Beachfront condo with ocean views, pool, sundeck, & private balcony

I love the treasure coast and downtown Stuart - it’s a place near and dear to my heart. This condo is adorable, well-appointed and the ideal location for anyone looking for peace and quiet and an unbeatable view of the ocean. Right on the water and just steps from the pool and beach.

This fourth story end unit could not be closer to the waves and sand of a beautiful beach. Has all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation.

As soon as we checked into the Codo we were hypnotized with the Panoramic Ocean Views! The Condo was very spacious, clean, updated and decorated so nicely! It was nice to have a covered parking spot right near the elevator. Just steps away to the beach was a plus and the pool was nice. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We even got to experience a 100 lb Turtle come up to the shore to nest her eggs. We will definitely consider coming back to stay in the future. Thank you, Julie & David

very relaxing, nice beach not crowded, nice pool, most units were permanent renters not renters, very welcoming and great to talk to very relaxing walking the beach and reading a book

We enjoyed our time at this 4th floor condo overlooking the beach and ocean! The view was incredible, the weather great. We enjoyed the pool and were glad our car was parked in the garage near the elevator!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo and quiet complex. Condo is well stocked for the things you will need. Parking spot under building is very convenient and well marked with map provided by owner. Note the pool with hot tub shown is next door and only available for an additional fee, but the pool right below the condo is fine. Would seek out this condo to stay again!

We had a fantastic experience in a Beautifully appointed Condo. The view was amazing and the pool, the grille and the Ocean made our time their wonderful. Our host was completely responsive to anything we needed. All of the Staff there were great. Thanks again for a memorable time.

Trip was perfect! The condo was well equipped, close to the heated pool and ocean. Parking space included in parking garage.They provided start up of items that lasted the week. Best of all was the amazing views from the condo! Highly recommend and would stay again.

The condo was very nicely decorated. The king size bed was so comfortable. The parking garage spot was convenient, right near the elevator. The view of the ocean from the large deck was award winning! There were so many things to do in the area. Don't miss the Elliott Museum and the outstanding car display. From the internet: using a robotic, three-story stacking system, museum staff will help visitors use a multimedia kiosk to select a car and bring it down to a custom turntable that will display the car.

We loved this place...it's so very clean and crisp, and could not be a better view! The host was very helpful and attentive as well.

So much is excellent including special touches such as refrigerator with water bottles and wine. View, location, decor, owner concern, comfy bed, etc., is so great we will stay again. However, with most of my reviews I try to highlight concerns/recommendations. 1. If you like showers this isn't for you. The biggest negative is how cold the bathroom is. It appears they converted a closet into a bath but left the shutter closet door in place to the bedroom causing cold air to flow into shower. Without any heat lamp (just a fan) I had to get in and out quickly because I was so uncomfortable. And I really like showers. 2. The low water pressure is such that kitchen spray in the sink is seldom useful and the rain shower head likewise is not useful. Had to use alternative hand held which, to owner's credit, attaches nicely to showhead (if you are not small person). 3. Housekeeper needs to look up when cleaning shower as there was a old washcloth from previous stay hanging on showerhead. 4. Better and updated directions because the parking spot wording was changed but the directions still states the room number which is what we were looking for. Perhaps a drawing of the parking lot building with where to enter (at night is is difficult on the first visit to get where to enter garage). 5. Thanks for the brochures left for us, but they should be tossed if they are old as they contained wrong hours (wated trip), incorrect pricing, etc. Like I said, minor points and will stay again! Had a great time.

We found the owner to be very responsive before and during the rental. The condo was very clean and had been updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is outstanding and the condo is wonderful! It's very clean and has lovely decor! We highly recommend this condo!!

My wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting shells. The location is great and the Condo was well equipped and well maintained. It was a very pleasant stay.

The condo was very clean and had the most amazing views!!! We are already talking about booking it again next year!!

Upon entering the unit, we smelled a musty mold smell & the floors did not appear to have been swept/mopped. We also noticed some other cleanliness issues throughout the condo. The main/obvious surfaces (sinks, counters, tables) were clean, but the floors, corners were missed. We discovered mold on the bathroom ceiling and in most AC vents. We also found what appeared to be termite damage (paint bubbled up and peeling with droppings along the baseboard - damage from inside the wall). Our biggest concern was the mold, but we advised the host of all issues. I wanted to make them aware, because otherwise they may not know & so they could look into it/fix it to prevent further damage/issues. The host got defensive & denied the possibility of mold or termites, even though I sent pictures. The host was not very quick at responding. Very poor customer service/hospitality. We spent the first 2.5 days of our vacation going back and forth trying to get a resolution with this host and also speaking with VRBO. It was a very stressful and disappointing way to start a vacation to say the least. The host did eventually allow us to cancel and get a partial refund, however we are still out a large amount of money at no fault of our own and had to find another place last minute. I hope they take this information into consideration and fix the issues. This place could be so amazing with just a little work. The location, view, beach, pool, & garage parking spot are all amazing.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here in November, 2024. The view is Perfect!!The living space is beautiful and decorated tastefully. The bed was very comfortable. Every thing that we needed for cooking was provided. Finally, Anne Marie is a hospitable and attentive host. She answered all our needs quickly.

We love this condo! This was our second year staying here and would loved to have had the chance to book it again next year but it was already booked for next year in advance of our stay. Beautiful inside and out!

We had a wonderful time staying on Hutchinson Island. The condo was perfect with everything you would need. The view of the ocean was magnificent. Can’t wait to come back again. The owner was responsive and helpful. Thank you.

This property was just what we had hoped for. Spectacular views of the ocean, and a wonderful location near the Marriott Hutchinson Island Plantation. There is so much to do here and the close proximity to Stuart allows for wonderful dining experiences.

The condo was just beautiful from the ocean views to the decorations in the unit and the comfort of the unit! The area is old Florida like with beautiful foliage and no buildings above 4 stories. Wonderful shopping in Stuart and good restaurants! We had a very relaxing time and are coming again next year!
