The bathroom had hair on the floor and in bathtub from previous guests. Front desk employee's were all very pleasant and helpful. We arrived late at night and.I was pleased by the security measures taken. The employee at the breakfast area is amazing! He worked so hard and efficiently! There were always hot,fresh, choices and he cleaned up on time each day. He was also very kind and helpful, especially to guests arriving very close or slightly after the end of breakfast time.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy! The elevator had a warning on it that only small families or groups of two should ride at a time. That was a bit worrying, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

The room was amazing. Enough room for my family of five. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Kids and I love the pool. Breakfast was good. Laundry room was kind of expensive but I was glad the had a washet and dryer. Over all we would stay again.

Carpet in the room 331 feels sticky and pillows are way too soft. Staff is great.

Fantastic! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Walls are slightly thin but everything else was wonderful. Great breakfast and free coffee and tea bar all day. All of the front desk ladies were also super helpful and sweet. Will def come again!

I pepaid, but they rented out my room to someone else, so left looking for a hotel. They didn't refund my money.

Front desk extremely rude

Worst experience ever!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. I chose it because of its proximity to Sequoia National Park and made sure to book at least a month in advance. However, after completing a stargazing tour late at night, I arrived at the hotel around 12 AM and encountered a series of continuous inconveniences. Firstly, there was no one at the reception. We called continuously for 20 minutes before a staff member finally opened the door. After presenting my confirmation, they informed us that they were overbooked and could not accommodate us, despite our valid confirmation and itinerary number. All of this happened at 1 AM. They explained that the hotel had been fully booked since noon and had no available rooms. Incredibly, as they were telling us this, another family arrived and was promptly checked in. We were left shocked and confused. The receptionist claimed the hotel was fully booked since noon, yet they magically had a room available for this family. Feeling helpless, we politely asked for assistance in finding available rooms at nearby Marriott hotels. The receptionist responded rudely, claiming not to know or be able to help. As our group frantically called nearby hotels, the receptionist refused to make any effort to assist us, displaying an uncooperative and rude attitude throughout. Fortunately, we managed to find a hotel 40 minutes away from the Visalia hotel where we finally stayed the night. Although we resolved the situation, I

The staff is very friendly and caring. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay with them. I stayed there in Jan. 2024, and when I came back in March, they remembered that I had plans to go to the Super Bowl. I thought it was very considerate of them to ask me how the game was. When I go back to Tulare, I will certainly stay at the Fairfield Marriot again.

We were tired after a 6 hour flight and a 3 1/2 hour drive from LA and the facility and staff were very inviting, we slept peacefully and felt very safe.
