Nice room with private hot spring and comfortable bed. The location is great although it's about a 20min walk up the hill from Shinbeitou MRT station. There is a small bus from Shinbeitou that will take you up the hill. My only complaints were that a 5pm check-in time is unnecessarily late and breakfast was only served for 1hr between 830-930am.. I had to head to the airport early and so couldn't take advantage.

I spent two nights there, but unfortunately, our room did not receive housekeeping services. I had to request a clean towel. Moreover, the carpets were not vacuumed and appeared dirty. No complimentary Wi-Fi was provided.

Free shuttle from Metro station to hotel and back. A quite get away. Nice and attentive staffs.

The property provides free shuttle service from the station. It makes it easy to get around for our family of five. After we dropped off the luggage, we also got shuttle back to the downtown area for dinner and walk around. It’s convenient and service is great. Great value for the price!
