The Regent Grand

We had an amazing stay at The Regent Grand. We couldn’t have imagined a better location and place in Turks and Caicos to spend our spring break. We stayed in room 409 and it was a fantastic view- clean and modern room with everything we needed. And as nice as the facilities are, the staff was even better. Lorraine, Randall, John, Franklin, Abby and Jack were only some of the amazing people we met and made our stay special. Thank you to everyone who made this a fabulous vacation!

I have mixed feelings about our stay at The Regent Grand. On paper, this hotel checks almost every box for a perfect vacation, but one major external factor made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. First, the positives: The location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of Grace Bay, it is walkable to excellent coffee shops and great restaurants. The property sits directly on the beach, offering beautiful views and good beach service. We also really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub area. The room itself was clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing it every day. The front desk was also very helpful in arranging car services to get around the island. However, I gave this stay an "Average" rating because sleeping here was nearly impossible. There is an outdoor club called "Shisha Bar" located just one block away. They blast incredibly loud music until 2:00 AM, seven days a week. Because it is an outdoor venue, the sound travels straight to the hotel. It is a shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but I cannot recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Unless you are planning to stay out past 2 AM every night, the noise is a dealbreaker.

Room spotless. View from 503 breathtaking. John and Lorraine were super friendly and welcoming. Great location next to restaurants and Graceway Gourmet grocery store. Good deli and daily takeout meals that were reasonable. Only downside is that everything is very expensive here.

Great location, perfect beach, nice & helpful staff, ocean front views. love the hotel grounds, its quite spacious. everything was beautiful & perfect!
