Beautiful location, by the beach, stunning views. Great choice of swimming pools, suitable for all family. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and check out. Great entertainment for children and adults. Lifeguards by the pools, clean and spacious rooms. Short walk to town centre with fun fair, lots of restaurants and bars with life music. We loved our stay in the hotel and will definitely come back 😁

The hotel was nice but the room was a little tired and only one lift was working throughout our stay. Lighting in the living area was poor and it was disappointing to have no entertainment in the bar on a Saturday night. The bar was consequently nearly empty.

Die Zimmer wurden täglich super gereinigt. Essensauswahl war gut bis auf die Automaten Säfte. Abendliche Animation hat unserer Tochter sehr gefallen. Suite sind in einem Nachbar Gebäude mit separatem Pool, was allerdings ok für uns war. Die Pool liegen im Hauptgebäude werden bereits früh morgens blockiert. Mittags hat man keine Chance für eine liege.

This is a great property with everything for adult and kids entertainment , beach adjoining the property, best sea views , kids club, pool, sun beds , song n dance entertainment for kids , good food , kids club with games and movies for kids .snack bar and rose bar access is worth it with all kinds of unlimited food and drinks for everyone.

La pecca di questa strutture é decisamente il parcheggio ci sono tante aree di sosta in giro ma tutte a pagamento ed una struttura così dovrebbe avere il suo parcheggio per i propri clienti

This is not to our liking, the floor in our room was not cleaned as my feet were dirty after 30 minutes of walking bare foot. The bathroom was horrible and had mold in and on the bathroom ceiling. Good thing I only stayed 1 night. The check isn’t before 3pm and check out is 10:30am so you don’t even get your 1 full day but you pay for a full day. The pool is over packed and no bar open by the pool ect.

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre, hotel in ottima posizione, belli gli spazi comuni, la piscina con vista mare e anche il bar. Personale gentile, comunicazioni efficienti, buona la ristorazione con ampia scelta al buffet, serate a tema, tanta scelta di verdure, pesce carne e ottimi dolci. Bravi i ragazzi dell'animazione come anche molto gradevole intrattenimento serale. Lo consiglio sia a famiglie che coppie. Unica segnalazione aria condizionata un po' troppo alta in zona reception. Buonissime esperienza all'Hotel Leonardo!

the hotel is top, unfortunately 1 small minus point the elevator is very slow. We were forced to use the stairwell every time.

Beautifull and big hotel at the beach with a lot of facilities. Service is kind and great. Cleaning is good and optional. Towelservice for pool, changing-/showerroom Good and various food. Private parking option is good and close to the hotel. (Little expensive) Finding a sunbed at the pool is not easy because of "early reservations"

Appartement sale a notre arrivé, presence de cafards !!!! Vétuste: -fenêtres qui ne ferment pas -infiltrations en plafonds -peinture qui s'effrite Transat des piscine pris d'assaut a 7h du matin alors que les piscines ouvrent a 9h. Chambre non faite a 14h30 et personnel qui vient la faire a 15h alors que nous somme a l'intérieur !!! Vaisselle du restaurant pas propre et grasse!!! En bref la situation de l'hôtel (es canar) est idéale pour des vacance en famille mais surtout pas dans cet établissement.

The room was dirty! We asked them to clean it but it didn’t work! The fridge was dirty and wasn’t working! There was water leakage in the bathroom and although they came 3 times to fix it came back everyday! The safety box in the room was not working either! The plates and glasses in the restaurant and buffé were extremely dirty! I would neveeeer go back!

Do NOT book! The room was so dirty and old - I had a suite. The room also had a weird smell (mold or moist?). The cusion was bad (hard to even call it cusion), and bed is basic and very hard. This hotel doesn’t hold the standard of a 4 star hotel. Overall facilities including the room was very torn. Stay away unless you completely ignore the facilities.

La limpieza de la habitacion nefasta.

Schön gelegen am Strand und Nähe Cala Nova. Das Hotel bietet eine Courtesy Shower am Abreisetag an, was bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt sehr praktisch war. Ansonsten ist das Haus leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Zudem hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, so dass man das Nebenzimmer komplett hören konnte. Das hätte bei der Buchung erwähnt werden sollen.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Suiten waren vom Platz her in Ordnung aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und wir hatten eine riesen Kakerlake in unserem Zimmer. Auch haben wir überall Haare gefunden. Das Frühstück entspricht eher einem 3 Sterne Hotel und ist teilweise einfach nur fettig. Das Personal am Empfang war leider auch eher unfähig. Man konnte auch keine 10€ aufs Zimmer buchen lassen, alles musste direkt bezahlt werden. So etwas kenne ich aus anderen Häusern auch nicht. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni con i nostri bambini a luglio , lo consiglio vivamente e’ stata una bellissima esperienza … buon cibo e vastissima scelta , animazione coinvolgente sopratutto per i bambini gli animatori top! Ma la pulizia e’ il punto forte del resort! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand, man kann die Liegen dort kostenlos benutzen. Das Essen ist okay, nicht seht lecker aber ganz in Ordnung, es gibt viel zu Auswahl an Gerichten, Obst und Nachtisch. Leider hatte das Zimmer kein Doppelbett gehabt, nur 2 nebeneinander stehende Betten, die immer auseinander gingen beim Schlafen. Ich habe mindestens 5 Mal Bescheid gesagt, die wollten sie zusammentun, ist aber leider nicht geschehen, sodass ich einfach das Telefonkabel genommen und sie an einander angebunden habe. Ansonsten die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut für ein 4* Hotel. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Nice size apartments with good size balcony

I never leave reviews, but in this instance I feel it’s right to. POOL - Not terrible. The pool beds are very uncomfortable, the pool water smells like cheese and the pool area is incredibly slippy. The pool only opens at 10am yet by that point the beds are all reserved and are crammed in very close. FOOD- lukewarm odd mix of food, anything cooked in water had a strange taste. Guests coughing and touching all of it too. ROOM - Broken TV which we reported and was fixed. Fridge didn’t work, patio is tiny and was on a flat roof which had dog or human mess on it. Flashing light in corridor outside the room, no water for 4 hours on day 3. Noisy and paper thin walls. Room had no peephole to see what was going on and one evening someone was repeatedly trying my door handle. There is no chain lock or deadbolt either. We came back from a day trip one day and as the door shut behind us, it opened again to a guy claiming he needed to check the phone on the room, I hadn’t reported anything but it did highlight that the phone was also broken. Add to this the fact that on day one we heard a lady complaining about a theft and signs, all over saying they take no responsibility for belongings I’m shocked that this is classed as a 4* hotel. Our usual hotel in Santa Eulalia is far nicer than this, our decision to try something new didn’t work out, I’d recommend people look somewhere else

Chambre mal isolée, impossible de dormir après 7h30 du matin au 1ère étage à cause des clients qui ouvrent et qui claquent les portes sans arrêt à longueur de journée, ensuite ce sont les femmes de menages et pour finir les cuisines du dessous que vous entendez fortement. J'oubliais aussi les enfants qui crient, qui pleurent nuit et jour dans les couloirs et chambres, et la douche du voisin que l'on entend . Mise à part ça rien d'autre à dire tout est bien sauf ce gros soucis

Lovely location but hotel rooms tired and small. We paid for superior sea view but no bigger than a normal room and very tight with a cot in, had to climb into bed from the bottom. Under the beds really dirty - baby kept throwing toys under. Coffee and tea never re stocked in the whole week. Not enough umbrellas in the children’s pool so unable to sit there.

Stayed at the one bedroom apartments, great sea view, friendly staff particularly bar staff at the rose bar. Comfortable bed and 2 comfortable sofa beds in living room area, spacious bedroom, nice balcony. Only negatives are no tv in bedroom, walls are a bit thin and no mirror in the bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Ci hanno una stanza vista mare come prenotato, ma con una porta che comunicava con un altra stanza, la notte veniamo svegliati dall'arrivo di ospiti, si sentiva praticamente tutto, come se fossero nella nostra stanza, si vedeva anche la luce attraverso le fessure della porta, ovviamente non essendo un muro è normale, ma non è normale che ci viene data una stanza del genere, non era ne segnalato in fase di presentazione ne al nostro arrivo. La notte scendo in reception per segnalare l'accaduto. La mattina faccio presente tutto ad Expedia e con il loro aiuto riusciamo ad avere un altra stanza, senza porta comunicante, e un rimborso per il problema avuto. Premetto che la notte ci dissero che non cercano stanze disponibili. Grazie Expedia, siete fantastici. Non viene fornita la cuffia per la doccia in hotel, se chiedi non ce l'hanno, in un 4 stelle mi sembra assurdo. I cuscini sono troppo bassi e troppo mosci, purtroppo dalla prima notte sono stata con il torcicollo fino alla fine del soggiorno e non hanno altri cuscini più duri che sostengono il collo. Il mangiare nulla di straordinario, ci sono tante cose ma alcune ripetitive e poche specialità del posto, la paiella solo 1 giorno. I lettini in spiaggia e gli ombrelloni non sono compresi e non sono loro, 25€ 2 lettini e un ombrellone. L' hotel ti affitta per una settimana un ombrellone piccolo piccolo a 10€ per la settimana. La struttura dell"hotel è molto bella, ma secondo noi ci sono cose da rivedere per essere un 4 stelle

Apartment was very clean. Beach view was good

First impressions - on check in the receptionist Gala was unhelpful and unfriendly. No information provided on the hotels facilities. Sent us out of the hotel in the wrong direction on the hunt for our room which was in a separate building, we had to go back and ask again. Room was tired. No bar or facilities at the annexe building so you have to walk to the main building. Food in the restaurant was poor. Drink choices also poor for the All Inclusive package. Really disappointing all round. We ended up eating and drinking in the local bars and eateries. If you are going here, please don't waste your money. There are nicer places to go where staff are much nicer, food nicer and drinks nicer.

One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever

This hotel claims to be 4-star, but the service and experience were anything but. From the start, booking was a headache. I booked through Expedia as it was much cheaper than booking direct. The room pictured was misleading, and even though the hotel admitted fault and Expedia explained the hotel chose their pictures when I raised this, both the hotel and Expedia just bounced accountability back and forth. Even after paying to “upgrade” more, the room provided was still not as advertised. When I complained, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. Then look confused that I’d like the tiny sofa bed made up. The concept of all-inclusive here is a joke. Towels? You have to pay to change them. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where this has been the case — enough said. Bar service was equally poor. Staff were rude, inconsistent, and acted as if serving a drink was an inconvenience. To top it off, at the end of the day I was suddenly told I had to pay for the cup my drink came in — despite not being charged for it all day. When I questioned this, the female member of staff glared at me and snapped “you have to pay.” The male staff member just shrugged and said “mistakes happen but now you have to pay,” before rudely serving the person behind me. Not exactly 4-star hospitality. The morning we were leaving, we went for breakfast early as we had to checkout. My toddler being a toddler wasn’t a fan of eating. As we

The staff at this property are absolutely incredible. They make sure you feel welcome & comfortable and will go out of their way for you. The property is clean, updated, and well maintained. I did take a star away for cleanliness because our bed comforters did not appear to be washed before we got there or during our stay. I didn’t bother to inform the staff because they were clearly working hard & so kind. Also, the “clean” dishes in the restaurant often had food remnants on them, but you could always find a clean one. The internet was amazing & I was able access it from the beach. My phone never lost speed or connection during my stay. I hope to be back someday!

My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. The man at the desk was sympathetic but obviously not able to override his boss. Eventually a man came and broke the door and the frame to get her out. Whilst we was given a new room, no compensation or upgrade was offered despite the hotel being less than capacity. Everything else was fine. Good food, drink, clean and staff good at other times. Comfortable facilities and decent pool.

Wir waren ca. 3 Wochen mit der kompletten Familie (Großeltern, Kinder, Enkel) dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können alles als durchweg positiv bewerten und das Hotel ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Es ist ein Familienhotel d.h. es sind fast ausschließlich Familien mit Kindern dort, das sollte jedem klar sein. Und für die Kinder gibt es das volle Programm Animation und einen separaten Kinderpool. Vom Hotel Pool zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte und dies ist wirklich sehr bequem und außergewöhnlich. Das Publikum ist international und das All-inklusive Angebot wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend - als Gast fühlt man sich immer respektiert. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir die "Lifeguards" am Pool, die einen ausgezeichneten Job machen - und natürlich das Personal im Restaurant, das stets alles im Griff hat, egal wie voll es auch ist. Und was den Pool und die Liegen angeht - natürlich können nicht für jeden Gast Liegen am Pool sein - das sollte klar sein. Wenn man jedoch um 08.00 Uhr zum Frühstück geht, sind noch genug Liegen im Schatten und generell frei. Ab 10.00 gibt es auch noch Liegen, dann allerdings nur noch in der Sonne. Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Dit hotel was één van de enige hotels dat nog betaalbaar was in het hoogseizoen toen we redelijk last minute beslisten dat we nog op vakantie gingen. En we zijn blij dat we dit gekozen hadden. We hadden de all-in formule omdat dit niet veel extra was, maar goed ook want Ibiza is qua eten en drinken héél duur. We kozen de deluxe kamer met uitzicht op zee. Een uitzicht om U tegen te zeggen. Kamer was goed in orde, airco werkte perfect en enkel als de deur van het terras dicht was (heel goed!) en alles was proper. In de badkamer en de douche was er wel enige schimmel aanwezig. Het eten was over het algemeen een voldoende. Niet speciaal maar ook niet slecht. Voor ieder wat wils. Het hotel heeft honderden kamers, dit resulteert dan natuurlijk in een massatoerisme en dat maakt dat het altijd heel druk is. Het merendeel van de hotelgasten zijn gezinnen met kinderen, dus rustig relaxen aan het zwembad zat er niet in. Jammer genoeg waren en voor al die toeristen maar twee kleine liftjes waar je maar met 4 personen is kon. Dit was soms lang wachten. De ligging van het hotel kan niet beter. Parkeerplaatsen rondom (soms wel wat rondrijden en zoeken), vlak naast het strand en met een prachtig uitzicht. Over het algemeen een zeer goed hotel, met vriendelijk personeel en voor iedereen wel iets

Location good as it’s close to the sea and within walking distance of a small town and has good public transport links to larger towns.

Excelente hermoso pero si es lejos de el aeropuerto y de Ibiza centro, muy tranquilo sus instalaciones fenomenal dan en las mañana gratis para comer en la recepción y me ha encantado

If you want a one minute walk to the beach filled with families and or an older crowd this is a perfect location. Stayed here with the goal of laying out at the beach for two days. Beautiful water, beach was awesome.

A great place for a family break. Great location, well-equipped room with a great view from the balcony. There was a great variety of food for breakfast including omelettes and pancakes freshly cooked by the chef. Es Canar is a nice town with excellent beaches nearby (hotel pools too) and a good choice of restaurants.

Was great, my only thing was only cocktails on all inclusive were the pre made ones and they did not taste great! Also night entertainment finished early if it was on at all as didn’t see any when I was there but I only had long weekend. Wished snacks were available a little later too! Staff were lovely, rooms cleaned daily and pool area immaculate. Location is great and breakfast had plenty of choice though did feel dinner could’ve had better hot option. Overall though loved the holiday and would definitely return!

Location is great. Definitely NOT a 4 star property. All-inclusive is exclusive of a lot of things. Make you pay a plastic tax at the bar. Staff are miserable. Food is very limited, for a full resort only had half the buffet open. Overall not the 4 star experience you are used to when travelling. Would not go back unless some big changes for the good are made!

Nice quiet family oriented place. Rooms are nicely decorated.Beach is ok wth some spots of seaweeds.Be prepared to pay 25 Euro for 2 lounge chairs and umbrela for a day.We found beautiful beach nearby walking distance.I liked the town with shops, restaurants and night club 10 min.walking.You could also take boat ride to different cities and Formentera Island.I recomend that. We had a half board what was plenty for us.The buffet was delicious with lots of options even for vegetarian.Big selection of fruits and salad bars.House wine red,white and beer where on tap. Owerall it was nice resort I just missed some entertaiment for adults.

Entertainment for 14 and 12 year old poor. Bar poor standard of drinks for cost of AI. A real glass would have been nice at night time.

Mooi hotel met mooi zwembad en nette kamers. Het eten mag wat gevarieerder, elke lunch en diner zelfde salades en toetjes, en het eten was niet altijd warm. Bij de all in prijs zitten nep cocktails uit een automaat, zo zonde. Ijsjes zijn ook niet inbegrepen. Tip: pas dit aan. Dit hoort bij all in en komt nu zo goedkoop over!

Everything was good , the rooms , the housekeeping, the maids . The thing that lets it all down are the staff in the kitchen , the food every lunchtime was cold even fresh food they brought out was cold , in the end we stopped going for food .

De verouderde kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. De zwembaden waren prima, maar hadden wel erg koud water. Het ontbijt en lunch waren basic en okay, maar erg weinig afwisseling. Het avondeten was gewoon matig tot slecht. Ook hier weer weinig afwisseling en keuze. De laatste avonden zijn we maar uit eten gegaan. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel achter dit hotel had af en toe een feestavond waar we uitgebreid van konden meegenieten terwijl we in bed lagen, aangezien onze slaapkamer aan de achterkant zat. De kamers zijn sowieso erg gehorig.

The accommodation is lovely but if you do half board the food is cold we had 10 nights 1/2 board and only had 2 meals need to really improve the food being hot not just warm very dissatisfied with the food sadly because the hotel and facilities are good but never mind

Das Hotel ist modern, schön, sauber und hat eine spektakuläre Lage, direkt an einem schönen Strand und in der Nähe von zwei weiteren fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock mit guter Aussicht, immer super sauber. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht. Die positive Überraschung, die Getränke waren inklusive. Das Essen sehr gut, allerdings wäre häufiger Paella am Abend schön gewesen. Morgens war es oft sehr voll beim Frühstück. Bis 15 Minuten vor Ende des Frühstücks gab es fast keine freien Tische. Hier wäre vielleicht eine Erweiterung der Frühstückszeit um eine halbe Stunde auf 11:00 hilfreich. Trotzdem war das Servicepersonal immer super effizient und sympatisch. Vor allem Adrian und Samanta sind hier hervorzuheben. Das Hotel ist eher ein Familienhotel. Das merkt man auch an der Abendunterhaltung, die eher auf Kinder zugeschnitten ist. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
