Booked and payed for the room on the Hotels.com app. Wenn we arrived at 18:00 hour the restaurant was closed (the whole day) and the only other restaurant in the small city were fully booket. Result: No dinner ! Its bad that the hotel dont inform in the app about the 2 days a week the restaurant is closed.

Absolutely perfect - a hidden gem in a small quaint town. Staff were extremely helpful and engaging, attention to detail was precise and personalised,facilities just perfect and breakfast was exceptional. Wonderful stay - wish we could have stayed longer❤️

Detta hotell var ett av dom bästa, familjära och mysigaste hotell vi bott på! Magisk frukost, fantastisk personal och mysiga rum. Sen är detta ett vinhotell med absolut bästa Riesling (Peter Lauer) i hela Tyskland 💕. Stort tack Laura, Jörg och Henning för en härlig vistelse i vackra Ayl. Rekommenderas starkt!
