Roaders Plus Hotel - Taipei Station

Relatively new hotel in an excellent location with only a five minute walk to the Taipei main station. The perks of free snacks and water bottles in the lobby at any time was great. Also happy hour from 2 to 4 PM with extra free snacks was great but we only used it once. Room was nice and clean, though was cramped for a family of four and no hooks for hand towels or closet for clothes. Bed was a little hard. Bathroom was really nice with a bidet and plenty of counterspace. Hotel staff were great. Would definitely stay here again

Central location, close to transport and food. Nice play area for kids. Free water and snacks at lobby. Umbrellas are also available to borrow which was quite handy. They also have limited supply of baby cots, sterilizers, baby bath tubs can borrow (ask them early to secure a set) The only drawback is roaders plus Taipei station is only accessible by 2 lifts, so waiting for a lift esp during peak hour (eg. Checkout time) takes ages.

子供が遊べるプレイルームがあり、小さな子供がいても、問題なく過ごせます。また、コインランドリーがあるので、洗濯乾燥ができ、便利です。

旅館就在台北車站對面，交通非常方便。旅館於每天該有免費的豐富下午茶，館內亦提供投幣式洗衣機及乾衣機，便利多日旅行的旅客。

Hotel is near Taipei main station. Also can get a taxi easily outside the hotel. Lobby is at level 4. There is a small indoor playground and a ballpit room at lobby which is perfect for younger kids. They also provide free flow snacks which was great. Hotel only provide room cleaning service every 3 days, but if you need any rubbish disposal or other services, can approach front desk. No breakfast provided but there are many eateries/ family mart/ 7 eleven nearby which is pretty convenient. Hotel room is clean. Family deluxe room is big and spacious. However, it does not have a wardrobe and sufficient hangers. Nonetheless, overall a great hotel!

L'hotel est très bien situé à 15 min à pied du palais présidentiel, et du quartier ximen. L'accès à l'hôtel peut surprendre dans un premier temps surtout en plein milieu de la nuit, l'accueil se situe au 4eme. Si vous êtes à l'hôtel entre 14:00 et 16:00 des repas sont servis gratuitement (nuggets, petits sandwichs...)

Clean and quiet hotel. Housekeeping by request only which I prefer. Adequate staff who are friendly and helpful. Complementary water and snacks are nice. Plenty of laundry machines available. Would stay here again.

4歳の息子を連れて母子旅の初日に利用。台北駅からすぐ、子どものあそび場がホテル内にあったため「台湾、楽しい！」と初日から勢いがつくようにここに決めました。 息子は思った通り大喜び。大汗をかきながら同じ宿泊の他の国からの子どもとも遊んでいました。 朝食がなかったので少し不安でしたが、次の日から早々に外での朝食となりましたが問題なしでした。

Bed was a bit itchy.

我們入住4人家庭房，拿房間後檢查發現洗手盤有條長頭髮，浴缸又有一條長頭髮。家庭房不大，開兩個喼後沒有地方走，房間只有4個衣架不夠用，沒衣櫃掛衫，垃圾桶也很細日用品都不夠掉。小朋友就很開心lobby 有薯片任吃，有檸檬水飲，每日2-4還有snack time, 小食很好吃，這個很貼心。房間如要倒垃圾要每天落lobby 交表才會幫你倒，很麻煩，不會再選擇入住，因價錢都有點貴但服務是要自己交表才會提供。

위치 좋고 객실 깨끗해서 아주 만족했어요. 타이베이 여행에 최적인 숙소네요.

部屋にはゆとりがあり、清掃も行き届いていたため快適に過ごせました。トイレはウォシュレット完備で、トイレットペーパーも流す事が出来ました。ただし、他の方も言われている通り、シャワーの水圧は弱かった事だけは残念でした。また、フロアによって使用出来るエレベーターが違い、高層階の部屋だったため、待ち時間は長めでした。とわ言え、料金からすると満足出来る環境でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

Everything is ok. Just room is small and dirty. Bed cover is dirty. Also you can find previous visitors’ rubbish left in the room.

整體不錯，清潔方便，大堂還有零食可取。只是房間水壓低，隔音差。

Room small but modern & clean. Area so-so. Close to main train station but busy & commercial. Lobby upstairs. Good if traveling with children.

ロケーションは最高に良い。 台北駅までスーツケースをもって歩いていける距離。 トイレウォシュレット有。 シャワー水圧まあまあ。 ドライヤー風力強い（パナソニック製）。 部屋の使い捨てスリッパが良い。頑丈で毎日履ける。 部屋の掃除は申告制。めんどくさいので頼まなかったらアレルギー症状が出てしまった。毎日掃除は頼むべき。 床はカーペット。 掃除の依頼をしなくてもタオルが必要ならフロントに言えばすぐ出してもらえる。 フロントスタッフは常に多く対応が良い。 窓のない狭い部屋を選んでしまったので快適とまでは言えなかった。広い部屋を選ぶべき。 有名な胡椒餅屋が近くにあるので毎日買いに行ける。

The location is opposite Taipei Main Station. Check in lobby is on 4th floor. The staff was super robotic. I might have been their 1000th guest that day. There are some snacks and drinks at lobby. I booked a smaller room advertised as with 101 view. I could see it but it is not a big deal. So you might as well pick a bigger room without the 101 view. The finishing of room and toilet look new and clean. BUT THE SOUNDPROOF is a JOKE. I could hear people bathing/flushing the toilet at 1am. There is also some noises because they are doing minor renovation on 36th and 37th floor. I was on 35th floor.

The hotel is located in an old building combined with other offices, which looks very old from the outside, but the room floors and hotel’s reception are new and renovated. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was great, and the location was excellent.

Room was modern and very clean but small. Great location, 5 mins walk to airport MRT and same to main station. Would stay here again.

Clean room with a bath. No closet, no desk, no dresser , no chair. Bed against the wall which would be difficult for the person against the wall. Great shower with very warm’ water at best.

1歳の子どもを含む家族3人で宿泊しました。 台北駅のホテル最寄りの出口はZ7ですが、エレベーターがあるのはZ4（新光三越前）のみだったように思います。 どちらにせよ台北駅からすぐなのでとても助かりました！ 26階に宿泊しましたが、シャワーの水圧は弱かったです。 あと3割くらい水圧が強ければ満足なのですが…。 とはいえ、チョロチョロというほど弱くもなく洗えないことはないので、立地やサービス等を総合的に鑑みればシャワーの水圧程度なら我慢できました！ ダブルベッド（150cm幅）で3人はキツかったです。 もう少し広いベッドの部屋を選べば良かったです。。。 【良かった点】 ・子どものプレイルーム（アスレチックルーム）があったこと 　天気が悪かったり、お出かけできない時間帯でも部屋の中で遊べるので子どもも楽しそうでした。 　大きな遊具があり、大きな子どもも楽しいと思いますし、1歳児はブロック遊びや遊具を眺めて満足そうでした。 ・お菓子食べ放題 　台湾の駄菓子が取り放題です。 　見たことのないお菓子が多くて大人も楽しかったです。 　ミネラルウォーターもペットボトルでもらい放題です。 ・スタッフさんが若い方が多く、気軽に声を掛けやすい 　当然みなさん英語が話せますし、若いのでこちらも色々と尋ねやすくて助かりました。 【イマイチだった点】 ・トイレットペーパーの補給がない 　お願いすればすぐに持って来てくれますが、予備として1つくらいは部屋に置いておいてほしい。 ・ベッドシーツとタオルの交換は事前申告制 　前日までに交換をしたい旨をフロントへ自己申告する必要があります。 　我が家はチェックイン時に「タオルは毎日交換（シーツは交換不要）」とお伝えしていたので日々の申告は不要でしたが…。 　ただ、最終日に子どもがシーツを汚してしまったので、急遽交換をお願いをしましたが「当日はNG」とのことでした。（理由を伝えて、緊急事態感を出せば変えてもらえたかも） ★概ね満足です！ また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

Room was spacious, nice view of 101 building, service was good. Good location with accessible food and transport.

Das Zimmer und die Lage waren Top. Unserem Sohn hat das Spielzimmer gefaallen und die Nachmittagssnack waren ein willkommenes Add-on. Zimmer hat keine Schränke. Wenn man gerne aus dem Koffer lebt, stellt dies kein Problem dar. Wir hatten uns bewusst dafür entschieden. Einziger Malus ist die Badezimmertür. Diese ist nicht abschließbar und als Schwingtür verbaut. Unser Sohn konnte so leider jederzeit ungehindert ins Bad rennen um am Klo zu spielen. Dementsprechend etwas unpraktisch bei kleineren Kindern.

Basic room with shower. Missing a closet to hang jackets - it’s just knobs for you to hang clothing but on the wall, so you can’t really put a lot of weight on them. Property is located near (or rather close) to Taipei Main Station so it’s easy to hop on/off to/from airport. Also has multiple shopping centers within walking distance.

1) location is central but not exactly near the MRT exactly, there are lots of walking required & steps to go down & then up again, before actually reaching taipei main station MRT platforms 2) the nearest MRT exit Z6 is a long flight of STEPS, hence not convenient for the encumbered or the elderly or even the tired 3) the nearest lift from the MRT is nearby, however it operates only until 8PM daily, which is quite ridiculous because most tourists would certainly come back to hotel after 8PM, hence unable to use it 4) staff is quite friendly at the counter, however they will try to upsell u some package, u can reject. the L4 reception area is great, lots of seating area, charging points (no universal adapters provided), large multi-purpose bathroom, changing room, kids playroom etc 5) there is NO default room service provided daily, u need to submit a FORM a day in advance if u need room cleaning. else u can also call the reception to empty ur bins daily & provide a change of towels. the staff that come over will hint that u can bag up ur bins daily urself & throw them at the bins at L4. 6) also, a hotel staff came over (young boy with glasses), used his hands to pick up trash, pick up dirty towels from the floor, & then proceed to use the SAME HANDS to pick & give us our "fresh" towels. goodness gracious. 7) room itself is ok in size, & very clean. however the shower pressure is poor & unsatisfactory, chair provided was extremely old & squeaky. sound insulation is poor

Excellent

The room was a great size, suitable for a sole traveller or couple. The bed was a little firm, however, that's unfortunately expected throughout most of Asia, in my experience. I loved that the hotel is perfect for families with little ones and adults as well. Overall loved my stay due to the perfect location and responsiveness of staff as I was lost trying to find my way out of Taipei Main Station. The instant coffee was the best in out of all my stays. Overall, the staff were really helpful including the cleaning staff. I'll be back to Taipei and will stay here again.

Upon arrival we requested for late check-out, they able to extend till 1pm with charges of additional TWD300. The day before departure my husband & me have some food poisoning issues, was pretty unwell and our flight was late night. Spoken to reception, they able to extend our late check-out till 6pm with additional charges of TWD1500. Although with additional charges, we’re pretty happy with the hotel staff making the efforts to get our room extended.

Staff are helpful and courteous.

We appreciate staff’s willingness to help. Great viewing ( not working zone area ) above Taipei centre station . Good aircon. Very enjoyable mood around bypass. Room rates had been changed top dollars is not graceful. We keep everything from amenities in order and tidy.

酒店在實行環保程序上，不清不楚，可能是 check-in時前台沒有解釋清楚，因此在客人要求服務時有點心理負擔，酒店內的員工大致上是不會主動跟人客有交流的，即使對上眼也不會主動打招呼。酒店最出眾的是兒童遊戲室及波波池。其他皆一般，酒店房間亦偏細，床褥偏軟，浴室地板有部分跣腳，如以旺季的價格入住，便完全不值了。

Great location

飯店位置方便，由機場捷運行幾分鐘就到，門口又可以上落的士。附近有7-11、新光三越、江南大批發、胡椒餅、牛肉麵等等。

台北駅の地下から上がって10秒でアクセスいいが、1番近くの地下出入口は大回りしないとたどり着けない。大回りしない出入口なら徒歩3分。

Easy to access for metro.

地點一流，地下街Z8出口便是。服務也不錯，入住前溝通回覆快，提早check-in也能提供房間。唯獨是房間比較細，大床也不大。

Recommend due to the reasonable price range and very convenient location. From Airport to the hotel is just less than 45 minutes by a single journey.

Location is great. It is walking distance to Taipei Main Station, The Red House, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, Ximengding Night Market, etc.

가지수는 적어도 가볍게 먹기 좋았던 조식이었어요! 먹는 공간도 쾌적하고! 에어컨은 작동이 잘되는데 겨울이라 방이 좀 춥긴했어요. 별도로 히터 사용가능한지 확인하시길!

立地がかなり最高。部屋も綺麗で設備も整っていて過ごしやすかった。 朝食は値段相応ではあるが、バリエーションも少なかったので次回は頼まないでもいいかな
