Great room, clean, breakfast was good, parking was easy, friendly staff, will stay here again!

Ginger at the front desk was great upon arrival! She was so welcoming and helpful! We were pleasantly surprised by the Derby weekend festivities at the hotel and took advantage of the “shuttle master John” that took us straight to the shuttle stop at the Expo center! All the staff were SO great and accommodating! I would recommend to anyone traveling in the Louisville area!!!

Sara and Doreen were amazing! Extremely helpful. They beyond what was expected of them for my complete satisfaction of my stay.

Spacious and clean room. Amazing breakfast. My only complaint is the safe did not work.

Everything was great except the shuttle. I was able to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel my first night. When I was checking in I asked about the shuttle for the next day and was told no problem as long as I’m within the time it runs. Next day I call in advance for the shuttle and there’s suddenly no shuttle available the whole day. Why advertise and even tell me there’s an airport shuttle when there isn’t? The only reason I booked is for the airport shuttle. Next time I’ll book somewhere $20 nicer with a reliable shuttle. Hate getting lied to by companies.
