Nice hotel overall, but suffering from neglect. The water cooler in the gym was empty, & the bathroom floor in my room had a big clump of the previous occupant's hair next to the bathtub.

Everything was pretty good however the first floor was being renovated so the pool and the dining area were not open. The breakfast was lacking because it was done in the lobby area. It surprised me that I still had to pay full rate. I was on a trip with my son and the swimming pool and waffles/pancakes were a part of our staying there.

When I arrived I found 2 blue contact lenses on the carpet. I informed the front desk , nice girl offered me another room but I declined The next morning I woke up to the small refrigerator leaking. A huge puddle on the floor. Good thing I didn’t slip. The employees were nice put a “ ticket “ in to have it checked out. I later found out they said there was nothing wrong with it . I guess the wet towel I put down to sop up the water didn’t mean anything to them I should taken pictures It’s still under renovations. I didn’t realize the pool is being renovated also. They were going to give me a discount for the inconvenience but since I booked through Hotels.com , they couldn’t. Never again .

The shower had mold & mildew in it and smelled, a broken lamp, the gym & equipment looked as though it had never been touched with nearly any towels left but a huge pile of dirty ones, the pool had a layer of film on it. For what we paid… it was a shame.

Unit was clean altho overheard another customer saying that his suite was not cleaned prior to his check-in.. Bed not made, towels on floor. We needed more than one towel each, requested more and never received. Then prior to 9 am the construction started on the 3rd floor. Not minimal noise but room vibrating so that I couldn't concentrate on my work noise. For almost $200 a night, one would expect a little more. Maybe don't rent the rooms directly underneath the renovation? Obviously others had complained because the manager said he didn't want to hear it and didn't want to argue about it. Concerning the towels requested all we got was that this wasn't night shift so they weren't responsible. All in all, disappointed in the staff and their responses. Usually stay at this brand hotel without complaints, now reconsidering.

The website should have stated that the place was under construction and pool was closed. We were sent to the hotel next door to swim & the pool was freezing cold. And we weren’t allowed to bring a towel back.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great. My room was very dirty. Sheets were dirty and had blood on them. The bathroom was dirty. Dust under the sink and holder for toilet paper was horrible. Not happy with Expedia either. I put in the date I needed and your system change the date. Cost me extra to fix your error. Same hotel and date happened to another person. His reservation was changed like mine was. He booked a day later than me.

The breakfast was great. The stairs had dirt, mud, and trash all over them. The carpet in the common hallways needed to be vacuumed really bad. There was dust everywhere. Upon entering our hotel room, there were fingernails on the carpet, candy wrappers tucked next to the bedside table, dust all over everything (someone wrote something in the dust accumulation with their finger on the ice bucket tray) and mold all over the ceiling and the caulk of the bathroom. The internet did not work while we were there either.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn in Fremont. The hotel is newly-renovated, very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is terrible. The first room 210 smell's real bad the refrigerator didn’t work. Then we move to a second room 227 and it was not the cleanest and couldn’t look out the window. I felt like I was in Prison. 2 thumbs down . I would never rent from hotels again

The hotel did not have orange juice for breakfast, they didn't clean the room every day, the door of my room did not lock properly, they didn't have coffee ready in the afternoon, and the hotel manager did not address the guests' issues.

First they gave us the wrong room and said it was hotels.com fault. Then the next morning they said they were wrong and changed us to the right room. Then, at checkout they charged us for two additional nights. Over $450. If I wouldn’t have caught it we would have been out the money. The customer service is non existent by most of the staff. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future. If you choose to go there please watch your charges very closely.

Place needs some updating. Bath tubs need new caulking in the corners. There’s no need to have soap grime and calcium build up in the corners. It just looks nasty. My room had no couch chair in the room. I guess they expected us to sit on the floors in the room. When I asked a worker where did the couch chair go. He said we are updating and some rooms have them and others don’t, and I asked to have a couch he acted very lazy. There was another worker named Amy that heard me and was able to go to management and have the other workers bring a chair. Amy was taken care of as well. Thank you. The breakfast was great. The ladies in the kitchen were excellent. They made sure everything was stocked and nothing ran out. Thank you. Front desk staff was kind of hit or miss. You had to go find them because the bell wasn’t loud enough, but majority of the time they were in front smoking.

Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine. We came from Cedar Point, were exhausted, got up early for breakfast, went back to bed, and were refreshed (and the driver safe) when we got on the road a noon.

I loved the breakfast and all the hot options. The lady refused to answer the phone at the front desk all day when I called to confirm. When we showed up she was in her pajamas on Facetime talking to her boyfriend and then later had him sneak in to hang out in the hallway and was never seen again at the front desk.
