Room not that clean. Air con. From top floor leaking over our terrace. Staff were friendly we had 2 compliments from management bottle red wine and small gift (local souvenirs) juice for the kids. Nice bathroom toiletries. Long queue for drinks by the pool bar and on the evening. If you are coffee lover in a morning no optional espresso coffee barista aor frappe. Nice garden. Animators program same every day(bingo, disco) . Poor kids club. Taxi from / to airport about 20€ 3 people.Also to rhodes old town. For 5 days exploring Rhit was not to bad.

If you want to sleep early and are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. There is music from the bar and the mini fridge in the room is also very noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. On their website and for example on hotels.com the check out time is 12:00, but at the hotel they say it is 11:00. I asked about this at the reception and rudely I was told that you can leave at 12 "what ever". They didn't even ask for the room number so that the cleaner wouldn't be rushing around at 11:00. This was very confusing. They have a poor WiFi. However, the hotel is in a good location, by the beach and has a nice pool area.

My husband and myself had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eleni(Guest Relations Manager)and the team for organising a surprise birthday celebration for my husband. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion unforgettable. The food was also lovely, with great quality and excellent service.The cook is always there to listen to your views. You can also book a day trip/ excursion at the hotel with Tuxedo blue. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Food was not very well. Similar meals everyday, we didnt eat in hotel after first meal. Drink options not much. Rooms was good, beds comfy, swim up rooms so nice. Its nowhere near 4 star all inclusive, i have seen 2 star all inclusive much better.
