too. I went in my family members room who were staying in the other building considered delux and there was no smell so maybe just some upgrades are needed. But my fridge was always stocked and housekeeping was great. Forty on the beach and cheeky were great. All of the restaurant hostesses and servers including Kimberly and Gloria were so wonderful and kind. Some staff are not as friendly at the bars especially. I know it was very hot so I understand. Overall the food was great except that the buffet was closed 3 out of five nights we we were there and if you didn’t have a reservation you were beat. More food availability would be helpful and maybe room service especially for tired kids after the beach in the evenings. Better dessert options too for kids. But we had a really great time and it was truly a beautiful place.

This was our third trip since 2019 to the Alexandra Resort in Grace Bay. As usual, we had a fantastic time. The water is crystal clear, the soft white sand on the beach is always clean and free of seaweed and the smaller scale of the resort is more appealing to us than some larger resorts we have stayed at in the past. Despite the smaller footprint, options for food, beverages and entertainment are exceptional. While this resort welcomes families with kids, the resort is not centered around entertaining them. The attraction for us and most adults is the pristine beach, though they also have a nice pool and a small jungle gym on the interior of the resort. We've only stayed in the one bedroom ocean-front suites, which are spacious and completely equipped with full kitchens; large dining table (seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 full bath with tub and separate shower, 2nd half bath. The full balcony has another large table (seats 6) and 2 cushioned chairs with ottomans. The views are stunning.

Loved our newly remodeled one bedroom suite for our family of four. Having a washer/dryer was an extra bonus. Food options & drinks were outstanding. Service was wonderful. Had an incredible time- amenities were well thought out & executed. The staff were so kind to our sons as well. The staff in charge of activities were energetic & friendly- seemed to genuinely enjoy entertaining the guests. We’ll be back.

Loved having bikes to ride down to Salt Mill area. Took the shuttle up to Blue Haven twice for dinner at Fire & Ice. Staff were great, dealing with hurricane/tropical storm warnings, preparing guests with food on hand and answering any questions. Great place, would stay again.

We booked a room that looked nothing like the bedroom that was publicized. We asked for an upgrade, the upgrade was 1.2k more than what was listed on Expedia. Reached out to Expedia, they did not try to match the price. Front desk gave multiple disinformation about shuttle time which ruined my bday since I planed around the time they initially gave. Everyone was just not customer service oriented. I’m very disappointed and displeased with the amount I paid

We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

Overall it was a great girls trip, the beach was everything! The resort was okay- needs some updating. The staff weren’t very friendly- definitely would recommended a customer service class for all staff. We’re spending a lot of money at your resort so yes, we’re expecting the best. I would also like to see more adult friendly entertainment- like a DJ playing all day while guest are enjoying the beach and pool. We also had an issue with the AC in our room- no resolution for 2 nights and the Managment team has yet to call me regardless of the 5 attempts to connect with a manager-again, customer service work is needed. When you’re spending $1200 a night you’re expecting to sleep comfortably with AC!

I would also like to see more adult friendly entertainment- like a DJ playing all day while guest are enjoying the beach and pool. We also had an issue with the AC in our room- no resolution for 2 nights and the Managment team has yet to call me regardless of the 5 attempts to connect with a manager-again, customer service work is needed. When you’re spending $1200 a night you’re expecting to sleep comfortably with AC!

I have stayed at Alexandra beach resort 3 times in the last 5 years. This has been by far the best stay. The rooms have been updated, the food was five- star and every staff member we came into contact with was kind, responsive, professional and genuine. Whatever has been put in place for training and amenities is really evident. We will be back!

Vinod (GM) and Priscilla (guest services) were unbelievably attentive and accommodating! The property was very safe and clean. It wasn't terribly 'grand' like other Carribean resorts. It is relatively small so you aren't waiting in lines for food, but there are enough food options. They also have multiple filtered water refilling stations and coffee/tea available. Fortunately, there weren't many kids like at Beaches. There were daily and evening activities, but it wasn't a frat party so if you are looking for late night partying, this isn't your resort. The gym was awesome- one of the best I've seen in the Carribean. The room was cleaned daily and there were always clean towels in the room and for the pool/beach which is something to commend. The beach was beautiful and the padded lounge chairs and umbrellas were free of charge. The pool and beach were not overcrowded and were very clean and safe. Additionally, you get access to the 'sister' resort Blue Haven which is very modern. The food there was definitely better, but the service was not. There is a free hourly shuttle between the properties so you basically get 2 resorts for the price of one. I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back!

Loved staying in this resort. The food is excellent, especially all the restaurant. The staff is super friendly and nice. Everything is excellent! The beach is awesome, feels like heaven. Highly recommend!!

Staff so bad. Annoyed when you asked them anything. Barley acknowledged you. Asked for a coffee just walked away. Ignored a lot. -Staff arguing with each other almost daily. Breakfast- they yelled to one staff member “that’s your job just do it”. Bar- yelling at each other. Staff member making Phone call so loud while cussing. Beach guys yelling at each other across the beach several times. -Sat at table for my reservation for 20 mins before anyone came to it to take my drink order or bring bread. -30 mins to just get nachos, restaurant half full. Then they came with jalapeños when I asked for none. No one refilled my drink. -Took hand towels and wash cloths (even though I kept them hanging on the towel bars) and forgot to replace them -Canceled my dinner reservation one night because the restaurant was going to be closed, even though I made the reservation three days before and couldn’t get me a reservation anywhere else including the sister resort. -No where to sit it the shade or sun for that matter if it’s not on a beach chair or pool chair. -Bathrooms gross and only 2 - Eggs Benedict cold even though they were in one of those heated containers for the buffet. -40 mins for a pizza. Came back at 40 minutes and the pizza was not there. -Loud dj on the beach with same 90s playlist every day -Omelet woman used her bare hands to grab each ingredients put in omelet -2pm out of towels both beach and pool and just said then we’re out. We had such a great time at Alexandra, being able to visit their sister resort Blue Haven was a big plus. You could go on the beach at any time and there were tons of chairs and umbrellas not to mention the water was absolutely gorgeous. Knocked a star because one night we got left at Blue Haven, we waited for the last shuttle that apparently left before it’s scheduled time. The Blue Haven staff was kind enough to order us a taxi and Alexandra covered the cost. We’re a young couple so the only other downside is that there were lots of families with younger kids, which is fine but definitely do an adults only resort if you’re going for a more romantic vibe. I’d also say that the cleanliness of the beach/beach chairs and pool area was a bit lacking. There were some times we couldn’t even find towels but there were a bunch of used ones scattered all over the beach chairs along with empty cups. There’s a bunch of water sports available that are included in the price like kayaking, snorkeling, and others (which you can do at no extra cost at both locations). The food was an absolute 10/10 (you have to go to Irie Bites by the beach for some incredible Caribbean food - (I believe the woman that severed us was Ms. Sylvie, she was so kind and omg can she cook!!!) I don’t think we had anything that we didn’t like and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - the hospitality was the best I’ve experienced while traveling.

This is an incredible resort. The food was excellent and we had no trouble getting into specialty restaurants. All dining was table service except breakfast so no hoards of people in a buffet. The beach was stunning, raked early every morning - more than enough loungers, waiter service for food and drinks on the beach. our room was a 1 bedroom - plentiful soft towels, full size shampoo etc., room made daily. Also has in room washer and dryer and fridge with cold drinks stocked daily. The staff could have not have been more accommodating. Shout out to Skyers at the Coconut Bar who kept us "loose on the goose". Great team on the free watersports who took us sailing and had all the toys readily available. Also took a ride ( free shuttle) to the sister resort - but a manmade beach and not as pretty. This is not a party palace - it was exactly what we needed, fantastic service, off the charts food and that incredible beach... bucket list check. BTW - we walked up to the Beaches resorts - chatted to some guests there... beach is not nearly as nice, guests not happy with picked over Buffets... and slammed with lots of small children... we felt like the only guests as we were treated so well. you will not be disappointed at this resort !

The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry.

Stayed in a one bedroom Suite, room was beautiful, loved the two balconies, view was amazing out to the ocean (even for non-oceanfront). One thing missing was a hot tub. Loved having bikes to ride down to Salt Mill area. Took the shuttle up to Blue Haven twice for dinner at Fire & Ice. Staff were great, dealing with hurricane/tropical storm warnings, preparing guests with food on hand and answering any questions. Great place, would stay again.

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. The convenience of being on the beach can’t be overstated!! The room was very clean and spacious. The food options were amazing and the free shuttle to Blue Haven, the sister property, was amazing. The staff was all very friendly. The pool was clean and the pool bar was so nice. We are absolutely going back to Alexandra Resort.

The restaurant options were limited. Although they list several different restaurants on their site, be aware that the same location houses a different restaurant depending on the night. At most, you have 2-3 options for dinner and the same day reservation booking system limits your choices. Wine by the glass options were very limited. The beach bar also ran out of vodka on a Sunday and they had customers go to another bar for vodka drinks, rather than restocking. That’s poor customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and I can’t imagine staying for a week and eating all meals onsite. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sand on the beach wasn’t nearly as nice as it was further east on Grace Bay. It had debris in it and I stepped on 2 thistles that were painful. Beach chair cushions could definitely use a refresh. The staff overall were friendly.

I wish we knew about the dinner reservation requirements before booking. Essentially, not every restaurant is open every night and you can only book a reservation the morning of, so you need to know what's open that day and book pretty quickly in the morning. That was definitely a little annoying with two small kids and being constrained with available reservation times. The food during lunch was ok as well. The dinner options were certainly a lot better.

My family and I had a good long weekend at the Alexandra Resort. The food was delicious, but wished more of the restaurants were open or there was more variety. Most of the staff was very friendly, however, during some meals it took a bit of time before we were asked about drinks or receiving our drinks. The resort itself was clean and the rooms were nice and modern. Worth the time and money staying here. Would definitely come back Again.

The resort is beautiful, and the beach is PERFERCT! Make sure you eat at the jerk chicken hut, see Sylvie, best lunch ever!! Had lunch 3 times in the week we were there. The food varieties for all the meals are good. Nice touch is the day before you leave the office calls to arrange transportation to the airport if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice entertainment on the beach and in the evening. Even a beautiful pool, if you can force yourself out of the water on that breathtaking beach. Great vacation place!!

The rooms were nice. Nothing too fancy. The staff cleaned our room daily. The food was mediocre, again nothing crazy that stuck out. Resort also had very few options to choose from when it came to dining. Prior to going we did our research and thought more would be available to us but it truly is just the deck restaurant. There was a handful of nice staff but then other than that we felt we were being a hassle when asking for things- more than not the staff was not friendly. The water and sand were absolutely breath taking. It was a once in a lifetime trip; I would not go back. Mind you, it is soooooo expensive.

Need better A/C in the restaurants and the breakfast music is geared for the employees not the guests.
Need better A/C in the restaurants and the breakfast music is geared for the employees not the guests.

Everything was surprisingly great. My room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were very helpful and resourceful. The property is breathtaking. So pretty. I enjoyed the views . I enjoyed the meals. The drinks. The vibes. The ambiance. Definitely recommend.

The resort was good overall however when I associate a top resort I expect certain amenities as standard eg. a steam.room or sauna as standard. i appreciate this may not be the same for other but personal expectations. However I must say beach was wonderful with crystal clear turquoise water and white sandy beach. Definately recommend for families as plenty to do and staff were especially tentative when eating at the numerous restaurants..

Great staff and excellent service throughout our stay. Our updated room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The beach was exceptional—one of the highlights of the resort. Willey was a standout team member, going above and beyond to be incredibly helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was the pool area, which felt dated and a bit underwhelming.
