Everything was amazing except when we got back to motel and we had a 4wd and trailer parked in our park. I called Motel as it was after hours and the lady in restaurant put me through to after hours service. We told lady what had happened and she was very rude. Tried talking over the top of me and then just hung up on me. Very very bad manners. Needs to be addressed by Mannum Motel

Perfect weather for an unexpected stop in Mannum, beautiful spot in the river, great shopping. Motel was super clean, great aircon as it hot, fabulous shower great water pressure. Beds a little on the too soft side but we still slept well. Would have loved the TV to swivel completely to both beds, great fridge, great to have a microwave too. Staff friendly however they were not wearing masks but we had to. Staff very accommodating with early check in, thank you. Will defiantly stay again, happy to recommend.

We only slept overnight Christmas day and left in the morning so really didn't have a chance to have a good look around and the staff weren't there. Clean, tidy accommodation although outdated but no complaints.

Amazing spacious room with big ensuite and modern interior. Greeted with bottled water and snacks, which the kids loved. Close walk to the river and local pubs, restaurants and stores. Super quiet and peaceful stay with a lovely hot shower. Definitely would stay again, two thumbs up

We have stayed here a number of times. This was the noisiest. We were in Room 21 next to the apartments. The inconsiderate people staying there were very loud late at night, and very early in the morning. As for #21, we could not see a thing in the kitchen area. The overhead light wasn't working, and the roller blind wouldn't go up. Fortunately we had aN LED lamp with us.

It was a joy pure old school service and hospitality from the moment we arrived I have disabilities and special dietary needs we noticed there was a fridge but no microwave so I asked at the office and the reply was no problem would you like a toaster and plates and cutlery? Ten minutes later an employee knocked on the door and voila everything they promised and later my wife who was seeing the river murray for the first time went for a walk I sat in the cafe watching through the glass wall and enjoyed a cold adult beverage and chatted with the manager at first glance this is an older property but don't drive past they do it right

Staff were very difficult (albeit very polite) about the booking, said they had no rooms available and took over an hour before they found us a room, and constantly criticised Wotif.com. When finally we received a room, the manageress tried to say we had only paid a deposit , the booking had been cancelled, then kept us waiting another hour the next day while we tried to pay for a meal. Extra cost was added to the meal price and when we received a receipt it showed, and is still showing $110 dollars owing.. If they don't like Wotif , why do they accept their bookings? Disgracefull.

The room was quite adequate but outdated. Restaurant facilities limited to snack lunch. No evening meals which meant looking for somewhere in Mannum, also limited due to flood conditions. The only local hotel provided good varied menu. Motel in general is very 'tired'.
