I came here for a quick birthday getaway and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place really was The hot tub was my biggest highlight. Very clean and spacious. Room had nice amenities like mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely come back here.

Roaches in the bathroom. Stained pillow and sheets. Room was on 3rd floor elevator was broken. TV remote was broken. Smoke free room smelled of smoke as well as the hallways.

Hairs all over the tiny jacuzzi! Bed unmade also unstable made very poorly. When I called front desk they where very unbothered and careless. This was my second time here first time was good this time it was terrible!

The jacuzzi jets were not working. I paid for the most expensive room because it was my birthday and I wanted to use the jacuzzi. They left the side door to the building open all night causing it to be freezing cold & allowing ANYONE to come in. I have pictures also. The telephones didn’t even work properly & I couldn’t call to the front desk because most of the buttons were missing.

I was shocked to see porn instead of regular movie channels. No cable, but two porn channels. It was a little chilly in the room there was only one blanket a very thin blanket. Never again!

When we checked in we were told to go outside then in the side door. Thus door was propped open! Not safe! We got to the room and went to get into bed and we pulled back the covers. The bottom sheet was stained. We said we'll sleep on the next blanket. The next blanket was also stained and had cigarette burns ( it was a non smoking room) we had to sleep on top of the second sheet. I will not stay here again, and I don't recommend anyone else staying here.

There was bed bugs infestation inside the room 220 I left the room and slept in my car I do have photos and I filed s complaint with hotels.com I also will be filing with the Bbb and the city

Bed sheets were dirty. No towels on the restroom. Front desk staff did not wanted to chanage the sheets when I called them. I had to take the bed sheets myself to the front desk, show them the stain and get a new one. Elevator makes loud noise and hard stops. There is no certificate of inspection on it. It is a safety hazard.

The facility looks old. The bed in the room I was given along with the sheets seemed to be no act to lie in it. I really didn't feel comfortable in the room and left the place after about 3 hours

Staff was very respectful and polite. Rooms are cozy and the bathroom was new-marble counters and big showers. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any family friendly content on the tv but that’s my only concern. The elevator was fast and housekeeping was kind and helpful.

The mirrors were dirty. I had to clean the jetted tub. Asked for extra pillows and couldnt have that. The comforter was thin. It looked and felt like a room curtain. The place is okay for few nights but they need to do better. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

the staff this morning was horrible all because of a miscommunication i was verbally assaulted by the staff he said he was going to sue me if i dont leave the room all because i thought i paid for two nights . he was screaming on the phone .

The desk clerk was arrogant and did not help me fill out the forms. All the information was on the license and the reservation, but they made me fill out this form with all kinds of information.. and not having my glasses and being hard of hearing he quickly became a bit nasty. It's an old place that had old charm but it's wore out in tired..

2 person bed hostels are becoming scarce, and this one is well appreciated. Close to everything a tourists needs. This is not the place for you if you plan on doing more than sleeping and preparing for the next days adventure only to return to rest up for the next day. Its loud, its gritty, its community based and its just right for travel.

The fist room they gave me was pretty dirty it had stains on the bed and on the walls. They changed me to another room which also had a little bit of stains on the wall but it was definitely manageable. The room kind of gave off old cigarette smell, but it was decent otherwise. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, which was pretty convenient. I didn’t see a pool there. That was fine. It was the middle of October when I went. They do have cash only vending machines. My biggest pet peeve was that they have a $25 early check-in fee if you want to check in before 3 PM. Other than that everything was ok.
