Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation.

Magnifique hôtel avec 1 personnel tres sympathique. L acces au spa via l hotel est top. Notamment le matin, ou le spa n est réservé qu aux clients de l hôtel. Petit déjeuner tres complet.

Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique. On a reçu un cocktail à notre arrivée et une petite pâtisserie pour notre départ. L’hôtel est grand, bien insonorisé, nous n’entendions pas la musique du concert qui avait lieu dans un des restaurants. Le soir nous avons mangé au café des sports, attente très longue est cher pour ce que c’était. Nous nous attendions à un espace balnéo plus grand mais surtout plus de sauna et hammam (seulement 1 hammam et 1 sauna). Deux piscine, une grande intérieur et extérieure et une plus petite a l’intérieur. Beaucoup de monde en journée car ouvert au public. Le soir et le matin avant 10h c’est plus calme. Belle chambre, moderne et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre avec quelques capsules et une bouilloire pour le thé.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was really good and high quality. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entire hotel was spotless, There were also plenty of enjoyable activities which made our time even more special - casino, spa, pools and bikes for rent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour. Chambre avec vue sur les vignes superbes et agréables. Points à améliorer : - Il n’est pas possible de voir des gens nus se balader sous nos de fenêtres - il manque un coin salon confortable pour boire un verre autre qu’au casino. Le bar des sports n’est vraiment pas au niveau de l’hôtel et c’est dommage - le restaurant est vraiment très très bon mais sa proximité et son ouverture sur le hall d’accueil, la file d’attente pour le spectacle et le bruit de celui-ci est très préjudiciable.

From the moment we arrived we were assisted getting our luggage to our room and given info to ensure our stay went smooth. We had our dog with us so we stayed on the bottom floor because they had a grassy area for him by the patio. They also supplied a bed for him along with bowls and treats. He was a pampered pooch and we felt pampered too after a couple spa days. The breakfast was good enough but a little lacking for the later morning crowd as things get picked over. Early birds get the worm as they say! We did dine in the restaurant one evening and it was so nice to eat in the air conditioning! That’s something that we Americans fully appreciate! The food was very tasty. We also appreciate the free parking! The popular surrounding villages are 5-25 minutes drive from the hotel and we hit them all. Got our cases of wine and headed home. We would certainly return to this hotel!

Everything about this facility was magical from the moment of check-in with Clara to the expeditious check-out with Alexandre. Harold in the restaurant was superb too! The food was delicious, the champagne was enjoyed, and the spa was definitely relaxing.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was really good and high quality. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The entire hotel was spotless, There were also plenty of enjoyable activities which made our time even more special - casino, spa, pools and bikes for rent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour. Chambre avec vue sur les vignes superbes et agréables. Points à améliorer : - Il n’est pas possible de voir des gens nus se balader sous nos de fenêtres - il manque un coin salon confortable pour boire un verre autre qu’au casino. Le bar des sports n’est vraiment pas au niveau de l’hôtel et c’est dommage - le restaurant est vraiment très très bon mais sa proximité et son ouverture sur le hall d’accueil, la file d’attente pour le spectacle et le bruit de celui-ci est très préjudiciable.

Eu sempre fico nesse hotel, porque as piscinas do Spa são imbatíveis! O café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO e o estacionamento já está incluso na diária. É perto de posto de gasolina e de um supermercado enorme. É o hotel preferido da minha família!

From the moment we arrived we were assisted getting our luggage to our room and given info to ensure our stay went smooth. We had our dog with us so we stayed on the bottom floor because they had a grassy area for him by the patio. They also supplied a bed for him along with bowls and treats. He was a pampered pooch and we felt pampered too after a couple spa days. The breakfast was good enough but a little lacking for the later morning crowd as things get picked over. Early birds get the worm as they say! We did dine in the restaurant one evening and it was so nice to eat in the air conditioning! That’s something that we Americans fully appreciate! The food was very tasty. We also appreciate the free parking! The popular surrounding villages are 5-25 minutes drive from the hotel and we hit them all. Got our cases of wine and headed home. We would certainly return to this hotel!

Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique. On a reçu un cocktail à notre arrivée et une petite pâtisserie pour notre départ. L’hôtel est grand, bien insonorisé, nous n’entendions pas la musique du concert qui avait lieu dans un des restaurants. Le soir nous avons mangé au café des sports, attente très longue est cher pour ce que c’était. Nous nous attendions à un espace balnéo plus grand mais surtout plus de sauna et hammam (seulement 1 hammam et 1 sauna). Deux piscine, une grande intérieur et extérieure et une plus petite a l’intérieur. Beaucoup de monde en journée car ouvert au public. Le soir et le matin avant 10h c’est plus calme. Belle chambre, moderne et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre avec quelques capsules et une bouilloire pour le thé.
