Room was clean and was located in a great area close to multiple metro stations. Room was really small which was fine because O was travelling alone but I can’t imagine two people trying to move around that small of a space. Appreciated that it had AC. Had a mini fridge which was a plus but I feel like it could have been way colder.

The staff in the hotels are all very friendly and nice! Interior of the room is quite old, and I would say that have maintained it very well. The hair dryer holder gets too a little too hot to hold after a while. No bedroom slippers, toothbrush and hair conditioner. No house keeping done on one of the day when we are staying there. Good thing about this hotel, is that their room is warm enough with heater for winter season. There is a tiny lift in this hotel. It's walking distance to train station and shopping malls. Very nice Japanese food beside the hotel and authentic Korean restaurant within a short walking distance. Thank you!

Very small room, but well equipped. Air conditioner works well, extra pillows nad blanktets helped me to sleep well in winter time. People at cerection are all so nice. You can ask them to have your luggage after check-out if you want to go sightseeing without heavy bags.

Un espace bureau a été mis à ma disposition le matin afin que je puisse travailler tranquillement. La personne présente à l'accueil m'a même remis la clé de leur WIFI professionnel afin que j'ai une meilleur connexion. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour leur professionnalisme.

Only one night. I chose this hotel because out of those with a single or a double at single price this had the best breakfast reviews. They weren't wrong. Breakfast was great, the room had a really comfortable double bed, sitcom that worked very quickly and a great shower. The only slight niggle was that I was told there would be tea bags in the room but there were only fruit teas. I didn't bother going back down to the desk because I had one with me (I'm sure they would have produced one if I'd asked because they had them at breakfast). There was a kettle and milk pods which is more than you get in many European hotels. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and I could drop my bag off when I arrived even though my room wasn't ready and leave it to collect later after checking out. All perfect for my short stay.

Small hotel - very well presented. Breakfast room in basement provides a good range of food with welcoming staff. My room was on the top floor and my only quibble would be that the water pressure for the shower isn't the best. I'm also not very tall but struggled to fit under the shower. (I'm also unsure why Expedia told the hotel I come from Japan!)

I very nice stay in Paris. I had stayed at this hotel a few months previously. Again, it was an excellent stay. My room was compact but very nice with good air conditioning and nice shower. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring central Paris and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

設備は綺麗で、フロントスタッフの方も親切でした。冷蔵庫にミニバーとして飲料が入っていますが、チェックアウト時の自己申告により追加料金が発生しますので、注意が必要です。シャルル・ド・ゴール空港からロワシーバスに乗って移動してきましたが、移動中はやはり治安の悪い地域も見受けられましたが、このホテルの立地するエリアは高級ホテルも立ち並んでおり、少なくとも20時くらいまではOpera駅やHavre駅から歩いていても危険は感じませんでした。朝食として近くのBrioche Doreeというお店でサンドイッチを食べましたが、英語時間が早く、10ユーロ程度と安くて美味しかったのでオススメです。

Overall this was a great place to stay. Room was clean and it was average size. I was happy there was a fridge and A/C. Staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there is a bar right next to the hotel and there would be smokers outside which caused the main floor of the hotel to smell of cigarettes.

이 가격에 이런 편한 숙소를 잡을수 있어 다행이였어요. 넓은방은 아니였지만 푹신한 침대 덕분에 잘잤어요. 화장실 세면대에 개미가 한두마리 다녔던것 말고는 청소상태도 만족합니당. 제가 현지숙박세에 대해 잘 모르는데 결제할때 안내받은것 보다 2배로 낸것은 아직 의문입니당 ㅎㅎ 하지만 주변 숙소들보다 저렴했고 편안했기에 저는 만족했습니다

Stayed there multiple times. Like location Always been a little loud but these last 2 stays were very difficult/horrible waking up 6am by neighborhood properties construction morning of my stay. Hotel did not do anything about it. Windows are not sound proof and street noise are constant.

Every morning at 8 am building work started . That was quite noisy. There was just a sliding door which did not close the bathroom properly. The location of the hotel near to Garnier opera is very good concerning sightseeing walks.

Emplacement 10/10, à 2-3 minutes de marche de l’Opéra, Café de la Paix, Galeries Lafayette, et le reste de Paris est accessible à pied aussi, vous êtes dans le coeur de Paris. Accueil très sympathique de la part du personnel. Seule chose, sachez que les chambres et la toilette sont minuscules. Si ce n’est pas un enjeu pour vous, c’est un hôtel parfait. Les facilités sont là, le lit est confortable, mais la chambre est minuscule. J’y reviendrais sans problèmes en sachant cette information.

This is a great location for a great little hotel. We were gone sightseeing, naturally, so can't comment on the breakfast or how quiet it is during the day. But it is nicely decorated and maintained. The rooms are small, of course, but more than adequate for two people. We looked out to the small courtyard below (behind the building) but never spoked any people. The night clerk doesn't speak much English, but since we don't speak much French -- anyway, it was fine.

The room is just like a Tokyo-style hotel room. Very small and compact but very clean. Because I am used to Tokyo hotel rooms, this hotel worked perfectly for me as a 1st time visitor to Paris. They even have a small book depicting recommendations

This is a very typical three star European hotel (that is really more of a two star by North American standards). My room was suitable but very tired and dated. The carpets were very worn, the shower was broken (you had to hold the showerhead because the mount was damaged) and tiny. The location is absolutely perfect though and the staff were very kind. This did the trick for my first night in Paris but it’s pretty overpriced for the condition it’s in.

Great location & hotel EXCEPT poor guest support. Unfortunately I became quite ill the day I arrived. I am an older woman traveling alone. I knew I needed some food by late afternoon. However, the desk receptionist refused to help me. She said I needed to walk nearby myself for food. They did not have any delivery services to offer. I will say the morning reception guy was super. He gave me my room early when I arrived the day before. He also was not happy with the afternoon receptionist. He said they know many restaurant owners nearby that would have gladly made me what I could food I wanted. She should have ordered for me whatever I wanted and delivered my food to me, paying them back for what it cost. Instead, she said because it was after 3pm, she could not leave the office. So I recommend this hotel but I hope if you ever need assistance, you get the morning guy!

立地が最高です。ロワシーバス降りてから5分ほどでした。フロントの男性、清掃の女性、会った全てのスタッフの感じが良く、特にフロントの対応は素晴らしかったです。部屋で特に良かったのはお風呂で、浴槽もあり、水圧、温度、水捌け、海外のホテルではどれか諦めなければならないけれど、このホテルは全て満足でした。

とても快適に過ごしましたが、男性のスタッフやレストランのスタッフはとても対応が良かったですが、他の人の口コミででもあったように、女性１人、Aminさんと最終日会ってしまい、物凄く感じ悪く、威圧的な態度で接する対応でした。ずっと心地よかったのに、この人１人の為に不快な気分になったのはとても残念です

I chose to stay here for the location as I was in Paris to see a show at Palais Garnier but it’s so close to all the places I wanted to go and in walking distance back to Gare du Nord (traffic in the Opera area is just so awful.

Room was clean and was located in a great area close to multiple metro stations. Room was really small which was fine because O was travelling alone but I can’t imagine two people trying to move around that small of a space. Appreciated that it had AC. Had a mini fridge which was a plus but I feel like it could have been way colder.

Excellent location in the heart if Paris, close to the Metro and many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Very quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Met all of our needs!

Only one night. I chose this hotel because out of those with a single or a double at single price this had the best breakfast reviews. They weren't wrong. Breakfast was great, the room had a really comfortable double bed, sitcom that worked very quickly and a great shower. The only slight niggle was that I was told there would be tea bags in the room but there were only fruit teas. I didn't bother going back down to the desk because I had one with me (I'm sure they would have produced one if I'd asked because they had them at breakfast). There was a kettle and milk pods which is more than you get in many European hotels. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and I could drop my bag off when I arrived even though my room wasn't ready and leave it to collect later after checking out. All perfect for my short stay.

Small hotel - very well presented. Breakfast room in basement provides a good range of food with welcoming staff. My room was on the top floor and my only quibble would be that the water pressure for the shower isn't the best. I'm also not very tall but struggled to fit under the shower. (I'm also unsure why Expedia told the hotel I come from Japan!)

Decent three star hotel, that is right in the centre of Paris, minutes away from the Opera Garnier. The room was clean, and bed was comfy, and air con not too noisy. It was a little noisy on the street below but had a good nights' sleep. Breakfast was pretty standard for this level of hotel in Paris and the staff were all friendly.

Fantastisk personal, de var så hjälpsamma! Pratade bra engelska också. Vårt rum var ”tillgänglighetsanpassat” men inte enligt svenska normer. Det var kanske bara rymligt för att vara Paris. Vårt rum låg precis vid receptionen, och var lite lyhört på morgonen till de samtal som pågick där då, men gatan är tyst och lugn trots sitt centrala läge. Flera metro- linjer och RER linje A på nära avstånd. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet, finns flera alternativ nära tex café Alice.

This was my first time in Paris!! Our stay at the Hotel Volney could not have been more perfect. The staff is so friendly and delightful, very helpful, and always happy to have a little chat. Our rooms were perfect, with good closet space and a mini fridge, and the beds were so comfortable after a long day. They offer either a bathtub or a shower, but you need to request the tub if you want it... after long days walking, a good soak in the tub is definitely recommended. The hotel is centrally located, and just a walk, Metro, or bus ride away from everything. There are restaurants close by, so even if you've been out all day and are exhausted, you can still grab a fabulous meal. Thank you again for a fabulous stay. We'll be back!!
