The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas. The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too. We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting. Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm. Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in). Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds. We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

We stayed at AluaSoul Ibiza recently and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The hotel has potential, but it’s in serious need of a major update. Our room had several issues: the shower leaked heavily every time it was used, making the bathroom floor constantly wet and unsafe. Even more concerning, we encountered multiple cockroaches in our room during our stay — an unacceptable issue for any hotel. No hairdryer available, and very confusing on the board of the rooms available 3 different types of all inclusive The food at the hotel was just okay, but generally bland. There were no chili options or any real variety in spice, which made the meals feel repetitive over time. The pool area quickly becomes overcrowded. Guests place towels extremely early in the morning to reserve sunbeds, leaving very limited space later in the day. This made relaxing by the pool quite difficult. While there is a bus that conveniently takes you to Ibiza Old Town, there is no return service, leaving taxis as the only option to get back — which can be costly and inconvenient. The surrounding area of the hotel doesn’t offer much, and the beachfront itself is underwhelming and not particularly pleasant. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements to justify its rating and pricing. I wouldn’t return unless some major changes are made.

Had a lovely stay at AluaSoul, the hotel was really relaxing, the pool area & bar were great & the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable & we had nice view over the pool.

The hotel is very modern. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Food was nice, something for everyone. The only comment is the pool closes at 6 which seemed a bit early when the sun was still very high and hot. 7pm would probably be better. The room with a view of the sea was lovely.

Piscine dégueulasse pas nettoyée pleine d'algues...le sol extérieur des piscines n'est pas nettoyé non plus... Chambre sale Literie pas confortable... Les repas all inclusif dégueulasse... Je Suis choquée vu le prix de la nuit...une moyenne de 350euros la nuit...pour ce prix on s'attend à un certain niveau...et ça fait parti du groupe Hyatt... Le seul point positif s'est les salariés...les serveurs au restaurant ou au bar sont très sympathiques l'animateur aussi...et la masseuse Maria a des doigts de fée...

Great Ibizan base. A well appointed hotel in the bay of Es Canar. Three pools, a spa and fitness centre. A pleasant dining area with views of the bay and a nice patio area. Food choices are good as is the quality. Hotel staff are excellent. Super friendly and helpful. A hotel I’d be happy to return to.

Es Cana area donde se encuentra el hotel para las personas que busquen tranquilidad ya que después de las 12AM no hay nada, es demasiado tranquilo. Si quieres más acción/diversión ir a Santa Eulalia o Ibiza. Por otro lado, el hotel no es malo pero falta más variedad en el buffet. La comida se repite. Y las habitaciones falta un poco más de limpieza.

Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return.

The hotel is just fine. My Aircon was not working, took 2 days to fix it. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy when I checked in, Safe was broken and was not working. Drinks are watered down and the pool is not clean.

Alles war hervorragend (die Speisen, Zimmer, Personal und Sauberkeit). Dieses Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und wir würden dieses immer weiter empfehlen. Everything was excellent (the food, rooms, staff, and cleanliness). This hotel is in a very beautiful location and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Always walked past this hotel when I've been camping in ibiza and thought I'd love to stay there and it didnt disappoint. Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, air con worked really well, pool area lovely and frozen cocktails included on all inclusive. Brillaint hotel and would defijitely recommend and return

No hairdryer available, and very confusing on the board of the rooms available 3 different types of all inclusive The food at the hotel was just okay, but generally bland. There were no chili options or any real variety in spice, which made the meals feel repetitive over time. The pool area quickly becomes overcrowded. Guests place towels extremely early in the morning to reserve sunbeds, leaving very limited space later in the day. This made relaxing by the pool quite difficult. Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return.

Friendly, attentive and hard working staff. Modern, simple decor. Lovely pool atmosphere with some evening entertainment. Large variety of food (you just need to choose different options) pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetarian, salads etc. Great location, but some early hour noise from party goers if you have a sea view room. However sea view is amazing.

The hotel is very modern. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Food was nice, something for everyone. The only comment is the pool closes at 6 which seemed a bit early when the sun was still very high and hot. 7pm would probably be better. The room with a view of the sea was lovely.

We logeerden in de junior suite met zeezicht. Helaas zijn dit naast de mooiste kamers, ook de kamers met het meeste lawaai. Heel jammer dat hier geen melding van gemaakt werd ondanks ik tijdens de boeking vermeldde 7 maand zwanger te zijn. We zaten recht boven het restaurant waar vanaf het ontbijt de muziek zeer goed te horen was, alsook tijdens het diner. Daarna hoorden we ook de animatie op straat en op de binnenplaats van het hotel tot laat op de avond omdat de traphal vlakbij onze kamer was. Van kamer wisselen was niet mogelijk. Bij het ontbijt geen vegan/lactosevrije opties, ook niet als dit aan het personeel gevraagd werd. Het bruin brood was heel vaak na een uurtje al op net zoals bepaaalde gerechten tijdens het diner. Geen gratis kraantjeswater tijdens diner halfpension, dit zou echt een basis service moeten zijn. Zeer hard bed. Onvriendelijk personeel aan de balie, nooit goeiemorgen/goedendag. Housekeeping wel zeer vriendelijk en elke dag een flesje water op de kamer. Het hotel is geen 4 sterren waard. Er werd een gesprek aangeboden na mijn klachten halverwege de week, maar dat vond dan uiteindelijk niet plaats omdat er niks kon gedaan worden aan bovengenoemde klachten. Ik had dus niet het gevoel dat het hen iets kon schelen.

Das Karoke-Lokal nebenan ist eine Katastrophe und raubt einem den Schlaf, wenn Mann ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat. Besser direkt Poolblick buchen. Wir waren das dritte Mal dort und hatten sonst Poolblick. Zimmer sind dort auch leiser. In dem alten Teil mit Meerblick sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

Super clean, incredibly helpful staff, super efficient and friendly - gave me lots of extra pillows on arrival on request. Valentina the events organiser was absolutely amazing at her job making everyone feel so welcome, so warm and friendly, and that nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay ‘super special’ with activities ranging from table tennis & water aerobics, The food was Amazing -fresh, diverse menus, lovely environment, very welcoming. Would have been great to have had water available at the evening meal. A few inconsiderate guests played their own music very loud around the pool and there was a particularly noisy, high spirited, drunk guy. This holiday destination is an absolute gem! A real treat! - made to feel so welcome & super Special! Thank you so much! x

The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas. The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too. We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting. Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm. Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in). Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds. We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

Initially the staff tried to pull a fast one by putting us in a different room smaller than the one we had booked saying because we booked via Expedia it’s the room we booked. But after a bit of back and forth we were given the right room and everything went smoothly. The pool view is a lot nicer and quieter than the sea view although the sea view is prettier in the morning. We chose the all-inclusive option and it was the best option

Es Cana area donde se encuentra el hotel para las personas que busquen tranquilidad ya que después de las 12AM no hay nada, es demasiado tranquilo. Si quieres más acción/diversión ir a Santa Eulalia o Ibiza. Por otro lado, el hotel no es malo pero falta más variedad en el buffet. La comida se repite. Y las habitaciones falta un poco más de limpieza.

Zimmer bestechen durch Aufmerksamkeiten = es gibt eine Live-Übertragung bei WC-Nutzung ins Zimmer aufgrund der oben offenen Glastüre, dies ist für den zweiten Gast im Zimmer unzumutbar, 4. Grundsätzlich heißt es hier: zuerst bezahlen, dann den bestellten Service genießen, dies gilt für Aufenthalt (gleich beim Check in), Massage (Bezahlung bei der Buchung); ein Kreditkarten-Deposit für Extras ist nicht möglich: wenn € 200 erreicht sind, muss bei der Reception wieder bezahlt werden, ansonsten kann man nichts mehr aufs Zimmer schreiben, 5. Zustand der Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. (Wir haben mehrere gesehen) Personal Rezeption ist sehr förmlich, kein Lächeln keine Begrüßung, kein Verabschieden. Personal Restaurant ist sehr freundlich trotz Stress, da es immer laut und voll war. Gäste sind zu 95% Engländer. Lage super. Das Karoke-Lokal nebenan ist eine Katastrophe und raubt einem den Schlaf, wenn Mann ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat. Besser direkt Poolblick buchen. Wir waren das dritte Mal dort und hatten sonst Poolblick. Zimmer sind dort auch leiser. In dem alten Teil mit Meerblick sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

Everything at the hotel worked very well. Your room-key is a bracelet. You have peace and quiet at the pool-area without enoying music. As I travell light, I appriciated the schampoo, conditioner and bodylotion in the room. The beach is not supernice but there is only a 15 min walk to lovely Cala Nova Beach.

The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas. The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too. We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting. Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm. Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in). Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds. We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

On the outside, the hotel looks beautiful, a clean white resort with lovely grounds and a nice pool. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Jasmine at reception was absolutely wonderful and a huge credit to the hotel. The bar staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, despite the nice exterior and great service, there are a lot of flaws that really let the experience down: • Drinks: Cocktails were mostly ice and sugary syrups. Even though we were on the all-inclusive plan, many drinks like ginger ale and bottled water weren’t included, which felt frustrating especially when you have to walk to the supermarket for basics like water. It really defeats the purpose of going all-inclusive. • Food: Very disappointing. It was often cold, unimaginative, tasteless, and extremely repetitive. Sometimes food appeared hot on the outside but was still frozen inside, like it hadn’t been properly heated through. We ended up paying extra for nachos at the bar just to have something decent to eat again, defeating the point of all-inclusive. • Room issues: We only received one bottle of water in our room even though there were two of us, and the espresso pods were never refilled. The shower head also didn’t work properly, which was another letdown. Would I return? Probably, simply because it’s likely the best option in the area. Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return.

We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back!

We logeerden in de junior suite met zeezicht. Helaas zijn dit naast de mooiste kamers, ook de kamers met het meeste lawaai. Heel jammer dat hier geen melding van gemaakt werd ondanks ik tijdens de boeking vermeldde 7 maand zwanger te zijn. We zaten recht boven het restaurant waar vanaf het ontbijt de muziek zeer goed te horen was, alsook tijdens het diner. Daarna hoorden we ook de animatie op straat en op de binnenplaats van het hotel tot laat op de avond omdat de traphal vlakbij onze kamer was. Van kamer wisselen was niet mogelijk. Bij het ontbijt geen vegan/lactosevrije opties, ook niet als dit aan het personeel gevraagd werd. Het bruin brood was heel vaak na een uurtje al op net zoals bepaaalde gerechten tijdens het diner. Geen gratis kraantjeswater tijdens diner halfpension, dit zou echt een basis service moeten zijn. Zeer hard bed. Onvriendelijk personeel aan de balie, nooit goeiemorgen/goedendag. Housekeeping wel zeer vriendelijk en elke dag een flesje water op de kamer. Het hotel is geen 4 sterren waard. Er werd een gesprek aangeboden na mijn klachten halverwege de week, maar dat vond dan uiteindelijk niet plaats omdat er niks kon gedaan worden aan bovengenoemde klachten. Ik had dus niet het gevoel dat het hen iets kon schelen.

It’s beautiful to the eye and very relaxing. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing.

Didn’t spend much time in hotel Gluten free wasn’t great as they had electronic labels telling you if there was gluten in dish On my last day I asked why there were no deserts and all ice cream had gluten in them I was told that the labels were incorrect and all ice cream was gluten free No deserts for me all holiday when it was there incorrect labelling so make sure you ask every day

This hotel is pretty good, the location is great with a few small restaurants and bars nearby which are worth a visit. Rooms are adequate and pretty comfortable though if you book the suite option, it really isn't at all. The staff were mostly good. The food was utterly atrocious. Many people were complaining about the bland, non-seasoned, offerings and the 'chefs' were not interested. The food felt cheap and there was not enough of it. Deserts were clearly all out of a box and pretty rough. Salads were pretty good. Drinks were good with branded options available for the AI. The one thing that I find unbelievable is that water is not included on the AI. If I want unlimited vodka or gin, that's fine but water was a no go. I find this appalling especially in a hot climate. Will not return.
