Breakfast not much. Pancakes, hard boiled eggs, 2 cereal types, toast, yogurt. No sausage or bacon. Its ok but very limited choicenfor breakfast. Many EV chargers in back. 3 x 200, 1 chaemo, and 6 level 2 chargers. All are paying but very convenient to have so many of them. If not across street there are more fast level 3 available.

The room was clean. The bathroom floor would look great if you cleaned the floor grout. So black. The plastic cover over the bathroom lights was held up with screws. Hmm. Pillows had no head support. Too soft. Blankets were comfortable but the laundry detergent used was too strong. Nice Keirug in the room for morning coffee. Strong scented shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap. (Chemical burden in the ingredients) Free breakfast would have been perfect with fresh fruit but there was none. Woke up to some snow coverage on my vehicle. Asked staff if they had a snow brush I could use. I was offered to use the shovel in the foyer. Too funny. I unfortunately had my interior of my car detailed before travelling and forget to put my snow brush back in my car. Would not rebook.

Poils de chien partout sur les planchers de la chambre et même sur le sofa. La décoration et la peinture dans la chambre serait vraiment dû pour un rafraîchissement. Les portes de chambres sont difficiles à fermer, donc elle claquent fort. 232 $ pour entendre un chien aboyer dans la chambre à côté de la nôtre, c’est quand même cher payé ! Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hôtel et je ne la recommanderai pas !

The floors in the suite were so dirty that my wife's white socks were black on the bottom after walking around the room a bit. The service was great as were the other amenities but the cleanliness left us with questions. The bathroom in the suite was very small as compared to the remainder of the room.

Le matelas de mon lit etait tres incomfortable. Il creusait d"un cote. J'ai eu tres mal au dos toute la nuit. Autrement la chambre etait tres propre rien a redire. La chambre etait tropp chaude a notre arrivee. Il faudrait regler le thermostat a 22 degre.

Musty smell from heat and a/c unit such that we could not turn the unit on. Booked a queen but was given a double. Room very sparsely furnished and bed looked lost in the space like room was meant for a larger bed (the queen I booked maybe?) and they ran out of furniture so stuck whatever they had in it. Feel I was probably given the last and worst room in the hotel as based on number of cars the hotel was pretty full. Front desk simply handed me a card with no communication. Did not confirm room type or any details. Room quite noisy and where normally I would turn on the fan to help block out the noise we could not due to the strong smell. Also bed totally uncomfortable.

There were kids running up and down the hallways, playing ball hockey in the hallway out side my door, hitting the walls and doors, past 10pm. I had to ask the front desk 3 tims to please ask the parents to tell their kids to lower the noise or to play somewhere more appropriate rather than the hallway. It was only after the third time that the kids were moved somewhere else. I'm not sure maybe there was a hockey game or a tournament going on that weekend, and maybe the hotel is usually booked around this time of year for that, however if that was the case, then please let me know ahead of time before I confirm my booking so that I can book somewhere else.

Convenient and clean. Unfortunately the doors to hotel rooms slam very fast and loud so not great if you like a quiet morning. They need to get door frames adapted to dampen the metal slam noise.

Problème avec arrivée tardive, je n’avais pas reçu de code d’accès pour récupérer la carte de chambre. J’ai tenté de rejoindre le garde de sécurité avec le bouton disponible aucune réponse ensuite avec le numéro de téléphone j’ai l’air un message nouvelle tentative de joindre la securité pour finalement avoir une réponse. Il ne trouvait pas ma réservation ni la clé et ne savait pas comment en faire une. Après environ 20 minutes il l’a trouvé. Pas évident lorsque tu voyages avec 3 enfants entre 7 et 12 ans et qu’il est rendu 12:20 avant de régler le problème. Le lendemain la réception me répond que le jeune homme est nouveau la dame n’a pas l’air plus préoccupé que ça du fait que c’était une situation assez stressante la veille.

Very disappointed with our stay. One of our rooms had no hot water, a non-working dryer, and partially working lights. We reported the issues to the front desk, and were told someone would come between 9–10 AM. Nobody showed up, and we had to leave by 10. There was no manager available to speak to at night or the next morning. We had to use our other room just to shower and dry clothes/hair. This caused a lot of inconvenience and discomfort, especially in rainy weather. Poor maintenance and a complete lack of urgency or accountability from staff. Absolutely not the experience we paid for or expected. Would not recommend staying here unless these issues are seriously addressed.

Room had some areas on top of TV stand that had dust on top could write in dust. Staff always courteous. Breakfast was very good and Lady who runs it keeps everything clean and fills things quick to keep things from running out. Always a nice stay in this hotel.
