Great hotel with cooking facility, very useful if your little one is very picky and/or you want to cook your own meal. They also have a good sized pool in the basement for kids to play or adult to relax, after having spent one day out exploring Paris. Walking distance to the waterpark.

This was a decent stay. It fit our needs perfectly as a family of 3 on a budget holiday. The surrounding area was nice enough as was the property itself. However, the parking on site is very limited (which was not stated anywhere) and tight, and the shower did not have very good pressure at all. Otherwise, it was fine.

Fijn hotel. Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Metro station 5 minuten lopen. Koffie en thee gratis in het hotel. Zwembad was helaas buiten gebruik maar dit is gecompenseerd.

Fijne accomodatie, voor de tweede keer geweest. Alles aanwezig op de kamer en koffie en thee is inbegrepen. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Toiletpapier en handoekken worden niet aangevuld/gewisseld. Dat zou wel mogen.

Il bagno e minuscolo (con una porta molto scomoda), con una doccia/vasca piccola, e una tenda. Il telefono della doccia è molto alto, e l'acqua calda finisce subito. La piscina era chiusa per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Avevamo prenotato 2 parcheggi da mesi, e non c'era piu posto al nostro arrivo. Siamo dovuti andare a parcheggiare in un'altra struttura a 10mn a piedi. Nella stanza c'e moquette con strane macchie. Per il resto era pulito (stoviglie, lenzuola ...) e lo staff era sorridente

Helt greit overnattingssted. Dårlig belysning på bad, skittent på fellesareal og delvis skittent på rom. Felles garderobe og basseng er svært foreldet og skittent. Ingen mulighet for bytte håndklær - kun mot betaling 5 euro. Mat og service ved frokost var god.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel didn't clean our room at all during our stay and didn't even provide the means to clean it ourselves. The toilet stayed dump and smelly for the whole stay as it doesn't have any air circulation or ventilation system. Disappointing service for the price

Je suis globalement insatisfait de cet Aparthotel. Moquette sale dans la chambre.....nid à bactérie. Un coffre pour la sécurité des biens .....qui ne ferme pas. J'ai demandé lors de mon arrivée à 17h un oreiller supplémentaire ......impossible d'en avoir un le soir de l'arrivée.....je l'ai eu après plusieurs relances , le lendemain après-midi. Pas de climatisation .....seulement un ventilateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit et qui est très poussiereux . Un accueil mitigé sans sourire. Expérience à ne pas recommander. .

Not the worst but far from the best experience. Staff is not so welcoming, there is room for improvement. 6th floor rooms have no AC (therefore, avoid 6th floor rooms entirely during hot season). Large opening hours and great location (walkable distance to/from Paris - Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles). Most likely, I won't return.

Très belle chambre. Point très négatif nous n'avons pas dormi avant 4h du matin. Hurlements, cris , personnes qui chantent, courent dans les couloirs et tapent aux portes . Mon fils en a eu peur. Très déçu. Ce serait bien qu'il y ai des rondes pour maintenir le calme

Wir hatten ein Appartment für 3, es war groß mit 25 Quadratmetern und einer Zwischenwand zum Einzelbett. Hund war kein Problem. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, dafür einen elektrischen Ventilator. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist nebenan, die Einfahrt ist bia 1.90m Autohöhe möglich, also nichts für Dachboxen - hier wurde uns ein Parkhaus nur 350m weg empfohlen. Der Vorteil: Es kostete nur die Hälfte. Insgesamt hatte die Unterkunft ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bien placé , personnel aimable , un restaurant Spécialités Tunisiennes très sympa juste en face de l'hôtel. Métro à 3 minutes ( ligne 13 très pratique) , Champs Élysées à 10/15 minutes . Seul bémol , le frigidaire de la chambre assez bruyant et nous avions réservés specialement car il y avait une piscine et elle était hors service. Merci . Cordialement.

A very good apartment Hotel. The kitchen had everything you need, breakfast was good, ham, cheese, serials, juice, coffe machine, and the baguttes was superb. Good beds, not to soft. And the swimming polo was clean and nice. 5 min. from metro and restaurants and supermarket near by.

Helt greit overnattingssted. Dårlig belysning på bad, skittent på fellesareal og delvis skittent på rom. Felles garderobe og basseng er svært foreldet og skittent. Ingen mulighet for bytte håndklær - kun mot betaling 5 euro. Mat og service ved frokost var god.

Fijn hotel. Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Metro station 5 minuten lopen. Koffie en thee gratis in het hotel. Zwembad was helaas buiten gebruik maar dit is gecompenseerd.

They only clean the rooms once every 8 days! they told us it would be cleaned on Saturday but then the cleaner told us they didn't have enough staff to do it. Asked for towels to use the pool and they refused! Having said that the pool is probably the best thing about the hotel! Really nice and usually quiet. We used the hotel because our relatives live nearby. We were four people in one studio - probably needed another room but we were one adult and three kids. Staff were mixed - some helpful others not at all.
