Lovely hotel. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. I had an issue with my air con and it was rectified very quickly. The Inferno room with the balcony was absolutely beautiful, so many quirky little details. The Bluetooth speakers in the room were a nice touch too, I thoroughly enjoyed being able to listen to my music and podcasts without having to wear my headphones. My room was cleaned and beds made everyday, including fresh towels. The soaps were divine smelling too! The facilities were brilliant too. The cinema was showing films from 5pm every evening which was good as the evenings as a solo traveller can be a bit dull sometimes so it was nice to get out of the room and cozy up in the cinema. The Alimentari cafe was superb too, fantastic pastries and sandwiches and a good cup of coffee, I ate there almost every morning. The main dining area was beautiful. My only peeves with this brilliant hotel was the breakfast, it was a bit of a let down after all the good things I read. Not much in the way of choice for cooked food and the scrambled eggs were questionable but the pastries and coffee were good. The coffee and creamers in the room were not refilled everyday- not the end of the world, but somedays I didn’t fancy leaving the comfy bed just yet! Beyond these two minor things, this hotel was exceptional. I would recommend it for solo travellers - it’s very central, fantastic staff and service and the effort that has gone into each detail is sublime.

L’établissement est très beau, très bien situé et le service accueil comme nettoyage est parfait. On y trouve salle de cinéma, sauna avec salle de douche, vestiaire et espace détente très agréable. Il y a également une salle de sport dont je n’ai pas eu l’occasion d’utiliser mais qui a l’air très bien équipé avec du matériel technogym. Notre chambre (paradis) était grande, pratique et très bien équipée. Elle est immersive ce qui la rend très agréable. Cependant quelques soucis mineurs, une lampe de chevet qui ne s’allumait pas mais cela ne dérangeais pas donc nous n’avons rien signalé. Le frigo quant à lui est très pratique mais quelque peu bruyant la nuit. J’ai eu aussi personnellement eu du mal à me connecter avec le chromecast mais avec un peu de patience tout fonctionne correctement. Merci pour ce séjour !

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and location was great. The amenities are what makes this hotel so unique. There is a gym, patio and cozy seating area for drinks and the restaurant was incredible. I can’t wait to come back to Florence to stay here again!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition, nice and spacious as well as being decorated to a high standard. The addition of a free mini bar was an excellent added bonus too! All other facilities at the hotel were well maintained, including the gym, sauna, and also the cinema, which made the experience even better. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel, however, we did have a drink, and the drink and service were again to a high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent: very near the centre/ central tourist attractions, near plenty of restaurants/ shops, and also not far at all from the station. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

The service was exceptional. The staff was the nicest and so helpful. The hotel had fantastic food, spa, and a cinema. They even threw a party celebrating famed butcher,Dario Cecchini. He opened a restaurant in the hotel. There was a Dj and complimentary food and wine. The location was also excellent!

This hotel is gorgeous!!!! The free breakfast is also phenomenal. We really enjoyed this location as well as it was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. It’s also in a small square that was lively and great to hang out in. One opportunity is in cleanliness of the room. It felt damp and I left with quite a few bug bites…

Overall a fairly pleasant experience. Housekeeping was an issue (blood spots found on sheet, comforter, pillowcase and 2 towels). Had to ask almost every day for tea to be replenished. Stayed 2 weeks and was charged for 2 fried eggs even though we paid for breakfast package (felt like nickle and diming). 1 of the elevators broke down twice. No slippers or iron or robes in the room. For a 4 star hotel, it was not good enough. I'd rate it 3 stars. Overpriced for what it was. That said, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel und wir würden aufgrund der Lage wohl wieder kommen. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein (mehr und bessere Auswahl, bessere Qualität), vor allem für den Preis. Wir würden es nicht noch einmal dazu buchen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind bestimmt gut, wenn unseres gereinigt worden wäre.

Our first room was very noisy and we were woken repeatedly during the night. However, we were given a much better room the next night which was very quiet. We found the red decor quite disturbing. Can’t rate the staff on reception highly enough. They were so helpful.

We loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere had a cool vibe and just very unique and fun. The lights inside the room were awful. After being in the room for a week, we still have trouble figuring out how to turn them off and on. We asked for help from the staff and they said they had trouble with them too. It sounded like it's a common occurrence with other hotel guests too. That is our only complaint as everything else was fabulous.

We stayed in the hell room. The only negative I have about this property is the lighting in the hell room…. It’s AWFUL. The lighting over the small mirror to get ready is so dim. I get that it goes with the vibe of the room but the lights in the bathroom area should get brighter imo.

Restaurant in the lobby was convenient, although, there are so many restaurant options just nearby. Location of this hotel was amazing - its near the duomo, the ponte vecchio, and the train station. Staff was friendly, although, there was a wait at check out. We stayed in an inferno room which was quite large with a skylight, but had no blackout curtains for the skylight, but it was fine for us. Room smelled a little like plumbing which was offputting but bearable for a two night stay.

Unique concept boutique size hotel. Close to Santa Maria Novella train station. We like that it’s convenient to walk around the historic centre. It’s fairly new so everything still looks clean. Staff service was so so only. Reception staff stares at you blankly when you ask for directions. I had to smile very widely and say grazie mille to force some kind of smirk from the staff. Housekeeping did not manage to complete cleaning our room on two occasions when we returned to the hotel around 5 pm. Generally staff service is not that friendly. Had bad experience with service staff at the San Paolino cafe. They wrote a postcard saying they tried to reach me without success but it’s a lie cos no one reached out given the various modes of contact available. Unbelieveable! The room has concrete screed flooring which gets cold during the period of our stay - late November early December but no complimentary room slippers are provided. They also do not provide complimentary toilet amenities like tooth brushes, toothpaste, shower cap & bathrobe so be warned to pack these. Stay for the convenience of the location but do not expect to be wowed by their service quality.

The check-in experience with the wonderful Olga was outstanding. She could not have been more warmer, kinder, helpful or more welcoming. The surprise room upgrade and early check-in was a lovely surprise. The service from everyone was great during our stay and the property was super cool, trendy but warm and homely at the same time. The location was amazing and could not have been better, so I definitely highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home whilst visiting Florence !!!!

This property is fun to visit with fun, kitchsy elements to make a great experience. The Heaven room with a balcony had lots of light and space. Similarly the lobby area was a great place to sit and determine your day’s plan with a cappuccino in hand. Reception was helpful especially Sebastian. Housekeeping was fine keeping the room clean overall but failed over four days to refill empty lotion and coffee. The bar makes a great Negroni however the bartenders were a bit more attuned to the younger female customers both times I visited as a solo customer. Location wise, this hotel was perfect as it is walking distance to everything you want without being in the thick of it. I would stay here again without question.

VERY cool, unique hotel. This property offers an eclectic experience while giving you the reliability and consistency of a modern American hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke English perfectly. The location could not be more conveniently placed to walk to all the cathedrals, museums, galleries and restaurants. And the room was fun! The Inferno room is definitely worth a shot if you’re into dark, exotic, mysterious themes. 10/10 would come back again

Trendy, hip hotel with creative room themes and all-around decor. It was fun exploring the "Hell" theme of our hotel room as well as the well-decorated lobby and lounge areas. The hotel is a 7-min walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and a 10-15 minute walk from most major attractions in Florence. While we were there, there was a lot of construction in the front of the hotel, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but I think they were taking down the construction scaffolding by the time we left. The rooms were fairly spacious and came with a free mini-bar that was restocked almost every day by housekeeping. Try to get a room with a balcony if possible - we had a great view of the night sky and the cute little garden area downstairs.

Loved staying at this hotel in Florence. We stayed 3 nights in one of the Heaven rooms and it was super nice. Great AC, shower pressure and temperature, pillows, all great. 10-15 minute walk to the duomo main area so it’s close enough to get to quick but far enough not to have all the noise and crowds. The aesthetics around this hotel are so cool. Right up our alley with being trendy but not over the top or too “Instagramy.” Definitely recommend.

Sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar, das ist wirklich ein dickes Plus. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen.

25hours Hotel Florence was a really good choice for a combined work/leisure city break. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using the T2 tram and then a short walk. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and efficient. The room was very comfortable with all amenities that you would expect from a modern hotel. I used the gym twice while I was there and it is small but has all you would need (treadmill, bike, cross trainer, free weights and a couple of weights machines). Breakfast offered a reasonable selection. I ate dinner once in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent with a good variety of food on offer. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Florence in the future.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Gut zu erreichen vom Flughafen mit der Tram und dann 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Oder vom Bahnhof ebenfalls 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gleich in der Innenstadt ist es gelegen. This property had it all. The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room was TOP, spacious, clean, super amenities, excellent bar, restaurant, breakfast, etc. And the underground parking garage was a true gem. Couldn’t find a negative thing to say about this place. Truly top notch. 🔝

This is a very stylish unique hotel in a great location. It has great onsite parking. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Our only issue was we found the service at the bar and restaurant extremely slow. Other than that we would recommend this hotel.

The service was exceptional. The staff was the nicest and so helpful. The hotel had fantastic food, spa, and a cinema. They even threw a party celebrating famed butcher,Dario Cecchini. He opened a restaurant in the hotel. There was a Dj and complimentary food and wine. The location was also excellent!

The gigantic room was indeed large, however, the room we were in was very impractical. The shower was a giant stainless steel tub in the middle of the room with no way to close it off and only a wand shower. There was nowhere to set it on the wall so you had to hold it the whole time and if you raised it too high, there was no water. Also research carefully, know what you’re getting with this hotel. When it says red room, it’s a red room, the entire thing. The breakfast was just OK in comparison to the ones we’ve had at hotels the previous week. We were supposed to have access to a pool area, but it turned out to be very hard to find and couldn’t find any staff to help. Overall, very expensive for what we considered to be a mediocre experience.

great and lovely hotel.; amazing stuff and room. good location either they gave us 2 bottles of water every day and a 2 free drinks when we arrive. the coffee shop has great coffees and sandwiches if u want a quick breakfast , or just to sit after a long day touring Florence. i highly recommend this hotel

While our car broke down 500km away from the hotel, and we wouldn’t be able to arrive there before the end of the stay, The hôtel completely refused any reimbursement. As the theme of The hôtel is Dante’d inferno, it’s easy to deduct the management of this crapules hôtel is most probably in the lowedt circle!
