Lots of stairs, impossible with strollers. Not functional AC. Personnel with good intentions, but not able to look at the wider issue

The guest house was lovely, really friendly staff and good location. However, overall I was quite disappointed, I had expected a proper hotel and a much more luxurious experience given we paid over $500 per night. I wonder and hope this was a holiday price and other guests aren’t charged as much

The setting is unreal beautiful. If you’re traveling the garden route and only staying a night as we did, make sure to get there early enough to enough the pool and beautiful setting!
