When we checked in we were trying to get in the office because that was you usually do go in the office but this one you can’t get in just ring the bell. The man came to the window asked for ID I asked for 1st floor he said we don’t have any and it was about 3:30 and then he asked me for $5.00 cash I asked what is that for ? He said for room key. When I checked out I forgot my phone charger in the room the lady told me to call back in 5 mins. When I called back she said nothing was returned for lost and found. I knew I left it there.

Check-in: The Lobby is closed all the time, you have to do all the check in transactions through a window where you are standing outside. You also get charged $5 (refundable) for ONE electronic key for your room. Friendly staff. Room: The pictures on the website are much better than the actual product. The room smells musty and old. Based on how dirty my socks were after walking without shoes for about 10 minutes I can tell the floors are not cleaned properly, in fact there where so many stains in the floor that could easily can be taking care by just mopping. Chair and ottoman had stains visible to the naked eye. Luggage rack was broken. Mattress and pillows were comfortable but the light comforter was raggedy. The metal frame moved constantly and it needed adjustment since every time we moved in the bed made a lot of noise. There was a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker as advertised. We could have gone to a better hotel for the same price but the coffee maker was the winning point which it didn’t exist. Bathroom. There was shampoo and soap but the towels where stained and the shower head hight was about 5.5”, I’m only 5.4” and couldn’t wash my hair without hitting the head, my husband being 6 feet tall had a much harder time. No shower liner only a curtain. The floors were filthy. Parking. Lots of space available. Area: Homeless people hanging around which explains the lobby closure. Will not recommend staying here.

The sink was dirty and had hair left in it. It was disgusting. They moved me to another room, but I won’t be giving this hotel a second chance.

On a séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel car on avait un stage dans les environs. Hôtel très propre, calme et avec parking. Il y a une laverie et supérette juste à coté.
