The property was very clean, seemed to be recently updated. We had all that we needed. The door seemed a bit off and let cold air in but it did not affect the room's warmth overall. The parking lot was not properly treated which was tricky in a sedan, but we managed. The staff was very friendly, the bed were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. It is not sound-proof but was overall a quiet weekend, so all was well.

The property and stay was nice for the most part. Two exceptions. First and foremost, terrible wifi and cell service. The wifi did not work. 2nd each room should have at least one parking spot reserved in front of their room.

Perfect location if you are visiting West Point. Hotel does not have many amenities but it was clean and comfortable. Parking just in front of our room. The AC was a little noisy as was the fridge. A microwave would have been a nice addition. Check-in was easy and fast. Will definitely consider this motel again for a future stay.

I can't stand the internet...IT DOES NOT WORK! Inconvenience to leave your room to use a microwave in a dirty, filthy room with bugs, a torn up screen door to enter. You charge these highvpriced for a garbage hoyel. I only stayed here because Holiday Inn Express down the rd was full. LOWER your prices It's not a nice place to stay. It's only a convenience close to WestPoint. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It may be older but we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The a/c worked very good. The bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this for your stay.

The comforter and duvet were silky material nd did not stay throughout the night. The AC in our room was loud and varied from too cold to humid warm. But very friendly staff, clean room, near to West Point for conviene.

We hope they can upgrade the wifi, that was a problem. The fact that we could open the windows and get fresh air was wonderful! Staff were very kind and understanding. Rooms were very clean!! We both slept well!!

I wanted to know about early check in. I called and didn't get an answer. I didn't leave a message. They called me back because they missed a call(Like you do when you miss a friends call) Because the room was not used the night before, they let me check in 2 hrs early without a charge.

Area was quiet and pretty, it was nice to just sit outside on the chairs provided. Breakfast was limited, cereal, yogurt, pastries, juice, coffee tea but ok.

Really nice Motel, great decor and very clean. Amazing Mexican restaurant across the street. The only thing, wish it was open for continental breakfast early as we had to check out at between 6 and 7am. Definitely coming back :)

The place was clean and the person at the registration desk was friendly and helpful. Room was good size and useable. Easy walk to a little town center with some informal restaurants and a museum of West Point. Beds were comfortable. Decor on the brown and oldish side --not stylish-- but fine.

The Motel was way overpriced, and the breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and an assortment of muffins, water and juices. The redeeming quality is that it is less than 2 miles to the academy.

It was easy to find, pleasant and had a frig, generous coffee and, a continental breakfast that turned out to be handy. Easy drive to West Point. Slightly out of town so not necessarily walkable though one restaurant is across the street. Receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable.
