Matsuyama New Grand Hotel

We booked one of the japanese style rooms, when we opened the door the room had an odd smell and we quickly realized that it was due to water damages in the bathroom, as you could see the moist on the walls. The room was OK but the bathroom was so disgusting that we didn't wanna use it in the morning and quickly left for our next hotel. Wouldn't book again.

After a long day sightseeing it was very nice to relax in the onsen. Staff was very helpful and polite. I need to a sewing kit and the staff was kind enough to loan me one.

The onsen, the in room facilities have room for improvements. The room is too small for 5 adults!

Located very near Matsuyama Castle and the main shopping district. Alot of food options around the area even later in the evening.

I stayed without breakfast this time and it was a pleasant experience. The hot spring baths are all-night and you don't have to worry about the time. Very good service. Rooms have a hot water kettle and a fridge. Room clothes and slippers are also provided. It was very user-friendly and convenient.
