The indoor hallway is an extremely interesting and useful feature. Coffee is served in the lobby after 7am. Highly recommend it.

We booked Scenic Inn mostly for the price compared to other nearby big chains and we loved it. Owners were so friendly at check in. The property is kept up beautifully with flowers and sitting areas out front. It is located at a busy intersection but traffic slows down at night and noise was not an issue. The room is clean and kept very nice.

Parking area is just outside your door, it is plenty safe. Ive only stayed on the first floor but the upper balcony looks very homey and comfortable.

Nice and cosy stay. The Inn is well maintained and outside every room there is nice sitting chaires and table. Even a rocking chair for tired people after a long travle. No breakfast is provided but a toaster and microwave oven and of cause coffee are availeble.

It was a basic motel at great price for my 1 night stay. The hotel manager was great to talk to and helpful to the other guests by providing a broom to clean the snow off of their cars because the people didn't have anything.

Excellent before and after our hike local hotel. Nice facility, very accommodating hosts and a lovely property landscaped with many flowers. The 2nd floor has really nice full length porch. Easy to park right out front. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location in order to do some fabulous leaf peeping! The owners were very friendly and gave us info for local restaurants and places to visit. Our room could use some minor touch ups… bathroom caulking and painting but overall it was very comfy!

Old fashioned motel but has been updated. Room was okay. Bathroom was TiNY. No Place to set anything. Shower was great. Good water pressure. Bed was okay. Bed spread from the 70’s. Parking was easy—right in front. Not walking distance to anything but great shopping outlet mall a few miles away.

Great location near beginning of Kancamagus Highway. Safe, clean rooms. Friendly staff. A bit old but room was fairly well updated. Could not figure out how to use heat but luckily did not need it. Shower faucet was very wonky and loose. Too much road noise, especially from the big 18-wheelers going by.

First, although the hallway has a distinct and not particularly pleasant odor, the room itself was quite clean. The bathroom layout was cramped but workable. Having stayed at a much more expensive hotel the previous few days probably skewed my view. We were going to have our boys drive up and join us for a few days but a family medical emergency required us to cut our visit short and the boys stayed home. Having stayed only the one night, I asked to cancel the second night but was denied despite it being only a few minutes past check-out time. It's not as if the motel was full - far from it. There was one or two other guests based on the cars...and the noise. Our adjoining room was on the phone a fair bit of the night and we could hear every bit of his side of the conversation. Based on their unwillingness to refund our extra night, I would not return. Otherwise, I would consider this a budget priced place to lay my head for a brief visit.

Far from being a high-end hotel but offer a very competitive price in this popular tourist sector of the New Hampshire. The hotel was very clean, renovated bathroom and well maintained. It it's very well located at less than 10 minutes from the commercial and tourist area of North Conway (Settlers Green Outlet, etc.). Absolutely no amenities on site, but it was acceptable for the price. Nevertheless I should point out that the hotel is located at a very busy intersection, so it was pretty noisy. If we return to stay in this area one day, we will probably return to this hotel! * * * * * Loin d'être un hôtel haut de gamme, il affiche un prix très compétitif dans ce secteur touristique prisé du New Hampshire. L'hôtel était très propre, salle de bain rénovée et bien entretenu. Très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes du secteur commercial et touriste de North Conway (Settlers Green Outlet, etc.). Absolument aucune commodités sur place, mais c'était acceptable vis à vis le prix. Il faut néanmoins souligner que l'hôtel est situé à une intersection très passante, alors c'était bruyant. Si nous retournons séjourner dans ce secteur un jour, nous retournerons probablement à cet hôtel!

Nice little motel with charming inner hallway, but access from the front large covered porch as well. On a nice day... this would be a wonderful place to relax! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Over all, a very nice stay. Only downfall is you need to drive about 10 minutes for most dining options.
