We were really impressed with the hotel, everything was spotlessly clean and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. If I'm going to have one little quibble, it would be about the pillows as they were far too soft for us, I'm sure though, if we'd have asked someone would have changed them for us. We usually buy some milk locally if there's no fresh, and we put this in the mini bar - on check out, if you take things out of the bar as we did, to put our milk in, it shows that you've "used" the bar. When we explained, it was all fine, but you can, apparently ask for a room with a fridge if you like to do this, or have your own soft drinks, or even baby milk - a helpful tip to know! Only other minor grumble was not having plugs on both sides of the bed but there were other places to use. We were really impressed with the breakfast - lots of lovely choices including fresh cooked omelettes, the usual cooked breakfasts, cereals, yoghurts, pastries etc - and the sausages were particularly good. We weren't rushed at all, and in fact, met up with some others after we'd finished, and stayed to chat. Check out was also really simple, and with Gold parking at £15 for the night when you stay, it's thoroughly recommended if you're at Wembley for an event of any kind - bang next door to the arena, and a short stroll to the stadium.
