The hotel is not really near anything. The room was a little rough in areas and the bathroom was not especially clean. The staff was nice. The parking lot lights outside the hotel weren't working so very dark and worrisome.

Its a newer hotel but the upkeep of the property could be much better. The carpets need a serious deep cleaning! The elevator smelled really bad because of the carpet. Didn't have any other problems. The beds were comfortable and they always had hot water! The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very well maintained. The bed was okay and the pillows were flat. The pool wasn’t clean but for a business trip it was an exceptional place. The town is very quiet and doesn’t offer very much.

The old motel behind was creepy and old abandoned building by golf course abandoned. There was some difficulty seeing the entrance because sign to small. I missed entrance and turned into creepy hotel behind.

The plug between the beds was damaged and the charger on the lamp didn’t work. Small leak in the toilet Great service and comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfast. I’ll stay again.

Staff are very friendly and professional. The room was spotless. Unfortunately the breakfast was sadly lacking — their supply truck did not deliver. I cannot eat eggs so the only thing available for me were Fruit Loops or Frosted Flake cereals. No fruit or yogurt. The juice machine was broken and started to smoke when someone plugged it in. There was no hot cocoa mix and I don’t drink coffee or tea. And no bread or muffins. Other than that, we would stay there again as we have had good visits in the past.

We arrived late and left early the next morning so we only interacted with 2 staff members. Both were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back in the future.

I’ve seen some of the reviews that mention cleanliness. The walls and carpets could use a good once over to be sure. Breakfast on Saturday was subpar, Sunday was much better. I think it had to do with who was working each day. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Bed was very comfortable in our room.

Toilet seat was broken. No shower curtain in room, had to call down for someone to put one up. While she was in the room, she tried to clean some of the mold by standing on the side of the tub and left her dirty shoeprints on the side of the tub. There as no HOT water, was just lukewarm at best. We were told they have to turn the boiler down due to the outside temperature. Lobby smelled bad. Sausage at breakfast was just gross, and uncooked looking. I tried to warm it in the microwave and it was not any better. I was able to eat an egg sandwich.

The hotel was okay. The room was nice. The bathroom shower needed some work. They need to redo the showers not only in the room we had but also our friend's room as well. Check in and check out was easy no problems. The breakfast was subpar. They could really work on that, powdered eggs are not good at all.

First of all, there's nothing wrong with the hotel but the hospitality was wanting!!! My wife and I both have problems sleeping because the pillows were not comfortable. Like other hotelsci went downstairs and asked for a few more. The ladie attending the desks said "We never had anyone ask for xtra pillows"! I said, "First time for everything!" She contacted the manager and they said they didn't have extra pillows. So i drove to the DG down the street and purchased some. Second night i went downstairs and asked for a few towels and washcloths. She said I'd have to bring her my other used towels!! I informed her I've never had a hotel do this either usually just leave them for maid service. She walked with me down the hall to the open laundry room throw them on the pile. I took back 2 towels. I felt like some kinda criminal. Vowed not too come back here again. The correct answer was....treat me like a guest. Ps: Marion, Al. Has few places to eat. You can count olem on your one hand and have digits left over.

Staff’s customer service during the city having lack of water was the issue. Couldn’t use toilets or take showers, so that is not providing basic amenities which is what we are paying for. Yes, is lack or water the property’s fault? No. But their response is within their control. I requested a partial refund as we could not check out due to the fact that I’m in town for my Grandfather’s funeral and no reasonably nearby hotels, so yes, I should pay something but to take the whole hit? No. Expedia and this property dropped the ball as both shifted the responsibility on the other. Will not use Expedia nor stay at a sleep inn ever again.

It's in a secluded area and very quiet. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was nice. There were a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom but it was clean and comfortable. The young lady that checked us in was very cheerful and helpful. If your in the area i would recommend.

IT WAS EXCELLENT! Everyone was so kind! The only complaint and others complaining also was breakfast.It started at 6 am. We and several others were there at 6:25 am, everthing was cold, the coffee was luke warm. SO EVERYONE waiting on the 1 microwave. The food was good but COLD!

The rooms are clean and staff friendly, but the breakfast we had with biscuits and gravy was extremely salty. We mentioned it on the first day, but it was way too salty during our entire visit. Otherwise, the rest of the breakfast was great. And it is the best place to stay if you are in the Marion area.
