This place was amazing!! The room was spacious, the water pressure was perfect, and the pool was very clean and fun. They even had kids pool toys to use even tho we didnt use them, they were an added bonus for those who go there, do. We had no issues with anything. The only thing that I would have changed is to have a better light in front where you turn into the parking lot because i felt that was a little scary not being able to see well in the dark for turning.

Nice, quiet and easy. They helped us old folks by moving us to the second floor and even though it doesn’t have a elevator, it has street access for first and second floors.

We got really lucky. The room we had included a little bar table, two chairs, cooking utensils, paper towels, an extra wooden table to put our stuff on and an extra corner chair. My parent's room, however, did not so different owners include different amenities. Both of our rooms were very clean. The person that helps on the afterhours number was very helpful and kind. The pool was very nice and there is a grill by it that other people were enjoying the use of. This is an older establishment, but they have really done a good job of remodeling it, keeping it clean, and offering people a place to stay without having to spend a ton of money to enjoy Branson. It is RIGHT down the road from Silver Dollar City and away from the busy main strip in Branson, but right down the road if you need to go there. There is a small grocery type store right by it that you can walk up the hill to get to that was super convenient to use for grabbing snacks and drinks.

Helpful staff who responded promptly to our needs. We had pets and they were very accommodating/pet friendly. it is a convenient location , near most of the Branson activities. We enjoyed our stay!

Parking was great. Since I had a first floor, the parking was right in front of my door. My daughter's car was only 2 doors down.

The location to Silver Dollar City is great. The room was clean, beds were clean and comfy, a kitchen full of anything and everything you need! The pool was nice, it was chilly so I just put my feet in after a long day at the park. There’s washer and dryer $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Will be staying again.

It's within walking distance to Silver Dollar City, especially for those capable of easily getting around. They also have a shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City during the theme park's open season

There is no elevator so be prepared of you're assigned a 2nd or 3rd floor. There is a dumb waiter. It is quiet and comfortable.

We were skeptical given the low pricing. We decided to give it a try and it was perfectly fine. No elevators, breakfast or front office attendant. We had a 2 queen room with lots of space, all kitchen dishes, pots, toaster, and a hot plate burner. The pool, bbq, bonfire and basketball area were well kept and appreciated. Also customer laundry room available. We would stay again.

Last minute trip for the 4th of July. Was nicely priced compared to some places. The propery was clean. Room was well kept and comfy. Parking was only issue, if you own a good sized truck kind of hard to get in spots and one end of propery not much lighting. Never felt unsafe and was quiet even during festivities. Would stay again.

Our stay was not so great. When we first got there my husband killed several flies that was in the room. Also our shower drained very slow and would get up past ankle deep every time you took a shower. We let them know several times but nobody ever came. The shower definitely needs some TLC. If you want room service you have to message or call them, they don’t just come to your room( I didn’t notice that when I booked). They did come and bring us some fresh towels and washcloths when we called them. Our room stayed very humid and made our clothes and the bed kinda damp everyday. The beds wasn’t that comfortable but they did seem clean. Also u could hear people outside at night and walking around above us. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s a good price but you get what you pay for or less staying here. I hate to leave a bad review but we did not enjoy staying here.

There was some hair in the shower and floors were a bit dirty but overall it was easy and convenient location for silver dollar city. Check for shuttle times if you are planning to use the free shuttles. Would stay again for the location and price.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, some items in kitchenette if needed, such as utensils, etc. Bathroom had plenty of towels and shampoo, soap, etc.

I have bug bites all over my body. I pray its not bed bugs. They didnt clean my room the whole time i was there. I had to ask for clean towels. They didnt have a breakfast room. The air conditioner work great. It was a nice and quite place. The pool look nice didn't go in it.

Bed bugs in our first room. I understand that can happen. The manager and housekeeper were very prompt in responding and getting a better room!!

It was a great place for the money for a short stay! Very close to SDC if your family plans on going there during your Branson stay. About 15 minutes from the main strip so it was nice being out of the way with a few food places under 10 minutes away. The walls are fairly thin we could hear our next door neighbors toddler running back and fourth in their room and kids running outside on the balcony which wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider for others! The bathroom is pretty cramped and wasn’t as clean as it could have been but the rest of the room was clean. Try to request the lower level if needed because it is only stairs to the upper floors. You can pay to do laundry on site and the outdoor pool was a nice touch!

For the cost, this is well worth it. The rooms are large, the common space and kitchens are good. Bathrooms are older, but clean and kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, but are clean. Know that they will contact you the day of with your room and code. Know there is no elevator, and steps are necessary for most rooms.

We stayed here for 2 nights because we wanted to be close to silver dollar city. We stayed here for 10 days back in 2020 and it was a pleasant trip so I figured it would be good but I was wrong. I rarely ever complain but we were put on the 1st floor and I should have requested a higher floor but I didn't want to complain. We walked in and it was HEAVILY perfumed. It gave me a headache that I unplugged the plug in and it was still overwhelming when we left today. Beds were fine and the room looked clean but after walking around the floor was gross. We had to wipe our feet off before we could get into bed. The walls and ceiling here must be thin because I had to go upstairs and asked them to stop stomping and they stated they were walking softly. I did ask staff to say something before I went upstairs. They offered to move us to another room on the 1st floor and I didnt see the point because it would be the same with guests above us. The bathroom tile had cracks and there us 1/2 inch lip from the bathroom to the main room which could be fixed so you dont stub your toe in the dark. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the fact that I could here the people above us with my noise machine on blast and the floor was not clean at all. Make sure you bring ear plugs, a broom to sweep the floors, and toiletries because the ones here are lacking.

The Internet would not connect to the Roku TV therefore no TV. Several of the outlets didn’t work so charging was limited. Also, used washcloth and a towel or left in the bathroom from the previous tenant. Not my most pleasurable stay in a hotel.

the are is nice and convenient to a theme park It is a lodge and that is what you will get. Clean room and bed. frige, microwave, coffee maker. I didn't care for the vanity area being open into the room. Bathroom is small but clean.

They also offer shuttle services to SDC. There is no breakfast but that is advertised. Our only con is that we arrived late and the area is so dark the driveway is not easily visable at all. Parking spots in the front are narrow.

The hotel was great for the price. Clean, beds were comfortable. The shower was a little confusing. I had trouble adjusting the hot and cold. Check in was also very confusing. There is no one at the front desk so you have to call to get your room number and then they give you your password to get in. I think it would make sense to email the guest and send that information 10 or 15 minutes before check in time. We liked the location close to the lake and secluded. Would stay again. But I would ask for an email with room numbers be sent at the 4 O’clock check in time. There were 4 or 5 people trying to call to get there room numbers.

Room was clean and spacious. We had trouble getting into our room with the code they gave us, but once we called the issue was handled promptly. We will stay at this location again in the future.

We arrived at 7:30 and no one was there to let us in. After calling (and waiting for a call back) we eventually were told what room was ours and how to get in.

5 moves in 3 nights. Original room had a broken ac. Second room someone was already in. 3rd move to next door over. 4thmove to original room,ac still broken. 5th move someone else assigned room after i was. Standing outside on deck right now. Cant get in touch with the management.

My wife and 3 kids arrived a little after midnight driving from st louis little over 4 hr drive. We booked for 2 nights when we arrive NO ON SITE. She called the after hour # multiple time's no answer. My husband called, Hotels.com called them. Site said we would receive a secure link which never came. NO TEXT NO EMAIL NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. when they called the bext day she even said that im not then1st to have this happen to them. Having my wife and 3 youngsters trying to find other accommodations at 1am alone since they were not able to check in. The hotel finally calls the next afternoon saying they have had MULTIPLE issues people not being sent a link to check in. Then yesterday they emailed me basically saying "We know we have been having issues with out service but WE WILL BOT BE REFUNDING THE $214 for the room"" we could not even use. So they'll admit they're wrong but not refund. Service like this i dont care how jice the place COULD'VE been will never stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly...Also had a situation where I reserved two rooms, and the other party had to cancel...So they accommodate me for another stay within the year, and also let me do a late checkout...Definitely recommend

Clean, large room. A great price for the amenities you receive. There was a problem at check in that required us to find another hotel room the first night, but we were immediately contacted and credited for the night we missed. Just make sure if you book through a third party you receive a link to get your room number and pin code to the door before arriving as no one is staffing the office. I still gave the property five stars and the customer service to correct the problem was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again in November when we come down.

We had to stay between houses while moving and even had to extend our stay twice. Bristol was AMAZING and handled our stay professionally and polite. She accommodated everything we needed quickly and with a smile. The place was beautiful and clean and the amenities were perfect in occupying our little ones. We will definitely be coming back! The place has everything I needed and location is great if your visiting the lake or SDC! No contact check in is a great feature. They just send you a message with all the info you need to get to your room 😊

Within walking distance to Silver Dollar City. However, the bus picks up and drops off at the lodge also.

This is my husband and my favorite place to stay when we come to the Branson area. It has easy access to Silver Dollar City and is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Branson.

In comparison with surrounding lodging, White wing provided a better experience than some of the properties I saw while exploring the area. For the price point, White wing was far above what others have to offer. I especially enjoyed the easy access to surrounding areas.

The property was out of town near Silver Dollar City. The location felt safe and we had ample parking for a big truck which was nice. Area was quiet and staff quick to respond to our needs.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years because it is incredibly convenient to Silver Dollar City (SDC), which we visit often. This time, it was just me for the first week of Bluegrass & Festival at SDC. There were a few changes to the place I hadn’t known about. First, they no longer have an office on premises. Everything is handled electronically and by text. Next, they no longer have a dining room offering a typical hotel breakfast. That said, none of those things were important to me. The rooms have been remodeled and have nicer interiors than previously. The bed was comfortable for my bad back.

The updates are nice, rooms are clean, check-in was different with the keypad on door(but it was easy). Did not like this time that there was not breakfast. We usually like to fill up to save money on food while in the park. I did not catch that when I was booking. Overall, it was nice.

My only critique was coming in at night I could not read the numbers on the door. Could use better lighting on the doors. Beds were comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water and clean towels. Room had microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee pot, real coffee cups, plates, silverware, dish soap. It was quiet even though it was close to a road. Our TV did not work but they tried to fix it immediately and offered a new room. TV was not important and we could watch Amazon video on the TV so I did not change rooms and told them not to worry about it. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely keep this on my list to stay while visiting Branson. Especially since it is less than a mile from the Gate at Silver Dollar city. About 20 minutes drive to historic downtown or Dollys Stampede!
