The staff apologized during check in that there was water leaking from the air conditioner in my room. Though I had been informed before, it's still not convenient as the leaking point is right the passage to the door. Also it caused some mouldy smell in my room. The hotel has a small public bath - perhaps it's not peak season, it's not crowded during my stay. It is within the token street - some restaurants nearby for dinner.

Really helpful staff and very delicious breakfast buffet. Had ski storage and public bath was very clean and nice to be use. 1 less star because a lot of things were not refilled, like tea bags at the tea station or the lotion in the public bath area
