The property and staff are great. The parking is awful, it's one way in and one way out nothing else. If there was a fire nobody would be able to get out of there. The two things that my granddaughter and I did not like was it was very loud after 10 pm and it felt very unsafe so for dinner we had to doordash our meals. That's a let down when we had plans to eat out. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

Place is old but is kept up nice. New vinyl fllors and paint in room. Shower pressure and wifi good. Parking is very tight, especially if you have a truck. Overall great bang for your buck

It was clean enough, there is no elevator so if you have accessibility challenges you should notify them at time of booking. The second floor walkway looks like its falling to bits, but the rooms have been recently updated. The area is walkable, with nice coffee shops and the downtown area close by.

Front desk gentleman is very nice. Hotel looks great, looks clean. But there is a noise all night long sounding like a mouse in the fridge or somewhere. Also, i woke up to several bed bug bites on my arm. I caught the bug, it left a large blood mark on the bed

While overall the facilities were fine for this type of property, thin walls meant we were listening to the inconsiderate folks upstairs stomp around make noise until 3am, as well as freight train horns throughout the night (property is near tracks, and trains go through twice an hour or so).

I reserved this property because of the reasonable price. The room we were in was adequate, but it was very small. It was an accessible room (which we didn't really need), and there was no closet or anyplace other than the bed (and one small chair) to put anything or to sit. Not even a table if you wanted to eat in the room. Their breakfast was cereal and milk and maybe coffee (we don't drink coffee), but there would have been no where in the room to eat, so we just went out for breakfast. It was also pretty close to the railroad tracks, so we did hear trains going through town occasionally. I probably would not stay there again.

A very nice clean room. I can see that they renovated it recently. No bugs or cockroaches. There was a TV with cable channels and a small fridge. The only downside I found is that because of the way other people parked by taking 2 spots for one car, I wasn't able to park my car in the inner yard and had to park it outside. However, nothing happened. I think I would stay there again

I stayed two nights. The first night was quiet and peaceful. The second night was terrible. It sounded as though the room upstairs was rearranging furniture all night. I was in room 106. The rooms themselves are very nice. Kind of sparse, but decent. I would stay there again. Maybe. Bring earplugs.

We enjoyed our stay we only used it for sleep and showering - the front staff was very helpful and courteous. There's plenty of walking distance for any activities restaurant theaters, bars, parks .The housekeeping needs some refreshers upon arrival there was a used soap in our shower and I didn't make a big fuss. I just asked if they could clean it as we left and the housekeeper never took to used soap. Then when I asked her for bathroom toiletries the things they offer. Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, soaps, etc. She didn't wanna give me any. As a guest for 2 days I would like to use all accommodations.

We didn’t stay. I booked the room at 7:30pm EST due to a family emergency. Needed to be within walking distance to the hospital. Situation changed rapidly and called to cancel at 11:30pm EST and was told that the hotel wouldn’t allow a refund. I will never book at Rodeway Inn again.

There was an error in the booking date with Expedia. Expedia was extremely accommodating however the motel staff refused to speak to me or Expedia and the kept the money from Expedia and me for the same night. Very rude and unethical

Very Easy check In & Check out pricess. Friendly staff. Location is great because its close to everything and right off the freeway. My only complaint would be the rooms as well as the entire property could definitely use an upgrade. Id stay here again.

There was hot water issue where they didn’t have hot water to take warm shower or warm bath. They let us use other side of the building to take bath one night. The other night, they told me it’s fixed , yes only one bath warm water, and I have to take cold shower at night. And water color was brown and felt disgusting. The train track was near by and it was so loud. It was also stinky outside. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m very conflicted about this property. On the outside it appears to be rundown and slightly sketchy. Seems to have several long term residents. The people that run it seem very nice and eager to help. The room itself was pretty nice. Clean and spacious. I didn’t feel particularly safe due to the property and the neighborhood. The outside trash cans were overflowing. This was my second stay here. I might stay again. Maybe. It’s ok for the price. Breakfast leaves much to be desired.

Stayed for one night on a visit to Sequoia Park. Found the hotel, room, bathroom, service all very good. Free breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Excellent value for the very reasonable price.

There is a bug in my bathtub, there was not hot water for the shower, the room was smelly, the breakfast area was in adequate, and the curtains kept opening up to view by people walking by. Would not come to this hotel again.

Really pleasantly surprised. Checkin was smooth and seamless. Friendly clerk (David) was helpful and promptly responded to a room call for help. We had a single bed and the room was recently renovated and looking great. Clean room, bathroom and bed was comfortable. The shower did take 90 seconds to get hot so don’t be put off. Breakfast items included hot coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs. More than sufficient for me. Parking is safe and plentiful. Price is market rate. I would stay again. Hope this helps y’all.
