Pool is murky and green. An elevator is out and the other motor is burning hot in the elevator room so we're taking the stairs. There appears to be one employee working. We were given an ADA room despite specifically not selecting one in check in. The hot and cold on the shower is not plumbed correctly. The lines are flipped and it's impossible to get the water warm, but not scalding or cold.

This is my second stay, and again it was great. I was met by Josh (front desk person) who was very nice and welcoming. My room was clean and smelled fresh. My room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was 7/10. For the first time I took advantage of the free washer and dyer. That was very convenient. My only complaint was the 2nd elevator was still not working. I would say half of the time I used the steps because the elevator took too long or was crowded.

Great location, spacious room. Breakfast is included. Gym, pool and fire pit were nice. Some lights in the room were burnt out. Sofa in room was stained and needs a good cleaning. There is a $5 a day charge to park.

Place is getting rough around edges with lots of stained carpeting and some peeling wall paper. Also, very noisy. Patio party went on to midnight and desk refused to stop it. Also had hidden charge of $5 for parking which is completely ridiculous since the hotel is in the middle of a shopping area. I hate hidden charges.

The service and responsiveness of employees was excellent. The room was excellent. Our only complaint was the condition of the pool area. Half of the wall sconce lights were burned out. The remaining ones were partially blinking as if they were about to burn out. There was like 3 available towels half hazards thrown into shelf’s that held them. Seemed like it’s the last place they checked and serviced. The pool itself was clean though.

Tried 2 rooms, both smelled like mildew and sweat. The linemen felt damp due to moisture issues in the room. Stains all over the carpet. Shower curtain had pink stains and mold, shower not clean. Woman at front desk was extremely nice and helpful, but not much she could do with the conditions. Bandaid and toe nail clippings in pool area. Smelled like cat urine.

Whom ever stated this place was clean was a liar. There was stains on the carpet, stains on the couch, the shower had a used soap bar that had a pubic hair it. Plus when I told staff their shock was borderline sarcastic but it seemed like this was a normal occurance. So i will not be coming back to this property ever.

Surrounding buildings were new. Our first room was dirty. Stain on couch, bottom sheet was dirty, cracks in head board. We brought it up and were given a new room immediately. That one was fine.

Staff were friendly, the room size was fantastic, but the overall cleanliness was poor. There was hair in the ice bucket (which had no lid), a major stain in the carpet and the grout in the shower is in need of attention. The pillows really need to be replaced as they have seen better days.

Cleaning needs to be improved. Rug was not vaccumed, toothpaste spashes on wall beside toilet, we were wondering if face towel had been used (it was not folded as others). Food spashes on curtain. Bed was confortable, but sofa needs to be replaced. Ladies at desk were nice.

Our room was clean and the setup was nice. The room had pretty views of the mountains and a really comfortable bed. If you're using a pullout sofa bed, ask for sheets at check-in and make sure you get everything you need, like a pillowcase. The fire pit area outside is a plus, but our room was above it and people were having a noisy good time there until late at night. The property shows some signs of wear, like a broken door handle to the pool, and the $5 parking charge is irritating. I'd stay here again, though.

Very nice hotel. Able to sleep 6 in the room with two queens and pullout couch. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Shower press and water quality were amazing. Breakfast was very good with wonderful oatmeal bar, to create your own oatmeal bowl.

This was a visit to get away near the holidays. The hotel itself seems well kept, upon further inspection it just needs more TLC or updating. In the room half of the desk lights didn’t work, the room divider on the desk was also broken, the lamp near the couch was just tired and looked like it belonged in a sub-par motel. The lights above the bed again, only one was working, the bathroom was fine if an odd design. The toilet is so far tucked away it makes no sense. It literally backs up to the dry bar at the Entrance of the room. The sofa-bed or whatever you want to call it couch with a chaise that you could pull out, that belongs back in 2003. Not good and dirty looking. When I went to look out the window towards the airport, to my disappointment the glass was completely fogged, between the glass fogged. So no view. The one thing of note, if you are a light sleeper/ traveling not alone, the bathroom door is frosted glass and sliding. This is great for presentation, horrible if one person would like to sleep a little longer than the other and one would like to shower… This resulted in me shower by the light of my cell phone so I could eat breakfast, and I’m an early bird.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. I had a wait a few minutes for the check in clerk to come out and he seemed distracted when I was checking in, but he was competent and the check in was smooth. They are doing some upgrades, and only one elevator was in service. Otherwise the hotel was very nice clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast lady went above and beyond helping out with some gluten free options for me. I would definitely stay here again

Upon checkout I walked up to the front desk to return my keys. A male housekeeper was present and I handed him my keys, he offered a receipt and said he would leave a note on the desk for the front desk associate Candida who was currently on the phone. She stood and watched him write the note which asked for a paper receipt for room 401 and then he left assuring me I would be taken care of. I then informed him I was stepping away to make a cup of coffee. When I returned to the desk I said good morning and said "Hiii, I'm just picking up my receipt for 401." Candida rudely responded... "I don't know what you're talking about" and promptly walked away. She quickly returned and I pointed to the paper note that was written on the table directly where she was standing. I said "it's on the note right there" She looked at the note and said with an attitude "I don't know what that's supposed to mean" and shrugged her shoulders. I walked away without a receipt. The maintenance employee who took my keys was very pleasant and accommodating. Maybe he'd like her job. The front desk is the face of the hotel. I hope to see a new face that deserves such an important job if I ever return.

Everything is great with the exception of the front desk ..it seem not very polite you ask for a help it seems like a burden to her especially when we were checking out. Overall room is very neat and clean ..elevator a bit slow this is the third time we stayed on this hotel …elevator still not fix.

People who work there are very good. A bit understaffed and they work their butt off. Started with lack of available parking. Then accosted by horrible and strong Indian food smell on our floor. The fold out bed had dirty sheets and was not made. Not enough towels in the room. No soap. Perhaps just over booked. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. The people are great.

Stayed overnight to attend baseball game at PNC field. Close the stadium, many restaurants & fast food places. Easy check in process & low cost room. One elevator was out of order & bathroom door was hard to slide open/shut. Room was fine & clean, comfortable bed for one evening.

Waited 45 mins to get a single waffle for breakfast. I had to ask for bread, cereal and anything else I needed. It was busy and only one person was working to replenish the buffet. Garbages were overflowing and tables were dirty.
