Enjoyed the shuffleboard and the fire pit. If we had another day we would enjoy Horseshoes and Cornhole. The staff is extremely nice. Place in clean in rooms and grounds. Fire pits have a started bucket and all that is needed. The flowers and color full Adirondack chairs really add to the comfortable atmosphere. We will certainly be back !!!! A must stay location a few miles away from the beaches. Great place!!!

We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table. We had a great time. Thanks Phil & Ann!

This is a cute little property. Our room is all modern and up todate....a small ice machine is provided in the room with a coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge...outaide is a very clean pool, sandbox, bikes, basketball hoop and a huge firepit area with adarondack chairs which we enjoy sitting around and chatting with other guests....a great night stay and will definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Everything redone and quiet. Lovely pool, patio with firepits, basketball, volleyball, bikes. Owners extremely nice. Cannot wait to come back

What a great little find! We're a family of four and this discuss and exceptionally clean property was perfect for us! Two parents and two teenagers and this never felt crowded like other places. We'll be back!

What a quaint, family oriented place. Everything you need, close to everything, very clean, very safe. Plus dog, friendly! Just a heads up; the website says $35 per day is the fee for a dog. I got charged $40 per day, which is a big difference.

We were in town for a wedding and Phil and Ann's worked out perfectly for us. Clean, neat, quiet. The rooms looked like they were recently updated. The staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Phil and Anns!

Contactless check in, just called when we got there. Rooms are small but very tidy and comfortable. Keurig and individual ice maker in the room. My room had a very roomy shower, no tub, so very easy to get in and out of.

However, it was very clean, appointed very well and seemed recently updated. Although I didn't have any further need to speak with anyone after checking in on the phone, some might feel the need for having an agent on the property.

The property is super clean and well maintained inside and outside. The ice machine will run all night so shut it off when you go to bed. Rooms have been thoughtfully updated and make good use of the space - 2 twin room.

The room was very clean and appeared to have been fairly recently redone. In room ice maker was super convenient. Large walk-in shower was very nice. Because it's off-season, the office isn't staffed but there's phone coverage in the event of any questions.

We loved the place--modern, attractive, well-kept, clean and comfortable (except for the coffee table), and the grounds were beautiful and obviously well-cared-for. We had a unit with a kitchenette, and it was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, etc. It even had a washer and dryer! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Five stars!

A good basic option in an expensive area. Comfortable motel style rooms. Pool in season. Fire pits which one of the owners lit for us to enjoy. Friendly owner checked us in - I didn’t see a reception. Gave us lots of area recommendations. We stayed out of season and there were two weekly residents so not really a holiday vibe, but probably will be different over the summer. Recommend for short stay to see the area.

I read the reviews before booking my overnight stay at Phil and Ann's and someone indicated that it was very clean, I couldn't agree more. We just had an issue getting the heat turned on, however I made a quick call and the woman helped me. I would recommend this motel. TY!

We stayed just one night to catch a ferry the next morning. The place is a fun throwback to another age, but rooms were recently renovated a nice. A bit like being at camp, lots of lawn games. Convenient to beaches, but after Labor Day many businesses in the area are closed.
