First time staying at Sibonné, was immediately impressed with the property and easy access to the beach. Umbrellas and loungers were available to guests, never had an issue getting one. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a King balcony ocean view room. Sunsets were beautiful to watch. Room was always clean and water bottles and coffee items replenished daily. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room which was handy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure good and the a/c was very good! The onsite restaurant “Bay Bistro” had fantastic views of the beach, menu variety and food taste was alright (7/10). The hotel had ample parking and the location was very convenient to get to. All in all, I give our time at Sibonne a 9/10! Will definitely go back!

Small beachfront property with beautiful grounds. Second floor rooms had views of the ocean. Onsite restaurant was nice. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Ice machine was out of service all week. I like to have my own drinks in the room and at the beach but without ice I wasn’t able to. There were no stores within walking distance. The restaurant is not associated with the hotel so they were not obligated to give you ice. In fact I went to the bar for a drink one evening and the bar was also out of ice. Overall good value for oceanfront property.

This property had pretty much everything you needed without leaving the premises. It was great to have bottled water in your room every day and fresh beach towels with an umbrella and beach chairs. This was a small quaint older hotel but clean and maintained. Having a restaurant steps away a big bonus. The only negative thing was that the beach area is somewhat used by people not staying in the hotel and the trash was not picked up on a regular basis.

Excellent location and good for the price. You can basically save five or $600 per night by staying at this hotel and access nearby much more expensive grounds and restaurants. The restaurant called the deck was especially beautiful right on the beach overlooking the water. Make your reservations via open table. Sibony hotel has his own private chairs and umbrellas and is about 200 yards down the beach from where many excursions leave so while those excursions will come pick you up at Sibony you can always just walk down there to join the group check in. We never use the pool but they do have the restaurant right there on premises is not affiliated specifically with the hotel so you pay separately at that restaurant. It is called the Bay bistro and like all areas the food was expensive one entrée two drinks usually cost around $50-$70 Down the beach at the deck We had one entrée a piece, three drinks, one salad and it was $205 …..so food is expensive. We have found the most place takes credit cards visa or MasterCard.

This piece of jewel is in Providenciales its just a walk out to Grace Bay Beach, the best beach in Turks and Caicos. Bay Bistro bar and restaurant is attached to it, very convenient for all meals and to enjoy your favorite cocktails. Parasailing, boat tours (pick you up at the beach) and other tours available. Sibonne Hotel has everything to make your vacation the best moments. I will definitely come back.

The property is nice. Directly on the Beach with chairs and umbrellas. Pool was mediocre. The attached independent restaurant overlooking and on the beach is quite convenient and good and it is open for the three meals. Lovely plantings on the grounds. Rooms are nice but not Luxurious. The Second story rooms have balcony with ocean views. Staff is welcoming and friendly and helpful. It is a boutique hotel next to and in between resorts. There is overnight security as with most resorts. Hurricon Erin passed through our stay and it is a sound structure being right on the beach with no issues except ponding on the road.

Staff and restaurant were great. No sound proofing between rooms. Tiny tiny fridge no dishes or sinks. I wouldn’t stay here again as it just didn’t have enough basics. Pool not used. Super tiny no shade on deck. Beach chairs fraying and not cleaned up Beach gorgeous. You had to rent their bikes even for a quick trip to the food store. Love Turks just and the people. Our 10 th time there. This property would be one I wouldn’t recommend

Great little hotel. Two person rooms with either a king sized bed or two double beds. Right on the beach. Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. Protected place to swim in the ocean so boat traffic is not an issue. Small fresh water pool. Outdoor shower and a foot bath for getting the sand off. Resort is dated. If you need brand new shiny places to stay and a water park and are willing to spend that kind of money there are lots of places to stay in Grace Beach. But this little hotel is a real gem and maybe one of a kind. Quiet and well cared for. Property has beautiful landscaping. Good food close by. Walk to the Thurs Night Fish Fry. Walk or take a cab to the store, ice cream, places to eat, or shops with souvenirs. Free parking. Pool is very clean. Beach has wonderful sand like granulated sugar. Wow!

I am giving this resort a 5 star review because everything I need from a vacation is at Sibonné and I will return over and over again ☺️. What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!!

It was a wonderful stay one comes for the beach. It was a little bit far from the town, but walkable everyone that worked there was very nice and the beach was lovely and always a place to rest. You didn’t have to fight for a chair. The pool needs attention.

The property is very dated and needs a deep refresh. The bathroom had mold. Cleaning staff were punctual and very friendly. I had minimal contact with hotel staff but the two interactions i had (check in/check out) were friendly enough. I probably wouldn’t return to this hotel only because there are better and newer properties very close (even next door) at a similar price point but newer and better maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sibonne Hotel on Grace Bay. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The room had everything we needed, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of bath towels and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion), and a hair dryer. We never had a problem getting two beach loungers with an umbrella, and had fresh beach towels everyday. We had a garden view room on the first floor and loved the location, as our little patio was in the shade all day and we had breakfast and lunch there daily. The beach is absolutely beautiful with low waves, soft powdery sand, and no rocks or seaweed. The sunsets were amazing! I would definitely recommend The Sibonne Hotel!

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Sibonné, a very small hotel right on beautiful Grace Bay. We had a balcony room, end unit facing the beach. Not much of a water view because of the beautiful trees and plants in the courtyard but that was not a big deal. The hotel is a short drive from the airport, taxi ride one way was only $28.00 for two people! We did not have a car but there is a public parking lot right next to the hotel if you decide to get one. Upon entering the room, it was a little underwhelming. Mismatched furniture, floors covered in very tired tile, no rugs. There was unfortunately a lot of hair on the floors, that was gross. A/C was freezing cold which is a very good thing as it was hot as hades outside! Room had a little fridge, microwave, and a safe. A very short 30 second walk to the most beautiful beach you've ever seen, it is really spectacular. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for hotel guests to use, also a lovely pool! There is a restaurant on the property but not owned by the hotel. Food was really good but they had a limited menu. Spoke to one of the new owners of the restaurant (restaurant is changing hands in the next few days) and she said the new management will have a much, much larger menu when they reopen. We ate there 3 times and everything was great. A lovely kitty is in residence at the hotel, very well fed and taken care of, says a lot about the ownership and employees. All in all had a wonderful time, will definitely be back!

We went in the off season, so it was very relaxing. Not overcrowded and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Historic hotel but the rooms, though comfortable, and clean, need some updating. All in all, everything was really nice.

Small beachfront property with beautiful grounds. Second floor rooms had views of the ocean. Onsite restaurant was nice. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Ice machine was out of service all week. I like to have my own drinks in the room and at the beach but without ice I wasn’t able to. There were no stores within walking distance. The restaurant is not associated with the hotel so they were not obligated to give you ice. In fact I went to the bar for a drink one evening and the bar was also out of ice. Overall good value for oceanfront property.

Great place and location on the beach. Hotel was clean and well maintained. What we didn’t like was the pool being dirty looking and down for most of the time we were there. Also the bed was lumpy and bumpy. Good place overall.

Nice hotel right on a beautiful beach. Was so nice to have towels and beach chairs and umbrellas available as guests of Sibonne. The AC was strong (just a big noisy), the bed was comfortable (the pillows not so much) and the restaurant on site was pretty good. We would definitely come back to stay here! The location was great and it was overall a good value.

this was a great location and gorgeous beach. Rooms could use a revamp but they kept the grounds very neat and the cleaning staff was very friendly. By far our best dinner was at their restaurant. They are building a resort right next door so constant noise 7 days a week. the ac is on balcony so it’s loud to sit out if you leave it on and the balconies are all right to each other so it’s awkward to sit out there if your neighbors are out too.

I cried myself to sleep 2 nights in a row due to being upset. The hotel is not like what was shown when booking. I am looking about getting a refund. Had to change rooms twice. The showers was extremely small, television did not work in one of the rooms and another the AC was not working, when asked for it to get checked out that took all day, did not get to use the room till after 9pm. I still can not believe how horrible my experience was ☹️

Room was as expected, nice and clean, A/C worked A+, internet was great reachable even from the beach. Nice reception CSR, the only draw back was the hotel being constructed in the back (however noise was minimal, but it takes out the charm of the hotel & place).

Great views and access to the beach. The bed was not comfortable and the room was ok if you are looking for just a hotel room that you won’t be in much. No table inside. Nice little patio to sit outside but it’s right next to the air conditioner so it’s loud and blows hot air.

Housekeeping lady was a sweetheart. Checkin/checkout lady was unfriendly, unwelcoming and cold. Location is great due to being right on a beautiful beach with beautiful sunset. Room was ok, very basic. Super loud bathroom fan. Lighting was good. Two windows and a sliding glass door. Two useful big mirrors in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sibonne Hotel on Grace Bay. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room and grounds were clean and well maintained. The room had everything we needed, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of bath towels and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion), and a hair dryer. We never had a problem getting two beach loungers with an umbrella, and had fresh beach towels everyday. We had a garden view room on the first floor and loved the location, as our little patio was in the shade all day and we had breakfast and lunch there daily. The beach is absolutely beautiful with low waves, soft powdery sand, and no rocks or seaweed. The sunsets were amazing! I would definitely recommend The Sibonne Hotel!

I liked the location and the beach! The property was not kept up. First impression the entry way was dirty! The reception was full of of stuff and the girl that checked us in very unpleasant The bathroom was outdated, the door was water warped and dirty as it was the plastic shower curtain I am not sure how people give this property 9 and 10. Expedia should request updated pictures for sure.

The best part about this property was the beach. That’s it. That’s what people come for. As far as the room they were clean but the mattress old and uncomfortable, the hotel itself needs major updates all over. Would I come back? No, not worth it for me. The staff needs lesson on hospitality because a greeting and a smile goes a long way, they all seemed to be miserable & careless from the reception to the restaurant.

This place was probably once a great place to stay? Lots of construction happening around them which is not their fault. However, staff isn’t very friendly, pool is ridiculous, and everything feels tired. We were hoping for a boutique hotel feel but honestly wished we would have chosen a different property.

Please read this in its entirety. I checked in and upon going to the room, the gentleman who took my luggage to the room, advised me to place a stick, which was already in the balcony door, by the ledge of the balcony for safety reasons. As a female who was staying in the room alone, this was alarming to hear. I immediately contacted Expedia, who then reached out to the hotel’s receptionist. I had to go to the reception desk to let them know Expedia was reaching out and no one was answering. Emails were sent at the request of hotel manager, Stacey. According to Expedia, they sent an email to cancel reservation and were waiting for a reply from management, they said they replied; however, Expedia never received a reply or email with regard to the cancellation. This as on June 23. It is June 28 and Expedia emailed me to tell me the hotel never responded. Please know that the hotel manager told me I would get a refund. She also told me they replied to the email. I do not know how this hotel has nice reviews. The room was unsafe and I was eaten by mosquitos while speaking to receptionist. I have not resolved the issue because the hotel refuses to answer. It seems all they care is about money, not customer satisfaction. Hotels like these will give Turks and Caicos a bad rep. It is a beautiful island. I have been to this island numerous times. I am looking forward to seeing the response of this hotel. I want my refund.

The rooms are exactly what I would want for a beach vacation - spacious, fully stocked shower products and coffee options, without being too fussy, The quiet and beautiful beach is less than 1 minute walk from the room. All staff - reception, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodated my requests.

Excellent location and good for the price. You can basically save five or $600 per night by staying at this hotel and access nearby much more expensive grounds and restaurants. The restaurant called the deck was especially beautiful right on the beach overlooking the water. Make your reservations via open table. Sibony hotel has his own private chairs and umbrellas and is about 200 yards down the beach from where many excursions leave so while those excursions will come pick you up at Sibony you can always just walk down there to join the group check in. We never use the pool but they do have the restaurant right there on premises is not affiliated specifically with the hotel so you pay separately at that restaurant. It is called the Bay bistro and like all areas the food was expensive one entrée two drinks usually cost around $50-$70 Down the beach at the deck We had one entrée a piece, three drinks, one salad and it was $205 …..so food is expensive. We have found the most place takes credit cards visa or MasterCard.

My partner and I had an excellent stay at Sibonné Beach Hotel. It's precisely the type of place we were looking forward to. This property had the perfect combination of being right in the middle of Grace Bay with very walkable routes to almost everything we wanted to do. (650 meters from the Thurs. Fish Fry!) The hotel staff were fantastic and warm. The beautiful beachfront with guest-only lounge chairs was excellent and private. It wasn't crowded, and it felt like we were tucked away from the chaos of the BIG hotels. I don't know if this property is an adults-only hotel, but we preferred that there were no children during our stay. The restaurant was also outstanding and very convenient. It was lovely to go out our patio and walk 20 feet to beachfront dining. Great staff, nice drinks. We loved our ground floor garden room. The garden is lush and beautiful, with cute lizards running about and an adorable cat. We very much appreciated the air conditioning. It is an older AC machine that makes noise when it kicks on, but we got used to it quickly. The room was very clean, and they restocked us with coffee and water every day! In a nutshell, Sibonné felt like an owner's property, much like WorldMark, your own slice of paradise. And a special mention to Devona, our gracious hostess!

The hotel is right on Grace Bay, centrally located to be able to walk to the Coral Garden Reef and the Ports of Call restaurant area. However, the restaurant on property is the best around. The food is outstanding, and it is right on the beach. We will be back next year!

Loved the location. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on in the restaurant due to the low season timing. That caused noise during the day. The TV was hard to operate and we had to get help. We would love to return and have the restaurant back open and easily accessible TV!

I am giving this resort a 5 star review because everything I need from a vacation is at Sibonné and I will return over and over again ☺️. What stood out: - distance from beach - courtyard or balconies to relax, with views of the ocean - rooms are very clean and can be refreshed every day - staff are absolutely awesome - small pool if you want a break from the ocean - very quiet - walking distance for snacks and small meals to microwave And of course, the resort kitty!!!!!

The beach and Grace Bay view was unobstructed and very close. Our balcony was pleasant but a bit close to the others’ balconies, especially if the guests smoke! A huge condo construction very close by was going on throughout our stay. We are sad to learn that high rises are going to mar the view and ambience. One front desk woman was rather unfriendly and curt, unlike the others who were warm and friendly. Overall, a really good place to stay with reasonable prices and a good restaurant right on the premises. Recommend!

Had a great stay at Sibonné. The property is dated but very clean and right on beautiful grace bay beach. It’s nice having a great restaurant right at the hotel and walking distance to hemingways as well. Overall wonderful stay and the best value for the money if you want a beautiful spot on the beach.

Sibonne was the perfect little beach hotel. It’s small, clean, right on a beautiful beach, and the staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again! The food at Bay Bistro restaurant was good. My only complaint is that the staff at the restaurant was not very friendly. We ate there almost every day of our stay, and only one person actually smiled at us. We are very good tippers, and hoped that would put a smile on their face. But every day we came back to unfriendly faces at the restaurant. But everyone else at the hotel and in the area was very nice and accommodating. At the hotel, there are loungers and umbrellas on the beach, the maids were super friendly and awesome, and the sunset was beautiful from the beach. The pool had a good vibe. And the restaurant is not too expensive compared to restaurants surrounding the area. You won’t regret staying at this hotel!

The staff at Sibonné were very friendly and helpful. Hurricane Erin was offshore but managed to bring a lot of rain and heavy winds. The staff brought me a flashlight in case the power went out. The location is perfect on Grace Bay. The rooms were very clean. Bistro Bay is on the property. The food was delicious with very friendly staff. Overall a nice stay considering my vacation was cut a day short with the weather.

This is a perfect hotel within steps to the beach, their amazing restaurant with an executive chef with amazing food! Beach chairs & umbrellas are free and you don't have to rush out to get one. It's not crowded & the hotel grounds are beautiful, well kept & security guard at night but 2 women traveling alone we always felt safe! The king size bed was amazing & loved our balcony to see the beautiful Caribbean. This hotel is definitely a gem!
This is a perfect hotel within steps to the beach, their amazing restaurant with an executive chef with amazing food! Beach chairs & umbrellas are free and you don't have to rush out to get one. It's not crowded & the hotel grounds are beautiful, well kept & security guard at night but 2 women traveling alone we always felt safe! The king size bed was amazing & loved our balcony to see the beautiful Caribbean. This hotel is definitely a gem!

Nice hotel right on a beautiful beach. Was so nice to have towels and beach chairs and umbrellas available as guests of Sibonne. The AC was strong (just a big noisy), the bed was comfortable (the pillows not so much) and the restaurant on site was pretty good. We would definitely come back to stay here! The location was great and it was overall a good value.

Was very enjoyable , and the beach was lovely. Fabulous restaurant, bay bistro right in front of our hotel. Very clean and well taken after being one of the islands first hotels.

It did the job. It's not a 5 star resort so don't expect that. We had a clean place to sleep. The staff were nice. The attached restaurant was AMAZING. Food might have been the best I had the whole trip. Atmosphere is perfection

Tout était parfait. Un des rares hôtels abordables et situé à un emplacement de rêve. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le restaurant est aussi excellent.

Yes it was not a 5-star property, however, more could have been done to ensure a better experience. The corridors were wet and constantly in need of sweeping. The bathroom was not attractive - grout shouldn’t be brown, so it looks like it may be not clean. Faucet too short, and caused difficulty when being used. Bathroom fan shouldn’t turn on, for every time the light is turned on. Too much shrubbery invited too many lizards, which made it difficult to walk without fear. Staff didn’t appear friendly nor professional. Made me feel unwelcome.

We would not stay anywhere else ! It is our “home away from home “. It is a minute walk to the beach from our room , affordable and has the most comfortable beds ! Very clean and personable . Sydney , the hotel cat, slept in our room one night . Boutique hotels are the way to go ! Why spend $1000 a night for a hotel on Grace Bay ? We always go through Expedia and rarely pay no more than $250 a night at Sibonne . We just came back from Sibonne last week . That was our 3rd time to stay there and we will be back next year 💙
