A séjourné 4 nuits

Très bon hôtel, la chambre est grande, le lit très confortable et la salle de bain bien conçue. Tout est neuf ou en excellent état. Le petit déjeuner est complet . On peut se reposer au calme car l’insonorisation est bonne. Seule la climatisation dans la partie restauration était en panne mais un grand climatiser ventilateur portatif avait été installé . Une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait la bienvenue pour améliorer le confort. Le quartier est populaire mais on est à moins de 10 minutes du métro Whitechapel et en 30 mn à pied on arrive à Tower Bridge. On peut prendre le bus 106 à quelques minutes pour aller vers Hackney. En conclusion un bon hôtel à prix raisonnable.

Bonne situation dans Londres, transports à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et a été aux petits soins pour nous. La chambre était spacieuse pour une famille de 4. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Our stay at this location was good. It could’ve been great but a few things stood out. First and foremost the staff was great. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The staff at the bar were great with hosting, they had good recommendations for local foods and transportation. The morning team at breakfast were very attentive. The inside of the location was very clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. The outside of the property is where it was lacking for me, of-course we can’t control people and what they do, but the immediate entrance could be cleaned up a bit. There was just a lot of plastic items and cans all around the entrance, I mean this could be picked up a bit or atleast provide a bin for people to throw their garbage out. Also maybe have someone by the door from time to time to deter passer by from not just throwing garbage in front of the entrance but also to keep them from accosting the visitors. As we were exiting the building we literally had a man approach us at the entrance asking us for food, of-course if we had some we would’ve assisted but we didn’t, that was not the problem, the issue came that as he approached us with his request, we noticed his pants down to his knees. We told him we couldn’t help him and immediately went back inside the lobby.
