Seaside Resort

Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly

When we first pulled in we were wondering about the property since the check in/lobby area was actually inside the parking ramp and not as big as we have been used to at other properties. Our perception quickly changed with a very helpful and friendly staff member. The property is definitely in a quiet area and little noise is heard from others staying there. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering daily linens and removal of garbage. The room we stayed in was amazing. Large bedrooms, clean all around. The pool area was kept very clean daily. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. Parking was tight but manageable. We drove a Durango and parked in the garage most days without issues. There is a lot just across the street and does provide some shade. The site does not provide an onsite restaurant which we did miss. They do offer breakfast but we did not take advantage of this. Overall we were very happy with the facility and the area.

Always the perfect room, easy check in, friendly and helpful staff

This was a family spring break vacation. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their me time. This condo was very nice. I just wanted to sit and enjoy the view all day

Super nasty place. If I could give zero stars I would! Staff seemed unbothered when we told them how dirty it was. Master shower didn’t turn on. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom. (Dark ones and we are all blonde) We informed them we had a cockroach and they just smiled and said, “Have a nice day!” We paid a lot for the “off” season when not even breakfast was included. We had to tell them the pool wasn’t even open when it was supposed to be.
