The room was clean and the pool area was kept very clean. It was nice that they hda floaty options for the kids! It made their stay much more enjoyable

It was perfect . The only thing I ask is heat the pool. It was so cold, I couldn’t enjoy it .

Staff was just staff, not overly friendly. The room and breakfast was nice. The only towels they had for the pool were like hand towels and the pool floor was very slippery in flip flops.parking was very convenient

Really nice hotel in a quiet area. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice & surprisingly quiet even though we were directly next to the elevator & breakfast area. Nice breakfast selection. Good looking pool, hot tub & exercise area (even though we didn’t get to use them). I’d absolutely stay here again!

We picked this place because it had a pool and hot tub only to arrive and find out they both had heating issues and were cold. The night time front desk staff was not friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for six (6) nights. This hotel was truly an outstanding accommodation. This hotel had a saltwater pool and a hot tub. I used the gym’s treadmill, but since the weight machine was broken, I got to go for free to the nearby Anytime Fitness. My room was serviced every single day, and my room was very clean. This hotel was quiet. My room had air-conditioning and heat, it had hot water, and I enjoyed watching my television shows. The Wi-Fi worked fine. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and it was unbelievably great. I enjoyed the potatoes, the eggs, the pancakes, the waffles, the biscuits, the English muffins, the small bagels, the bananas, the apple juice, the milk, and the water. The front desk workers were very accommodating. This hotel had plenty of restaurants within its vicinity, and DuPont was a nice municipality in which a person could take a walk. There was an office, a meeting room, a laundry room, and many snack machines. I never utilized any public transit, but there was a station right next to this hotel. The military base was nearby, and Seattle was about fifty (50) minutes away on the nearby Interstate-5. Within a few hours, I was also easily able to visit Portland, Olympic National Park, and Mount Rainier National Park. This hotel was located within a complex of apartments, and parking was of no issue. If I had any comments for suggestions, they would be minimal, but I would encourage this hotel to have some

Very clean facilities and excellent amenities. The price was great and the surrounding area was nice as well. Staff were attentive and polite. My only criticism is that the pool deck becomes extremely slippery when wet so just watch your step.

Great breakfast choices. Nice clean room and lobby. Tight parking lot but it works. Our bathroom had a not great smell so had the fan on and door closed to try and help that. We were wondering if that was the ventilation system or perhaps the type of low water toilet that was there?

I think literally the single most detrimental thing I could say about the whole stay was that there were two remotes, and the one that didn't work was in front of the TV and the one that did work was in a drawer in the nightstand. This will probably be our go-to spot moving forward.

I was there for a military graduation at JBLM. It was the perfect location to the base and to the highway. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I just experienced a bug crawl across the bed (white comforter) and one of those silverfish type bug crawling in the carpet.The only thing I wish was that the carpet was vacuumed better. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and room.

My bed was not made, even though the room had been serviced otherwise.

Clean, safe, great breakfast!

Jets in jacuzzi tub were absolutely disgusting. Room was across from staff areas/rooms where you could hear the doors slamming closed all day and NIGHT along with hearing staffs full conversations. Started hearing kids yelling/screaming as early as 6:30a in the lobby/dining area. Was not provided hand soap in room. I could go on… Needless to say… if you book… ensure your not on the main floor.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and parking was plentiful.

Everything was neat and clean. My only nitpick would be that there was not extra toilet paper available (the existing toilet paper was very low.) The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Seems like the “Expedia room” is the one looking out on the roof and next to the elevator shaft, I.e., noisy. Happened to us twice on this trip.

Nice place with excellent location. The wifi was very slow, most of the time unusable. Friendly staff and surprisingly quiet despite it being a very busy weekend.

The staff was great and helpful with questions or anything that we needed. The location is nice with several restaurants within very short walking distance and easy access to I-5. Breakfast was good, and I liked that the seating & food areas were sized appropriately for the hotel (i.e., didn't feel crowded or overwhelming). Our family (6 total) stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Overall, the room was nice & spacious for 6 people, but the sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Given the size and quality of the rest of the room, I would highly recommend an upgraded, high quality sleeper sofa (or even a permanent bed).

The bed is too soft, breakfast is bad.

Very disappointed in the hide a bed! As the bed was hardly fit to sleep on even for the kids that we planned to sleep there . staff said nothing they can do! Would not even come look!

I arrived about 30 minutes early and didn't mind sitting in the lobby, until my room assignment was ready. The front desk manager immediately moved me into a room that was ready, so that I didn't need to wait. I really appreciated her efforts!!

Attentive staff helped us out of a bind. Our other Family lodging canceled the day of check in. They found out after landing in Seattle Airport. The front desk staff assisted above expectations. Additionally, the morning breakfast staff ensured there was always warm food available. Kudos to them.

This place is always nice. The front desk is amazing. I will always go there when I need to be in town.

The location was very central to restaurants, and easy freeway access. It's further from our destination than another BW, but this location is preferred.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for access to JBLM, which is my primary work location when here. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. They serve a hot breakfast every day to get you started.

It was nice and quiet in the area with many shops near by.

Large room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Good stay, but we were disappointed when we arrived for breakfast 30 minutes before they stopped serving and several hot entrees were gone and never replenished. We would stay there again if in the area.

Great breakfast but at 8am when you’re out of the scramble egg/hashbrown mix it would be great to supply more since breakfast is until 9:30am. I was told nicely no. Not a huge deal and we loved our clean, quiet room.

Check-in was easy. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Room was clean and spacious (1 king and sleeper sofa). Water pressure for shower was perfect. Tons of places to eat within walking distance of hotel. Breakfast is standard Continental breakfast, but many options (Pancake machine, make-your-own waffles, cereals, oatmeal, hot drinks and juices, eggs and sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, yogurt, bagels and pastries)

The bed is too soft, breakfast is bad.
