My stay was horrible. I arrived to find out the outside furniture was damaged and swapped out and not as pictured. We had a problem with water under the flooring and the management service failed to help me address having to relocate. I would never use vrbo again

This is a very comfortable home with two Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor, with a finished basement containing 3 beds and a pool table, and tv. The grounds are well manicured with a nice backyard with an outdoor shower for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The location is excellent, within walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and an easy drive to the Dennis beaches and Yarmouth Port attractions. It's a nice home for up to two couples with kids.

A very nice, very well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch home with a basement den/playroom with extra beds two blocks off Route 6A, Cranberry Highway, near Yarmouth/Dennis border. Worked well for couple in their mid 80s and middle aged son. Would return.

The house is nice and clean, the market and tavern nearby are great, and the location is fairly central so most of the Cape is within an hour’s drive. We ran into a few small issues like an outdated smart tv and janky showerhead, but overall I think we’d stay again!

Quite little home in a private neighborhood. DOG FRIENDLY! We brought our dog to CC for the first time and this property was welcoming of him. Great backyard for kids and lots of games for them as well!

The only thing I loved about this house was the kitchen and the backyard. The rest of the house was not clean furniture and bed wise. Stains on every white comforter, upstairs and down. Food stains on the table runner and the living room furniture smelled funny and was old and dirty. We actually left the house Because of the conditions and did not stay there for our vacation. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

This Yarmouthport neighborhood home is clean, well-equipped, and has comfortable bedding. A playroom and two beds downstairs gives all generations a place to relax. Perfect for grandparents and small families. It’s a very good value in an area of very expensive rentals. Can’t wait to return.

The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.

This adorable Cape rental was perfect for a week long summer vacation with family (7 and 4 year old). The house appeared to be updated recently and the neighborhood was perfect for a family staying. Our only issue was mildew found on 2 of the inside AC units. Once we discovered this and alerted the property manager they did have some one out in 1-2 days to clean it.

Needed a place near Dennis to stay for a few nights while they sanded our floors at home. This house worked fine. Vacasa did a nice job making the stay smooth and efficient. The house was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped. Good value.

Very nice centrally located home with comfortable beds, new/newer appliances with what looks like all anyone would need for a nice stay, unfortunately it was cold during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the well-appointed back yard. There were a few issues with only one that really affected us. The shower handle in the main bathroom would turn on its own and become quite hot. These didn't bother us, the sprinkler along the driveway didn't shut off so you had to work your way around it, or you'd get wet. The basement was cold, luckily, we didn't need use it. (Probably would feel really good in the summer.) Overall, we enjoyed this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

I would totally book this house again. Great spot to have a little reunion with best friends. The bests were sooooo comfortable! We especially loved the large breakfast bar and the games that were available.

We loved the house. It was a perfect location for us. Nice walkable neighborhood. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to 6a. We loved the back patio and outdoor shower. It was nice to have linens included as well. Booked it for next year already!

This home is PERFECT for our family of 4! In fact this was our 2nd year staying! We thought we had found our Home away from Home and I attempted to book again for next year same time. It was upsetting to see the price was DOUBLE! I reached out to an agent via email and think the homeowner should know I was told that they’d help me find “another” place next year at a price I was comfortable with. I was ready to commit hoping the price was a mistake seeing what I paid last year and this year. I hope you don’t lose other repeat guests who know what a gem you have. Vacasa agents seem very much for them and not the homeowner. Vacasa should be working for you, not themselves. Thanks for the memories!

Yarmouth Port is the place to stay because of it being centrally located. Totally loved the backyard path to Peterson's Market. Loved having the local kids coming through and saying thanks for letting us cut through. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice, very well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch home with a basement den/playroom with extra beds two blocks off Route 6A, Cranberry Highway, near Yarmouth/Dennis border. Worked well for couple in their mid 80s and middle aged son. Would return.

The house was as pictured, great location in a quiet neighborhood. FYI - there is no tea kettle in the kitchen but it’s pretty well stocked besides that. Backyard is lovely and well suited for my small dog.

We loved the house. It was a perfect location for us. Nice walkable neighborhood. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to 6a. We loved the back patio and outdoor shower. It was nice to have linens included as well. Booked it for next year already!

The house is nice and clean, the market and tavern nearby are great, and the location is fairly central so most of the Cape is within an hour’s drive. We ran into a few small issues like an outdated smart tv and janky showerhead, but overall I think we’d stay again!

Updated, exceptionally clean, spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor space, walkable neighborhood and close to many Cape sites. Had all the extra's you would need. Large basement with 2nd sitting space. We were very happy. Be aware: VRBO charged an extra fee after the fact.

I would totally book this house again. Great spot to have a little reunion with best friends. The bests were sooooo comfortable! We especially loved the large breakfast bar and the games that were available.

Yarmouth Port is the place to stay because of it being centrally located. Totally loved the backyard path to Peterson's Market. Loved having the local kids coming through and saying thanks for letting us cut through. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable home with two Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor, with a finished basement containing 3 beds and a pool table, and tv. The grounds are well manicured with a nice backyard with an outdoor shower for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The location is excellent, within walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and an easy drive to the Dennis beaches and Yarmouth Port attractions. It's a nice home for up to two couples with kids.

Needed a place near Dennis to stay for a few nights while they sanded our floors at home. This house worked fine. Vacasa did a nice job making the stay smooth and efficient. The house was clean when we arrived, kitchen was well equipped. Good value.
