Mark and Anna were brilliant hosts and have such a good knowledge of the area. The place is also very good if you are travelling around easy transport links. Parking is good. The rooms are very nice and clean with tea making facilities and mini fridge with water. I would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 3 kids (13,11,9) to see the sights in Cornwall. Arrived late at night but was able to get into our room smoothly with a lockbox key and was greeted by Mark in the morning at breakfast. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided helpful advice of the area, made to order breakfast was delicious, room was clean and tidied while we were out and the location was easy to find and centrally located for our activities. Property has parking lot, which was fantastic as parking is a little challenging in this area. Our room had a view of the ocean and had good cross ventilation with window and skylight windows open. Small fridge and enough storage space for all our things and was very comfortable.

Good location, spacious & clean room and great breakfast. Also, parking available and train station & restaurants in easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay with Mark & Anna...only weather could have been better 😉

The property was well kept. Room was very clean, comfy, cozy and quiet - with all amenities needed. The included breakfast was very satisfying and cooked to perfection. Even though hot chocolate was not on the menu, was provided at request and most delicious. Being greeted at the train station was an incredible help after a long journey. Thank you Mark and Anna for making our Anniversary night. A gorgeous place to stay, great room with sea view. Lovely choices for breakfast. Close enough to visit lots of places in the area if you want to. And thank you for recommending La Casita, the food was wonderful. Were definitely be back.

The hospitality is wonderful and the room clean. Breakfast is good and you can ask if you miss things. For me the price for the accomodation was too high. Although its high season and a touristic area, the room was small, the bed very small and the bathroom extremely small. View on parkinglot.

We really had a wonderful stay at The Mustard Tree. The hosts were so accomodating, lovely and super helpful. The room was so clean, beautiful and modern. We had a room with a sea view. 😍 Breakfast was very delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Absolutely outstanding experience! Mark and Anna were the perfect hosts, making our stay unforgettable from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Mark and Anna, who provided a thorough tour of the room and its amenities. Throughout our stay, they were always available for any questions or needs we had, yet they were never intrusive, striking the perfect balance of hospitality. Mark and Anna offered excellent recommendations for dining and activities, enhancing our overall experience. We truly felt like cherished guests in their home. The Inn is lovely. Near to the beach, walking trails and train station for St. Ives. The room was pleasant enough, perfect for what we needed. Mark is very helpful.

The Mustard Tree is a fantastic B&B, in fact we would go as far as to say it is the best we have ever stayed in. Both Mark and Anna are excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. The property itself is clean, light and airy, and the breakfast room was very well stocked with all the usual options catered for. The location is excellent and a short walk down the lane, (quite a hill) takes you to the sea front, and half way down there is the railway station which takes three minutes to get to St Ives, and all the facilities that it has to offer. At the time of our stay the return fare was £2.20!! Oh, and the views from the train are amazing. Locally, there are a few eateries, all of which are within a short stroll and certainly worth a visit. All in all, this a first class establishment, and we would highly recommend The Mustard Tree to anyone looking to stay in or around the St Ives area in a friendly relaxed environment, we will certainly be visiting again next year.

Very clean and cosy B&B in a walkable distance from St. Ives and very close to Carbis Bay beach. Several bus stops on the main road just in front. Very friendly and helpful hosts, many tasty breakfast options.

This place is wonderful. I only stayed 2 nights but 2 weeks would have been so good. Apart from a very minor issue that the owner rectified quickly, it is great place to stay. Breakfast options were varied and the cooked breakfast was up there with the best.
