Super fint hotel med rigtigt godt værelse. Hyggelig bar til en aften øl og morgenmaden var helt i top til en fair pris. Det eneste som jeg vil sætte en finger på og som jeg har oplyst til hotels.com og selve stedet er, at deres spa afdeling kun har åbent fra kl. 16-20, det burde fremgå på deres side, så man vidste det på forhånd og så havde de kun 5 cykler til udlejning, som selvfølgelig var lejet ud. Måske man med fordel kunne have nogle flere til sådan et stor hotel. Men udover det, så var alt godt.

We are in our 70s which seemed to qualify us for the wheelchair friendly room which was not requested. Room cleaning average, reception staff OK. No restaurant on Sundays and Mondays... why?? No wonder it seemed so quiet. In a word ... SOULLESS!

Gutes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Grosses Zimmer und ein riesiges Bad mit herrlicher Regendusche. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus und somit sehr ruhig. Das Fruehstueck war ausgezeichnet. Es gab eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen und man konnte sogar Eier nach den eigenen Wuenschen zubereiten lassen. Einziger Nachteil: Das Restaurant des Hotels ist immer sonntags und montags geschlossen, genau an den beiden Tagen, an denen wir im Hotel waren. Schade!

The hotel is perfect, helpful staff, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Spa area working only for 4 hours, between 16 and 20 o'clock, i see only once time steam bath working fine and be carefully with sauna, i think the hotel make repair and they lacquer the wood, this is not healthy with sure.

overall we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and it is quite. Nice breakfast area with good choice. We chose the hotel because it has well was facilities, unfortunately those were disappointing: not really well maintained (e.g. no flight in the ladies changing rooms/toilets) and a string sewage smell.

The location was nice. Hotel did not have parking so we had to park in a lot. convenient to all amenities. we did a tour bus and covered much of berlin. The room was comfortable and breakfast had many options.

Close to train stations, several restaurants (try the Bavarian one on the other side of the park/train station!). Rooms were clean. The suite was a great size for a long stay. Staff was very helpful.

Lobby seemed nice and staff were friendly. Even at first glance the room looks nice enough. But reality hits hard. There was a dreadful drain smell from approx. 19:00 until 06:00. The aircon didn’t work, but it did offer a dazzling blue light that, with the strategic help of a mirror, both turned the room into a budget rave and managed to burn the back of my retinas from the bed. Shower was broken and there were other people's pubes on the shower wall. Nice touch. Awful pillows. In the room, you can pick from either something unbelievably thin or what seemed to feel like a giant balloon. Getting sleep here was a genuine challenge. Thankfully we only stayed for a single night.

Great building, lovely staff and a great, well equipped room. Only 2 negatives. 1. My room had lots of dust around the tv and surrounding console, and I don’t usually notice that kind of thing. 2. There is no late night menu and every time we tried to get food outside of breakfast the restaurant was closed. I would have expected a 4 star place to have a small room service menu

The hotel was very nice. Check-in was 15.00 and not a minute before. The room was a bit strange. There was a big hole in the curtains, the water was stocked in the zink and the shower looks not clean.

Hotel location was lovely and very family friendly. We arrived off a redeye and the staff found us a room early so I could get my 1yo down for a nap, which was incredibly considerate. After a few hours, we realized our room hadn’t cooled down and the staff confirmed it was broken and switched us to another room. Despite confirming that the new room had working A/C, we couldn’t get the temperature below 27 degrees (80 Fahrenheit). The windows were slanted to the sky and we couldn’t open them due to heavy rain. Thankfully the staff provided fans so the baby kept cool enough. The second night wasn’t as bad because the heat broke and we could open the windows. The staff was incredible and gave us the support they could, but the lack of air conditioning made this a stressful and uncomfortable experience

Im Großen und Ganzen ein wirklich schönes Hotel und ein fantastisches Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bequem. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön. Einziger Kritikpunkt, die Kopfkissen im Bett sind absolut fürchterlich. Total weich und substanzlos. Ich habe tatsächlich 3 nehmen müssen, um das Gefühl zu haben, etwas unter dem Kopf zu haben. Hatte daher eine wirklich schlechte Nacht. Werde auch leider deswegen nicht mehr in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. Es ist schade, da ich 1x die Woche nach Berlin komme und mir derzeit noch ein gutes Hotel hierfür suche. Bis auf die Kissen trifft dieses Hotel alle Anforderungen, aber mein Nacken ist noch immer ganz steif von der Nacht.

The air condioning is virtually non existent. Nice hotel fine staff. NO AC. The have vents that blow air. These vents are connected to equipment that DOES NOT COOL. it was cooler outside. Where sleeping is free.

Great location. Shame breakfast wasn’t included for the price paid. Our room was on the 5th floor and so windows were velux in the ceiling so at times felt like you was in an attic and down side was you couldn’t see outside to see what weather was. Tea/coffee in room but it’s only enough for one drink per day so had to ask for more. Room serviced daily which was great. Bar staff were great and make some awesome cocktails.

Truly a horrible experience. There was a heat wave in europe. THAT IS WHY THERE SHOULD BE A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER DURING A HEAT WAVE!!!!!

Rent och fräscht överlag. Däremot väldigt hårda sängar. Rummen saknade ”hall” så var svårt att hänga upp ytterkläder och ställa undan skor och väskor. Väldigt få galgar att hänga upp med kläder med i garderoben också. Luftkonditioneringen funkade helt ok men började låta ganska illa så var tvungen att stänga av om nätterna.

Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms with huge shower. Breakfast had a great range of food available and was kept very well stocked throughout service. Quite area with easy access to S-Bahn, quite limited choice of shops and restaurants near the hotel but short distance into centre of the city so not really an issue

It does not seem that the leadership is consistant. I experienced extremy good service and extremely poor ditto. Bad: the poor guy trying to check everybody out could not print an invoice as well as the lying breakfast chef. Good: the lady who checked me in was great as well as the people at the bar and the restaurant counter - in particular Milena (from Uruguay). Take good care of her!

The hotel is just fine and is ideally located. However, a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning for the whole hotel was not working, on the hottest weekend of the year. Limited information from hotel staff on when, and if it would be fixed. It wasn’t for the three nights we stayed. There was a significant event on at the Temprodome next door, not for the first time and highly predictable, however, the bar was woefully understaffed. We were told ‘you can stand there but I really don’t know when I’ll be able to serve you, I’m on my own’. Similarly, only one working coffee machine at breakfast led to long lines at the entrance to the breakfast room. Like I say not a bad place but let down by a lack of foresight and urgency to rectify a pretty fundamental problem on a very hot weekend.

We stayed for a weekend as were at a gig at the Tempodrom which was literally across the road. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staying on the 5th floor, the room was very spacious with plenty of light. Breakfast was a dilemma on what actually to have as there was so much choice, all of which was delicious. The hotel also has a bar and the staff and service here was second to none. We would definitely come back and stay again.
We stayed for a weekend as were at a gig at the Tempodrom which was literally across the road. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. All the staff were friendly but Singh(?) was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about issues I had with several things including train travel. He is an asset to the Crown Plaza. Please let him know how much we appreciated him.

Close to train stations, several restaurants (try the Bavarian one on the other side of the park/train station!). Rooms were clean. The suite was a great size for a long stay. Staff was very helpful.

This is an excellent hotel. Without question I would recommend staying here. Close to transport links. A terrific range of options for breakfast make this an ideal choice for anyone travelling to Berlin. We had a great time staying here.

Único destaque para o atendimento da equipe do HOTEL, em especial um brasileiro que trabalha na recepção. Gentil demais.

Really lovely hotel close to an S bahn station. Our only criticism is that the breakfast room is a bit small considering the size of the hotel - travelling as a 4 we didn’t always get a table together. Overall tho it’s a very clean hotel with good facilities.

Perhaps my expectations were heightened given the strong rating for this hotel on Hotels.com, but we did not have a wonderful stay here. We encountered a number of issues and some things simply not up to a standard that one reasonably expects from this caliber of hotel. The room we were assigned had a broken window - it would not stay closed, which would be fine if it weren't on the second floor (204), such that cigarette smoke from outside wafted in at all hours. There is also a school or daycare across the street, and so if you are street-facing, you will hear children yelling at most hours of the day. But when the window would stay shut, the room was surprisingly quiet. I did not expect that the only toiletry provided would be an all-in-one shampoo/hand/body wash. No lotion, no conditioner. The beds were also extremely firm. We booked a double room, and were given two singles - again, fine, we pushed them together but simply not what we booked. Finally, the light controls in the room are maddening. You can only turn the hanging ceiling lights and entry way lighting on and off if you have precisely the correct switches by the bed and by the door in the optimal position (in other words, only if the right bedside switch is on already can you use the entry way controls; only if the entry way controls are off can you control the hanging lamps). As someone who spends about 70 nights a year in hotels, I'm quite certain I'll not return to this one.
