Good small twin bed room with very small shower and no elevator so you will need to use stairs with your luggage. Staff very helpful and friendly

Great value for someone travelling alone. A bed, shower, wifi and tv were all I needed and I got it at a great price. It's not fancy, and the walls are thin but it's exactly what you'd expect for the price.

Surprisingly good! Its a strange setup, several differently named hotels next to each other, but operating as one, but the organisation was professional, the security modern, the rooms spotlessly clean the beds comfy, and the linen lovely. The hotel location is good for me, a short walk to Shepherd’s Bush or main route bus stop nearby, would recommend as no-frills stop over in London

We book the sapphire hotel but on arrival we were put in the pearl hotel 3 houses along. Where the reception is for both hotel. Communication good , checked in 8.30 pm no trouble very helpful man on reception told us all we needed to know. Room small , clean and warm , clean fresh bedding , bathroom clean with complimentary shower and shampoo, hairdryer, hot shower, clean towels . Coffee tea and milk Good location 5-8 min walk to tub and Westfield centre

Quick walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube check in guy very friendly we stayed in the company’s sister hotel a few doors up which is very similar style hotel so no problem room was very clean with a nice double size shower comfy bed and fridge great value for money no complaints at all will definitely use again

The hotel was great for the price. Its pretty much centralised to the centre. A little less than 10 minute walk to the Tube, which is Shepherds Bush on the central line. Room was cleaned daily, with reception service on hand. They were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and updated. Room had a fan which is helpful.

For what I needed for the Hotel it was fine but I would have preferred to stayed in the Sapphire hotel vs the Emerald hotel, like I booked, just because it was closer to the venue for my concert for this weekend.

Solid place to stay. Close to the Shepard's bush & Hammersmith tube stations. Also, several grocery options, restaurants, Laundry across the street, & close to Westfield London shopping mall. 12 nights from mid-March 2025. Negatives: It was colder than normal for the time of the year... But never the less, I really could never adjust the heat to put out more. I was kinda freezing at times. The provided hair dryer was used to help with this. Electrical outlets were too scarce & one key location was blocked. There was something broken off obstructing one of the few of these, near the kettle/fridge area, necessitating using one plug for the kettle or for the fridge; but not both at the same time. I talked to the manager about this & he looked at it, but ultimately nothing was ever done about it. Half the lights middle of room were not working. Mirror light not working. No built-in USB ports. Had to buy an adapter for 8 pounds at the Tesco. No towel bars. Wi-Fi was only fair & weak signal at times. Positives: Check-in was easy. Room #63 off of building #37 was tucked in the back, nobody below or above with a patio & a private hidden garden. This was a free upgrade from a more ordinary room. This room was great with lot's of natural light, clean, and quiet. Room had a mini refrigerator & a kettle which is essential as I don't eat out. Bed was comfortable. Sheets & towels were clean. Water was hot. Adjustable hand held shower head is always better than a fixed head.

It's not a what I would call a hotel but rather a chain of 6 apartment-houses (more like a motel). Room was fine, but not the cleanest. Price wise it's worth it, close to some local pubs that were excellent, and close to public transport. Extremely small shower/washroom.

The smell from the drains in the room was completely overpowering. The “reception” was in another building - fine, but it is a room with a laptop and a slightly brusque greeter. Overall the hotel is tired - the to doesn’t move on an awkward wall, the fridge barely works and the smell - of the smell. A lack of air conditioning also didn’t help matters… The hotel was having new windows put in, but honestly I would start with lights that work, a tv that can be adjusted to view from the bed, and some air conditioning - and a proper flush out of the drains to rid the room of the frankly nauseating smell emanating from the bathroom. For £150 for the night in central London it wasn’t terribly expensive, but equally it was very overpriced for what it is.

Room smelt of damp, celling in shower room cover in black mould. Carpet in bedroom dirty and thick dust around edges. Hole in bedroom wall from door handle. Hair dryer broken. Table lamp - lamp shade broken.

I had to check in somewhere else than the hotel, and got a room in the building next to the hotel, and also it was on the 3rd floor without lift and most importantly the room was indeed clean, but the room and bathroom smelled horribly bad. Rest was ok, location was good, around 10 min walking from station.

Staff were friendly, room was well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location for the central line into London. I will definitely book again in the future. The staff are very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Housekeeping was done everyday during my 3 night stay.

My friend and I stayed at the Sapphire hotel due to its close location to the Heathrow airport. The room unfortunately was extremely hot and muggy, the bathroom had black mold in it and our towels were not fully clean upon arrival. The staff were friendly which was the highlight. We would not stay here again.

The 'hotel' room were smelly, beds were hard and the door to the room slamed everytime somebody used the door to the staircase in the hall. The bathroom ceiling was complety cover with mould and the drain in the shower was clocked so the water couldn't go into the drain which meant the floor was soaked after 5 min in the shower.

Dirty bedsheets with blood on them, fire alarm kept going off during the night, incredibly rude staff. Terrible service and experience

This Hotel was very small, the amenities were very basic (But the inclusion of a frigde was quite helpful) and the cleaning of the room was done to a basic/low standard (There were dead insects in the light fittings, and cobwebs around the curtain rail) I noticed just before trying to get some sleep on the first night that the smoke detector had been covered by masking tape, this was not left over from decorating, the tape was new, so someone had most likely taped over it so they could smoke in the room. The Hotel manager, when I told him, tried to pass the responsibility/blame to his cleaning staff, completly forgetting that he has a ducy of care for all his guests. It also turns out the Fire Station down the road has been told about this several times and has visited the property on neumerous occasions. During the night I heard guests thundering around their rooms/the hallway, despite the advert for the room saying the rooms were 'soundproofed' which might have only applied to the outside windows I will grant, but still not good for a hotel. I also noticed that the price jumped from £65 one night to £90 the next. Based on the quality of room, I would not have been happy spending more than £45 per night there. I was told on arrival that I was in a different building as well, not room, but a whole different Building. I imagine the one shown on the site listing was a 'show room' version not intended for guests to stay at, and (minus the carpet) looked in far better condition.

Ok stay. Good and safe neighborhood. Not very close to tube but there are buses. No elevators Need to climb a lot or stay in basement. Very small bath room

The property had the basic facilities which is ok, carpet looked dirty, they said rooms sound proof, i could hear street noise all night as a gap in the seal of the main window, i could hear next door tv early hrs of the morning. So didnt get much sleep, so wont be staying again

A lovely room, small but not cramped, and a nice shower, and toilet, very clean and comfortable, and in a good location for access to where we wanted to vist.

The bed was comfortable but only 2 really thin pillows. Tv was really small . Was very hot as no air circulation due to the window opening in to a small courtyard area. Was quite noisy hotel. Bathroom was so small and wash basin was right in front of toilet meaning you had to sit on the toilet at an angle. Also picture in internet of hotel were not same as the room we stayed in

Friendly staff and convenient location near Westfield Mall and several tube lines. Room is very small with no place to unpack luggage. Washroom was clean but so tight that one cannot sit on a toilet with the door closed. There is literally no room between the toilet and the door. Walls are very thin, so I could hear every conversation of the couple next door at all hours.

We stayed for one night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was on the second floor, but we were still disturbed by constant street noise and noise from other rooms – not just sirens, but general loud city sounds. The bed was extremely hard, lacking a mattress topper, and very uncomfortable. The carpet looked dirty, and under the bed it was clearly not cleaned at all. There was no elevator, and the stairs were steep and narrow, which made carrying luggage quite difficult. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel and wouldn’t stay again.

It was a very poor experience. I needed the hotel for just couple of hours as I was there in London for work as a Dj… Tried to call the reception as it says 24h but no one answered. Just to get there and a man in pyjamas open to tell me I had to wait until 11am for early check in and pay £20.. even though I have to go elsewhere because I have to sleep somewhere before my train at 12… they couldn’t be kind enough to issue a refund. Horrible experience felt robbed!

Always an easy stay, clean, quiet and friendly. The local area can get quite busy, but there's decent food options around and some pubs and coffee shops. Very near Westfield. the owners/management are always friendly and welcoming, and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. would stay again.

Regardless of what people said, it was clean and affordable. Perfect for a budget savvy traveler. Reception was incredibly kind and helpful for early checkin.

The spacious twin bed room left a good impression. Clean appearance overall. Fridge in the room was a bonus. Comfortable home from home. Bathroom and room facilities very welcoming. Price offer was an absolute value driven aspect of choice. . Upgraded to larger room was an epitome of excellent customer services. Just found after the corner from Goldhawk Road Tube London and retail established brand food shops are right on the nearby route. You could not have a better situation accessing different types of meals to cook from local food traders. Lovely stay.

The gentleman on reception was very inviting and kind on arrival. I have been here twice and it has been the same gentleman that has dealt with me and both times he has been welcoming, informative, kind and has great customer service. I am definitely going to make this my regular hotel in London from now on.

Great value for the price which was affordable. Room was very nice, clean. Great location, near Shepherds Bush tube as well as the Westfield shopping center and also cafes and pubs. Also staff were helpful and helped me arrange my taxi to the airport.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is actually three townhouses on the same block so you might sign up up for Sapphire but stay in Pearl Hotel, as I did. I was here in July so I wanted a good price most of all, but it worked out pretty well. It is a 10 - 12 minute walk to Hammersnith Underground station, which goes straight to Heathrow or center of London. It is on a main street with many shops, restaurants and a post office. A Sainsbury ( a popular grocery store chain) is across the street and open until 11 pm; a nice Greek cafe is half a block away across the street. The room was clean every day. There does not seem to be an elevator and there are seven or eight steps from the street to the front door. The staff was good. It is in an townhouse so the rooms are small. I stayed seven nights and was happy with it.

Good location for transport and food. Easy access to central london and attractions. One issue maybe the noise outside and inside. Rooms very close to each other with little soundproofing

Well located budget hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day and for the price, the amenities were excellent. Overall, great value for money.

I was not put in Sapphire but instead was in their sister hotel the Pearl . Staff on duty helpful but being sent to a sister hotel was not what I wanted. I have limited mobility and food on premises would have been welcomed.

Its good for its purpose, I was looking for a place to sleep on a business trip, arrived late and left early. Its basically a small room with a single bed, a bathroom, at most 10sqm of even that. There was a Quick shop across the street where I got breakfast. Upon checkin there was a sign on the door saying I should go to a hotel a few doors down the street to check in, I was then housed at that hotel and not at the Sapphire. Didnt mind. Clerk was nice!

Breakfast was too early the bed wasn’t too comfy to sleep in

This hotel is poorly managed - interior worn and dirty - we ordered breakfast but it was not includedas it was explained. The bed was only sige of a normal bed even it was stated a double bed. The toilet and wash was cracked. All in all a sadly expirience.
