Very nice and clean place. You would never know it from the street view, we were surprised how much we liked the room and the clean sheets and towels. Room had a full fridge, a toaster, a microwave, it was a real studio apartment like. We will be back!

Wonderful private beach area with boats docking very close and clear water. Space in bathroom was a little tight but comfortable overall. Overall great value, gorgeous view and relaxing property walkable to ferry, grocery and shopping.

I've stayed here three times now. The room with the Double bed was large enough for 4 people, along with a kitchen area, full fridge, cooking utensils, pots and pans, sink, microwave, etc. The courtyard is cute, with tables to sit at, free coffee 24/7, and the people at the desk are always super nice. They don't seem to have an ice machine, causing you to have to ask for ice, which isn't that big of a deal, but a bit inconvenient. The private beach is nice, but the water area is between two large docks, so a smaller swimming area. There are many loungers with umbrellas on the beach with a picnic table and even a grill. The best thing about this place to me is that they are far less expensive than most every other place on the island, BY FAR. Maybe because they are in Vineyard haven, which is a tiny town and most people want to stay at Oak Bluffs, especially as there's night life there, and much more shopping and restaurants. There is a gas station very close, as well as some shopping and even a supermarket. There's a breakfast place across the street. I'd easily recommend this motel and stay there again.

This is not a high end luxury hotel but has very clean and functional rooms. We had a well stocked kitchenette and a private beach with a great view of the harbor. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. If you are on any sort of budget, this place is a great deal!

This place is basically exactly as advertised. A basic motel with straightforward amenities. The private beach was great, though we were in town for concerts on Fri/Sat nights so we didn't spend much time there. Beds were comfortable. Room included a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator which was handy. Centrally located and a short walk from the ferry. Parking was a bit of a competition, as their main lot fills up. But the secondary lot is just across the street and free parking was really helpful for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are back out on the island.

Big shared porch with benches. Free parking and easy walk to buses, ferry and the town of Vineyard Haven. Everything we needed for a relaxing vaca on the vineyard!

Our room needed to be completely gutted. Paint was peeling, siding was water damaged, floors were coupled and there was a strong odor of possibly mold. Everywhere you looked, work needed to be done. Someone entered our room after we turned in for the night. Someone from the office came a bit later and said they made a mistake.

This did not meet our expectations. The bathroom has no ventilation system (such as a fan) and the ceiling tiles for the drop ceiling went into the bathroom and above the shower! And there was water leaking down from them into the shower 50% of the time which means there is definitely mold.

The room was clean. However, the shower head was completely rusted. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and room. There was construction the first two days of our stay. While I understand the hotel was being renovated, I would have preferred to be in a room away from the construction noise.

Given the timing, there were not very many options for my family and I to stay because summer in the Vineyard is so busy when we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly, but I’ll never stay at this place again from the outdated room, lack of cleanliness of the shower, I was ready to leave.

Amazing property. Was not expecting a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in my room. Had a couch and a king bed plus an amazing view of vineyard harbor. Facility was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful Thank you! 10 out of 10 and 5 stars.

The room was reasonable size, but the bathroom was quite tiny. The door didn’t open all the way due to hitting the toilet. We managed though. It was what we expected, the price and location were great for our stay on Martha’s Vineyard. It was convenient to the ferry port and there are good restaurants nearby.

This property is ok. The room was ok. Comfortable enough. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The front desk checkin was ok. The people were not friendly at all. The location is good. Short walk to the harbor.

Nice little beach. Water view from deck. Room was neat and clean. Has in wall ac which is noisy at night. Some rooms are looking at a wall so hard to have windows open. Two very good restaurants within 100 ft of motel plus net result right across the street. Easy walk into town. Was quite expensive for what it was.

Fantastic place with beautiful views, super friendly staff, and a full kitchen in each room. A 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and 1 minute walk from the grocery store. Not cheap but if we could afford it, we'd stay for a week. Any future stays in Martha's Vineyard will be here.

This is a well located property that is in desperate need of renovation. The noise was from the paper thin walls of our neighbors. We could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Last redecorated in the 1980s. I was very unhappy with the accommodation.

The room itself was quant, clean, well stocked and had a space heater which worked well as it was chilly. The beds were hard, pillows a bit flat. The walls are thin! You hear everything in the halls and in other rooms above/below and around you. The front desk staff were split, one nice younger girl and then the older women was extremely rude and crabby. Felt like she could have been retired and stayed there. She was not people friendly, no smile, no hello, not even a pleasant look for you. She should not be at the desk anymore. BEWARE the main hotel site says no bikes in your room. This app does not list that so being unaware I was met with serious rudeness, with no suggestions to find a common solution. My expensive road bike came in the room! I highly suggest updating all appropriate info on every platform so others are not met with this rudeness as well as replacing the older women or giving her a different job.

Convenient, clean motel for short-term stays. Has it own private, small beach. Within walking distance of the Vineyard Haven ferry. Spencer, the front desk staff person, was extraordinarily courteous, pleasant, and offered some personal assistance in getting to our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked a very quick one night in order to see a performance of The Shark is Broken at the MV Performing Arts Center. We were able to check in seamlessly. Brianna was so accommodating, cheerful and helpful. She allowed us to store our luggage the next day for a few hours after check out. Kitchen was extremely clean, fully stocked and comfortable. LOVED all the hooks and shelves in the bathroom as well as the extra room. The beach was very clean and the beach towels good size. We noticed that this part of MV was not nearly as crazy or busy as the other towns during JAWS summer madness. I would recommend this motel to couples and families. For sure, we will be back. Sorry we could only stay for one quick night. Shops, restaurants and buses make the island experience perfect.

Staff was incredible. Any issues were handled immediately and thoroughly. The staff always greeted us on the way out in the morning asking if there was anything needed while we were gone. We had a great stay st Vineyard Harbor Motel. The property was well-maintained, our room was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk from the ferry and an easy walk back to restaurants and bus transportation around the island.

Everything was good. Good selection for K-coffee and thoughtful to provide drinking water that’s not in a bottle! Microwave in the room was helpful but needed a ceramic bowl for reheating. The only thing off was that the cable TV wasn’t working… they couldn’t fix it but we didn’t plan on using it anyway.

I've stayed here three times now. The room with the Double bed was large enough for 4 people, along with a kitchen area, full fridge, cooking utensils, pots and pans, sink, microwave, etc. The courtyard is cute, with tables to sit at, free coffee 24/7, and the people at the desk are always super nice. They don't seem to have an ice machine, causing you to have to ask for ice, which isn't that big of a deal, but a bit inconvenient. The private beach is nice, but the water area is between two large docks, so a smaller swimming area. There are many loungers with umbrellas on the beach with a picnic table and even a grill. The best thing about this place to me is that they are far less expensive than most every other place on the island, BY FAR. Maybe because they are in Vineyard haven, which is a tiny town and most people want to stay at Oak Bluffs, especially as there's night life there, and much more shopping and restaurants. There is a gas station very close, as well as some shopping and even a supermarket. There's a breakfast place across the street. I'd easily recommend this motel and stay there again.

We came for Pinkwell and this hotel is convenient to public transportation, Stop and Shop, Gourmet French restaurant next door, Black Dog down the street and fresh seafood across the street. Bus stops right on front and leaves across the street. I ❤️ it, private beach, water and coffee provided.

We had a delightful stay at Vineyard Harbor Hotel. Very friendly staff! Even though its an older place, it was very clean, roomy, well equipped, nicely decorated. Being there in December, we couldn't take full advantage of the beachfront. It must be great in the summer. Loved the kitchen and full refrigerator. Also loved the location: walking distance to town, ferry terminal, restaurants. We've been coming to the Vineyard for amost 30 years, and never knew much about this place! A great find!

The location and view from the room were perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig choices for coffee in the morning as this is stronger and better than your normal in room choices. They gave us an umbrella to use during our stay which was super thoughtful. And it was an easy walk to town and convenient to drive anywhere.
