Your site and hotel site adv. Fridge in room. No fridge. Desk said some rooms no fridge. Went to get ice, ice machine broken. Then desk offered to move us to a fridge room but we were already unloaded. Old broken down truck camper and camper trailer in lot. Room seemed surface clean though light fixture was full of black stuff. Room was over priced for what u got. Seems like $89 would ha e been more appropiate than $165.

The door was damaged and the only thing holding itt closed was the door trim there was a coffee pot but no cups. The room was in generally pot condition. There was no ice machine. The room was fairly clean but the outside hallways were filthy. All in all not a good experience.

The free breakfast was very poor. We were there by 7 and no waffle batter, empty jelly jar, few slices of bread to make toast No one at the desk or answering the phone to assist you. If you choose to stay here don't count on getting breakfast at the hotel. 😕

My priorities in a hotel/motel are cleanliness, a warm shower, a comfy bed, and dependable wifi. Country Motor Inn only fell short on the wifi, which didn't work at all. The host was aware of the problem and indicated calls had been made to correct the problem. Unfortunately, this didn't make travel planning better for me; perhaps a notice on the booking sites until the problem is fixed, as lack of wifi connection can be a big deal for travelers who depend on internet service, especially in Montana, where cellular service is sparse. However, the host was very friendly and accommodated a late check-in with a warm welcome. Overall, good, but not on par with similar motels at similar or lower prices along my journey.

This is a last resort property. It’s less expensive than the other motels in Livingston, but it shows. The floors were clearly not regularly mopped or vacuumed. My bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot in the room. The parking lot is entirely inadequate; with multiple spaces occupied by a trailer and a truck camper that seem rather permanently affixed. Everything worked; the coffee maker, fridge, and MW; shower and sink worked. The rooms are painfully small and mine didn’t have any place to hang clothes now drawers to put them in. So, if you need to be in Livingston, and everything else is full or too expensive, you can make do here; we did for a week. But, if you have choices……

When we arrived the room was clean except the toilet hadn't been cleaned . They did however come and clean it. There is a common area with picnic tables but is not useable due to all the dog feces . The parking lot doesn't have a lot of room as the owner has a lot of his junk parked . Eg old trailer , a truck and camper with flat tires. The office was in disarray as well. I would say there is a lack of motivation.

There was no refrigerator in the room, even though there was a wood framework where one had obviously been removed. Apparently some of the other rooms had them. Also, there was nowhere to hang up clothing on hangars.

This reservation was very last minute due to heavy rain. We were heading to YNP for 3 days of camping. We didn’t want to set up in the rain, so we decided to get a room for the night. I was a little nervous, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was immaculate and cleaner than some 4 star hotels I have been in. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice night sleep.

Basic motel lodgings from 1970’s. Floors were very dirty and the air conditioner sort of worked. I’d recommend spending a few more dollars at a newer establishment.

Room was one of the smallest motel rooms I have stayed in. That’s the bad news. The good news is that the bed was comfortable as was the chair. The shower was hot, there was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. If it wasn’t 50 miles from Yellowstone NP it would be extremely over priced but considering the location I would consider staying there again.

Gave high ratings because it far surpassed our expectations based on the photos on the booking site we used. Our room had clearly been updated since those photos. Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, new air conditioner, and next to a charming downtown area.

The room is small and utilitarian. It was clean, the staff was nice. It reminded me of a dorm room or some institutional bedroom. Institutional two tone green paint. You have to step into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. The shower can't decide if it wants to be too hot or too cold. The mattress and pillows were tolerable, but not comfortable.

The owner here (Chris) and the housekeeping staff were so accommodating for us today. We had to check in early to get ready for a wedding in the late afternoon and he couldn't have been kinder. The world needs more people like the ones that work here!

The hotel has no record of payment for May 21 or May 24, and so we had to pay again (even though Hotels.com charged our credit card immediately). I tried emailing Hotels.com about the double billing but received no reply. I will need to phone Hotels.com to get reimbursed. This entire experience has left me frustrated with both the Country Motor Inn and Hotels.com

Angelica is a wonderful ambassador for the area & a font of information! Hotel is older but clean. Beds are comfy. When there was a problem with the sink we were immediately moved & upgraded. Thanks!

Needed a reasonably priced place to stay for my final night in the area before heading back home. Every hotel in the Bozeman area is overpriced so I looked outside the city for a better deal. In the end I was glad to stay here since the lodgings were simple and the room was on the small side but the manager was very helpful and Livingston had a lovely small town vibe to it, especially the main street area with its quaint old stores.
