It was good. My key kept not working. They didn’t tell me to keep it away from my phone. The plastic wear at breakfast is of poor quality. I couldn’t even cut my food. The forks bend and are useless. Get a new supplier. I am an older person and do free weights but there are never smaller weights like 2,3 or 5 pound weights, only much higher ones. Lesser weights would be appreciated. All else was great and we will be back.

The hotel was getting repainted on the outside. It is very hidden and hard to get to at night. Breakfast was: over cooked biscuits, gravy, sausage, grits with all the fixin’s, 2 mini waffle you-make machines, muffins and such, cereal, fresh fruits and coffee station…decent warm breakfast. It did have a good size gym with a nice variety of work-out equipments.

Elevators were both out of order on morning of check out and we had no hot water. At 9 AM on our first morning there was loud construction going on in building. Not a very good stay at all.

The facility was really nice in all areas except the parking lot at night. As a female traveling only with small children and arriving after dark, the parking lot was not very well lit. If lighting could be improved for safety purposes it would be 5 stars for me

Got it with a hidden fee, it says it is pet friendly. For a large fee of $75 much more than anyone else. Do not recommend this place. If you’re traveling with animals, pet friendly for a fee is not pet friendly

Surroundings are beautiful, The elevators are really old and need maintenance. At night we could hear the elevators sound , that’s the only thing I would change. Really small pillows

I like Your hotel have used it for years. Did not like that i requested my room to be cleaned and it was not. I had to request it again the day before leaving. Also was unaware that you clean every four days. I would have like to have known that.

Water was brown coming out of sink. Everyone was complaining and put the blame on the city. I felt discussed after brushing my month & realized I showered in dirty water. Terrible experience and they didn’t notify anyone.

This hotel was highly rated and in a great location. The room was fine but the lobby and breakfast area were being renovated so that is the reason for the lower rating. It was a construction zone and dusty, loud, etc. which was a surprise to see and took away from the enjoyment of our experience.

I had to ask for a refrigerator to be place in the room. All hotel I have ever been in comes with a refrigerator. This room had none. The room I was given is ajoin with another room that had a family with kids and it’s like they were in our room . They were so loud at 6am and woke us up they talk and scream all morning . It was horrible. My son had to rest up for a soccer game and we were so tired from not getting any sleep with these loud people without discretion that they are not the only people in the hotel. Yesterday was the same the kids were loud and talk all evening. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service at this hotel. In particular, Deanna at the front desk was a huge help. First of all, I had called early in the morning to inquire about early check in, and she went out of her way to call me hours later to let me know it was possible, which was very appreciated. Second of all, I had lost an expensive pair of pants at the hotel, and I made her aware of it. She called me later when she found them, and she talked with her manager and arranged to mail them back to my apartment. I cannot thank her enough for how she handled all of that and I hope her/bosses/etc are made aware of her excellent work

I DID NOT STAY. The Hotel canceled my room. It was a disaster as we arrived at 4:30pm after traveling from a funeral. And then we were told we didn’t have a room. No help at all from the staff. Lousy customer service from the Clerk . A manager tried to find us a room there to no avail. Not happy with this Hampton Inn.

Tyler on the afternoon shift was very thoughtful and kind! Our daughter had had surgery nearby and she was having trouble walking in. Tyler was quick to offer a wheelchair and his help. The morning staff was very friendly and welcoming! over all this was a great choice for our stay

I was not given the suite I reserved. There were bugs in my room and the hotel manager rufuses to make it right. He had no problem taking my money for the suite but refused to make it right when I was put in a cheaper room. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
