Terribly managed property. Prices not worthy of value received. I didn’t like my original room so I upgraded and had to pay upfront and nonetheless it was not ready by check in time, yet they wanted me to wait several hours more had I not argued. Worse than that was the temperature of the rooms which was kept warm out of some voluntary targets (I could never sleep as a result). They claimed it was sustainability related law, but I called other hotels in Ibiza to verify and those other hotel said I can set the temperature of my room to whatever I want at their properties. Pool was beautiful, but adorned with dated and dirty furniture. Cleanliness was an issue throughout the hotel actually. Also in relation to the pool, it was crowded by non-hotel guests which had to only pay a small fee to enter and take up all the space and beds away from the guests that were paying a fortune to this over priced hotel. Wait staff in restaurants and pool side were friendly but bad at actually serving, as orders were ALWAYS either very late or wrong.

Buenísima ubicación en Cala Nova, posibilidad de parking de pago 20€/noche. Las habitaciones son amplias y no le falta detalle. Me gustó el detalle de que nos prepararan la habitación antes de dormir. Cuenta con una piscina Infinity en el rooftop con unas vistas de ensueño. Lo recomiendo 100%.

I feel that this hotel doesn't warrant 5 stars. It didn't feel luxurious at all. Things I did not like: - not being given any information upon check in such as info on breakfast timings, telephone number for the main desk, info on the pool and sun loungers etc - having to run down to reception after a shower as I was not given a hairdryer in my room and was not told the telephone number for reception - the scramble to get a sun lounger by the pool, it was insanely busy all day every day. And you are not told that the nicer beds have a minimum spend attached - I didn't like the attitudes of the other guests, I overheard them speaking very poorly to the staff/waiters/waitresses.

Beautiful hotel, with great views. The staff are very welcoming. Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel was fantastically located with great views. The facilities, pool and restaurant were very good, the room was very comfortable and the amenities available in the room were very good. Service was on the slow side, always friendly - felt like they were warming up to the season

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; truly some of the most accommodating service I’ve ever experienced. Le service n’est pas aux standards d’un 5 etoiles, le personnel est très gentil mais doit être formé, par exemple on peut rester des heures a la piscine sans que persone vienne nous demander si on veut boire quelque chose. Le menu est aussi à revoir, pas top! Me rooftop est magnifique avec une vue mer, par contre il y a des « minimum spend » pour prendre des beds, ce n’est acceptable ! On paye l’hôtel pour avoir accès aux facilités ! Les chambres sont assez petites et la vue mer n’est que partielle!

Wunderschönes Hotel, mega Frühstücksauswahl und das Personal ist sehr höflich und nett. Die Lage ist auch super und es gibt einen direkten Strandzugang aber auch einen schönen Pool.

Beautiful clean modern property with lovely restaurants, bars (including rooftop), amazing views and right next to Cala Nova with great restaurants including Aiyanna. Well located close to Sta Eulalia and away from busy areas, but not too far that it feels too remote.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren im gleichen Hotel, damals hatte uns das Frühstück sehr überzeugt. 3 Jahre später waren wir total enttäuscht. Morgenessen noch halb so gross, Qualität schlecht (warme Speisen um 8.00 Uhr bereits kalt). Teller und Gläser schmutzig. Im Zimmer hat der TV nicht funktioniert, Abfluss in der Dusche ebenfalls nicht. Zimmer um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde Besserung gelobt, diese ist teilweise erfolgt. Wir werden das Hotel meiden und definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

Jedoch weit aus schlimmer war die ständige Lärmbelästigung. Zwei Tage lang wurde von früh behalt 7 bis abends um 0:00 Uhr die Wassertanks befüllt. Rückwärtsfahrense LKWs, die piepen, laufende LKWs - so laut, dass man nicht mal sprechen konnte auf dem Balkon. Dazu kamen noch die Anlieferungen und der zu abholende Müll. Man hätte bereits in den Bewertungen diese Probleme lesen können. Noch weitaus ärgerlicher war, dass wir bereits bei anderen Gästen mitbekommen haben, dass die Rechnung falsch war. Entsprechend haben wir sehr darauf geachtet, dass es stimmt. Im Hotel hat die Rechnung gestimmt. Als wir bereits zuhause waren, kamen jedoch Abbuchungen auf unserer Kreditkarte, die auf keiner Rechnung waren, die durch uns nicht veranlasst wurden. Es ist ein schönes luxuriöses Hotel. Man wird direkt bei Ankunft vom service begrüßt und in Empfang genommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wie auf den Bildern, klein aber der Meer Ausblick aus dem Balkon lässt einem über die Größe hinweg gucken. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und man schläft sehr gut. Am Morgen wird man dann zum Frühstückstisch begleitet und es wird frisch gepresster Saft und Kaffee vorbei gebracht, dann kann man zum Buffet und sich aussuchen was man gerne möchte, es ist für jeden was dabei und sehr sehr lecker. Nun zum Alltag, man kann gut im Hotel bleiben, es gibt einen Strand sowie einen Pool und Hotel Restaurants, die Restaurants im Hotel sind aber sehr teuer, was für so ein Hotel Eig. auch völlig verständlich ist. Kommt darauf an was man möchte. In der Nähe, also fussläufig ca. 10-15 Minuten gibt es kleine Bistros, wo man günstig was zu essen bekommen kann. Zu der Location des Hotels: In der Nähe gibt es Bistros, kleine Bars/Kneipen, Souvenir Shops und einen Deutschen Arzt 24/7. Wir dachten wir kommen ohne Mietwagen zurecht, falsch gedacht. Wir haben uns um die Ecke gleich einen Mietwagen genommen, da zu unserer Zeit (Mai 22) Busse in der Nähe schwer zu kriegen waren. Ein Taxi für das hin und her hätte sich preislich nicht gelohnt. Parken im Hotel ist kostenlos. Fazit: Wir kommen mit dem Baby definitiv nochmal wieder. :-)

Breakfast hot food was freezing every morning. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren im gleichen Hotel, damals hatte uns das Frühstück sehr überzeugt. 3 Jahre später waren wir total enttäuscht. Morgenessen noch halb so gross, Qualität schlecht (warme Speisen um 8.00 Uhr bereits kalt). Teller und Gläser schmutzig. Im Zimmer hat der TV nicht funktioniert, Abfluss in der Dusche ebenfalls nicht. Zimmer um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde Besserung gelobt, diese ist teilweise erfolgt. Wir werden das Hotel meiden und definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

In general, the hotel was very nice. It had thoughtful touches and was clearly designed with intention. The reason for the four-star instead of five-star rating is because they seem to nickel and dime you on just about everything. Also a privacy blind was broken in front of the hot tub and bathroom leaving us clearly visible to everyone outside. But that aside, The view was amazing in the hotel. Had a wonderful atmosphere and the service and staff were amazing.

Le service n’est pas aux standards d’un 5 etoiles, le personnel est très gentil mais doit être formé, par exemple on peut rester des heures a la piscine sans que persone vienne nous demander si on veut boire quelque chose. Le menu est aussi à revoir, pas top! Me rooftop est magnifique avec une vue mer, par contre il y a des « minimum spend » pour prendre des beds, ce n’est acceptable ! On paye l’hôtel pour avoir accès aux facilités ! Les chambres sont assez petites et la vue mer n’est que partielle!

The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza

I didn’t like my original room so I upgraded and had to pay upfront and nonetheless it was not ready by check in time, yet they wanted me to wait several hours more had I not argued. Worse than that was the temperature of the rooms which was kept warm out of some voluntary targets (I could never sleep as a result). They claimed it was sustainability related law, but I called other hotels in Ibiza to verify and those other hotel said I can set the temperature of my room to whatever I want at their properties. Pool was beautiful, but adorned with dated and dirty furniture. Cleanliness was an issue throughout the hotel actually. Also in relation to the pool, it was crowded by non-hotel guests which had to only pay a small fee to enter and take up all the space and beds away from the guests that were paying a fortune to this over priced hotel. Wait staff in restaurants and pool side were friendly but bad at actually serving, as orders were ALWAYS either very late or wrong.

I think the property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff pays great attention to details for a joyous experience. From the customer service representative, Concierge, violnist, dj, pool staff and housekeeping, everyone was superb. The only set back was the rooftop staffers. I waited almost 3 hours to be served dinner and never received my dessert. The hotel appeared to be short staffed but no one communicated with the guests. Such a disappointment as it was my anniversary. Everyone seemed to ignore me until it was time to leave. Now, the waitress approach me to sign the bill. Shameful. I wish she had that energy and not spoiled our evening. I requested to speak to a manager and never received a call. Otherwise, great hotel.

Buenísima ubicación en Cala Nova, posibilidad de parking de pago 20€/noche. Las habitaciones son amplias y no le falta detalle. Me gustó el detalle de que nos prepararan la habitación antes de dormir. Cuenta con una piscina Infinity en el rooftop con unas vistas de ensueño. Lo recomiendo 100%.

I think the property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff pays great attention to details for a joyous experience. From the customer service representative, Concierge, violnist, dj, pool staff and housekeeping, everyone was superb. The only set back was the rooftop staffers. I waited almost 3 hours to be served dinner and never received my dessert. The hotel appeared to be short staffed but no one communicated with the guests. Such a disappointment as it was my anniversary. Everyone seemed to ignore me until it was time to leave. Now, the waitress approach me to sign the bill. Shameful. I wish she had that energy and not spoiled our evening. I requested to speak to a manager and never received a call. Otherwise, great hotel.

Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.

Breakfast hot food was freezing every morning. Air conditioning in room wouldn’t go below 22 degrees complained to the hotel and was told it was the new Spanish law problem was when you went a sleep the air con would go off because the room was on sensors so woke up most nights because the room was far to hot

Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend.
