Within walking distance to all major historic sites. Unfortunately, the beautiful picture that you see in the advertisement with white pillars was not part of the accommodation. Quite disappointing. There was very little living space for lounging. We used the restaurant as our lounge. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

Amazing service, beautiful and clean room. Worst part was the elevator! It was warm in the elevator and very slow which was not fun after a long day of walking. Totally understandable with the older building, but just so other people know. Definitely still recommend as accommodations were great, the had a driver and everything we needed.

Quite simply a fabulous hotel! We stayed for two nights and loved the place. Great staff, very service minded and helpful. We had a room with jacuzzi and balcony, so luxurious. Highly recommended and we sre looking forward to visiting again the next time we are in Rome!

Very small front desk area. Did not expect that. Check in was quite crowded, as we were with a group of people. The staff made it work. The Restaurant was really a separate entity next door, but they were hospitable there and accommodated guest needs quite well.

The hotel is in a centrally located area that has shopping and eateries. The reception staff are personable and very helpful. The room was clean with a large bathroom. The downside is the hotel needs to really be updated: -Tile had dents and marks in bedroom area - Draperies looked like rummage sale purchases - Elevator really slow and creaked If the updating occurs, I’d stay again but after a lovely boutique hotel stay in Lisbon and a 11 day cruise on a new ship, it was a disappointment.

Hotel was good however not your typical American hotel. This is a building shared with other hotels (each floor is a different hotel). Cleaniness could be better in the bathrooms. Room was very spacious and location was in walking distance to restaurants bars and sightseeing. The service was truly amazing!

there were only about six rooms in this hotel, co shared with private residence. Steam shower needed remodeling tiles were coming up from floor. room was relatively small, no view worth seeing except adjacent building.

We loved this hotel , from the moment we arrived Allesio and his colleagues at reception made us feel most welcome , our junior suite was perfect , the only downside was the sauna did not work in the shower room which was reported but that did not spoil our trip and we would go back tomorrow !!

We checked in on a Thursday for two night stay. At first everything seemed ok then the front desk took us to our room 101. Once we entered the room had a smell not sure what. He left we left our luggage and went down right away. I informed him that the room had a foul smell not sure where it was coming from and I need to change it. He said there is no other room available but he will check and see what is wrong and maybe next day he will be able to change it and that was it. For two nights same room same awful smell. Breakfast was not all that bread and backed items were not fresh. Fried eggs were soaked in fatty material oil or margarine but for sure was not butter. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e boas opçoes de transporte, é pequeno, mas de uma forma ótima, porque permite um atendimento personalizado, em que os funcionários nos reconhecem, todos são extremamente atenciosos. Os quartos são modernos e bonitos, a limpeza é excelente e o café da manhã de qualidade. Voltaria com certeza.
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e boas opçoes de transporte, é pequeno, mas de uma forma ótima, porque permite um atendimento personalizado, em que os funcionários nos reconhecem, todos são extremamente atenciosos. Os quartos são modernos e bonitos, a limpeza é excelente e o café da manhã de qualidade. Voltaria com certeza.

Wir hatten ein Superior-Doppelzimmer, was aber leider viel kleiner war, als es auf allen Bildern aussieht. Außerdem fehlt es definitiv an Ablageflächen für die Kleidung. Wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt, der dann natürlich auch im Weg rumlag. Leider hatten wir auch das Pech, dass das Hotel nebenan gerade umgebaut wird und unser Fenster zur Baustelle lag. War teilweise auch nachts laut. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und auch das Bad sehr sauber, es wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Dahingehend würde ich mir mehr Nachhaltigkeit wünschen, z.B. nicht täglich Handtücher wechseln, sondern nur wenn vom Gast gewünscht oder auch keine Zahnputzbecher aus Einwegplastik - da wären Gläser nachhaltiger.

Altså et værelse uden udsigt. Det var dyrt til prisen. Og gulvet var fyldt med nullermænd. Selvom jeg så støvsugeren ude på gangen his rengørings damen. Men det blev ike brugt hos mig ihvertfald.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel location is excellent - close to Roma Termini and immediately adjacent to the Repubblica metro stop, and within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The staff are notably fantastic - attentive, welcoming, and enthusiastic. We stayed during a very hot time and they graciously made some adjustments to our air conditioning which made it much more tolerable. The room itself is very small and the building is older - as would be expected for a central location in Rome. There was a faint but increasing sewage smell toward the end of our stay which was also tough to overlook at times. The breakfast option was also very convenient.

The staff were incredible — the best we’ve had in Europe: friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room, however, was awful, and not like the pictures that were advertised. The window was tiny and did not let any natural light in; it was like staying in a closet.

I booked a budget option and received a budget option so can’t be too surprised that this wasn’t an amazing experience. The outside of the window in the room was covered in fake ivy meaning there was zero natural light, coupled with dark features and poor artificial lighting. The walls had glitter paint and shower comically small, I was only staying one night as I wanted to be near the train station to shoot off early in the morning and I suppose it served that purpose. I was travelling solo and this hotel honestly kind of gave me the creeps a little bit 😅 spend a bit more and stay elsewhere is my advice.

Dahingehend würde ich mir mehr Nachhaltigkeit wünschen, z.B. nicht täglich Handtücher wechseln, sondern nur wenn vom Gast gewünscht oder auch keine Zahnputzbecher aus Einwegplastik - da wären Gläser nachhaltiger.

A great hotel for a Rome trip. The location is great and a 30 minute walk to most attractions. The hotel is near Termini and the metro, also near the stops for the tour buses. All staff were very helpful and shared their knowledge of the city with ideas for dinner and tips. They filled the room with two waters every day which was amazing for the summer heat. The room had aircon which we left on and was well needed. Spacious room and lots of wardrobe space. The shower was nice and powerful although the bath tap was in the middle of the bath which made it slightly awkward to shower as i often bumped into it. I do wish there was a proper toilet door as the sliding one wasn't great. A mirror would also be helpful within the main space of the room. Bed was alright but i think as we did so much walking in the heat we were so tired. There was an odd sheet on the bed which never quite fit and moved about wrinkling. Every night we did have to fix it. A nice hotel overall!

Great room! I was hoping for a little more of a view on the balcony, but there were buildings and construction around. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was walkable to the major landmarks. Great stay overall.

there were only about six rooms in this hotel, co shared with private residence. Steam shower needed remodeling tiles were coming up from floor. room was relatively small, no view worth seeing except adjacent building.

After a long flight and finally making it to the hotel by train. We were very warmly greeted at the door by the staff. The host was very helpful and explained everything and answered any questions. A super bonus is we checked in way earlier which was so nice. The hotel staff really made us feel welcomed and at home in a far away country. The room was very nice and provided a clean and comfortable rest in between adventures. The area itself is in a convenient location near the A metro line, bus stops and the central station. There are easy to get to on foot food options and groceries for any small needs. The staff even provided us with a map and best way to get to popular locations. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and a pleasant way to start each day. This hotel truly created a great foundation for a wonderful trip. I highly recommend and would stay here again and again.

My room was clean, comfortable, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I want to give special credit to the gentleman at the front desk, I hope I’m remembering his name correctly, Alessio. He was extremely helpful and informative, offering great suggestions for a solo traveler. His kindness and hospitality truly made my stay more pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Service was excellent. Front desk extremely friendly and helpful. I could walk to Trevi fountain and other sites. Close to Roma Termini. Rooms was clean and nice. It is a well done boutique hotel. Breakfast was great! Restaurant next store was delicious too!

My husband and I had a perfect time at the Dharma. It was beautiful and clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door was delicious. We even went there for dinner one of the nights. Highly recommend!

The staff was over and beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end, even facilitating our prompt transportation to Fiumicino when we were leaving Rome. They provided an ample of selection of food for breakfast and daily happy hour.

This was our third stay and we would come back again! We love the location of this property and the in room amenities are very nice. The staff is just top-notch! Cotto (restaurant directly next-door) is one of our favorites with breakfast and appertivo included daily. Just lovely.

Nice hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel that warrants “luxury” in its title. The staff are excellent and were very friendly and helpful and I can only say positive things about them. Breakfast was good but the coffee was appalling and given it was £250 a night this is very poor, only “American” coffee was offered. For the effort involved in making a cappuccino you would expect better. The rooms themselves are nice but in need of an uplift. Small cracked tiles and outdated style. This is based upon the price paid and the use of the word “luxury.” The photos shown on line do not live up to expectations. If this was a £100 a night Hotel it was good but at the price we paid for a midweek room and given the use of the word luxury we were left disappointed. We regularly stay in Rome (3-4 times a year) and decided to stay here to add a new hotel to our set. I am sad to say we will not return at the current price structure and given the condition of the hotel.

I have two reviews to share: 3 out of 5 for the room we booked which was a room on the third floor. Good size but issues with the room as it was super narrow, horrible lighting in the room as there is no natural light. Small tub where the water doesn’t drain properly. We got lucky as there was a major rain storm half way in our trip that led to an electrical issue that affected the air-conditioning unit for the entire third floor. As such for our last two nights, we were transferred into a more modern up-to-date spacious room on the first floor. I give this room a 4.5 out of 5. Very clean very nice good bed great lighting as you actually have a window facing the street. Can be a little noisy, but no issues in comparison to the first room. As for location very convenient easy to walk around good options for restaurants and you’re close by the train station. I do recommend the hotel but I would be sure to get a room on the first floor
